Dette rummelige studie er en fantastisk mulighed til kortere besøg i Coachella Valley eller i kombination med en af vores større enheder på Legacy Villas. Med cirka 450 boligareal og en privat balkon har du rigelig plads til at slappe af med det smukke Legacy Villas resort-samfund. Studiet har en kingsize-seng; fladskærms TV; læder hvilestol; og min-bar med minikøleskab, kaffemaskine, mikroovn og engangsredskaber. Badeværelset har separat badekar og bruser og en enkelt forfængelighed med makeup-spejl. Den private balkon har udsigt over en springvand og mod chokoladebjergene. Enheden kan kombineres med LV100 (1 soveværelse Legacy Villas Retreat med en privat balkon) for at skabe et rummeligt 2 værelses lejlighed (afhængigt af tilgængelighed).

Ferie villaen ligger i Legacy Villas i La Quinta. Legacy Villas er et samfund på 280 feriesteder og byhuse. Samfundet ligger i en bjergbugt på den vestlige side af La Quinta med udsigt over bjergene Santa Rosa og chokolade i hele ejendommen. Nyd 12 saltvandspooler og boblebad, et fitnesscenter og et fælles klubhus og grill. Legacy Villas er et lukket samfund med 24 timers bemandet sikkerhed. Samfundet ligger 5-10 minutters gang fra La Quinta Resort og kun en kort køretur fra den gamle bydel i La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indio Polo Grounds og adskillige andre ørkenattraktioner.

NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. Smoke smell.

This unit is NOT a normal Legacy Villas unit. We stay at Legacy three times a year. Besides the smoke smell, the owners have gutted all the original furniture and replaced it with the cheapest possible second hand furniture. The chair in the room is what you find on the street with a “free” sign on it. The fireplace has been emptied of logs and rocks and there is a single giant dead cricket in it. Couple paper plates, cups and some plastic forks. This is a connecting unit and the (residents?) of the main unit smoke. Had to leave early because of the smoke.

Great stay, but disappointing room.

We had rented a one room studio from August 6th to August 8th and were excited for our stay, however, when we arrived we were disappointed to find that our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. At first, we thought it may have been our neighbors, however, we noticed that our sheets smelled strongly which was our main concern as it was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. I reached out to report a problem the evening of our first day via behome24/7 but failed to receive a response and eventually found an email address I could use to contact someone, but by the time I received a response it was the evening of our second day and too late to get anyone sent out to replace our sheets and freshen the room. I reviewed our lease agreement to confirm and our room was a non smoking room, which made it frustrating that we had to experience this. Aside from that, we loved the pool and had a good time going out to eat at the surrounding restaurants. -Josh

Everyone was so welcoming amidst the crisis of covid-19 the restrictions were within reason and the security at the pool was nice and fair and accommodating. We will definitely be back... maybe not this year. But In 2021 for sure, or maybe in winter during a rain storm to see the beauty of the mountains behind the resort.

So although we received confirmation, we did not receive arrival procedures so assumed there would be an office to check in with. Not so, and security is tight and rude. After a day of travelling no one wants to be told unless they can get in touch with their rental company, they will have to leave. We were scrambling to contact California Vacation Villas, which, after leaving a couple of panicked messages, they were very helpful getting us in to our apartment. This is such a beautiful spot and felt very secure.

The grounds are beautiful in this lovely resort.

When we arrived to check in, we had not yet received the email for protocol. Security is tight, while he did have our names, he was not welcoming in the least, he was nasty. We actually thought we had been dooped, a shock to us after a days travel. After a few phone calls we got through to the rental company, they were very helpful and things went smoothly from there.
