Beautiful Location

The convenience to the slopes (blue slope) just steps away from this updated condo cannot be beat! The view is beautiful and the updates are nice. The storage closet for skis and gear has to stay in car or in the foyer of condo because the ski closet is locked. It felt safe, but it would be nice to also have the exterior door into the staircase locked. Overall a great visit and would highly recommend!

Unit 535 Sugar Ski Country Club

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was nice. It's definitely only a place to stay if you are skiing at the Sugar Ski Resort. The unit we stayed in was very outdated and needed alot of work. Friends of ours stayed in a much nicer more updated unit than we did for the same price. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the heaters on the walls were old and needed replacing, the fireplace was zip tied shut so we weren't allowed to use it and it was 16 degrees outside! The vinyl flooring in the kitchen was bubbling up, appliances were old, it just didn't look like the owner cared much about the unit. The dryer had animal hair all in it which got on our cloths when we used the dryer. The owner did just the bare minimum to keep it rented. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff at the front desk was nice. The gate code provided to us was wrong. Had to call at 10pm one night to get back into the property. We had a problem at the end where my wife left her earrings on the bed side table. We called and they said they checked with house keeping and house keeping said they didn't find anything. My wife insisted they were there and was upset she was just stolen from after the money we spent. An hour later they called back and miraculously found them. Hmm... Anyways, I may stay again in the future, but definitely not in unit 535.

Ski weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and the timing was perfect as we had real snow to ski on. It was also convenient to be able to ski down right from the condo and end the day with a chair lift right back to the condo. The condo was a little dated but cozy and warm. The only recommendation we have is that it would have been nice to have a Kuerig coffee machine.

Cosy Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is like visiting your grandma's house, cute and cosy, but a little dusty and dated. It is fully stocked with amenities. The ski out location is perfect! With two big teenage boys who just want to ski we barely spent any time in the condo anyway. We loved skiing Sugar Mountain. Overall fun experience!

Everything is as shown and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! Pack something cool to sleep in because it does stay nice and warm (great to come in to after a day on the slopes)! True ski in / ski out after you get your equipment! Will stay again!

Unit Was Fine But I would not stay here again because of Ski Scho

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is fine, but I cannot recommend staying here if you will be skiing and using the ski school. We were overcharged for lessons (they did not charge us the package rate) and when we brought it to their attention the next morning they said there was nothing they could do about it because we should have told them right away and tried to blame us for not knowing what the rate should be.
