Amazing location and Amenities

Large 2 bed 2 bath unit overlooking the Redondo Pier. Perfect location to explore the South Bay. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the pool loungers every evening! The host was great with communication and responded very quickly. We have already booked again for next year!

Excellent location and condo

This is our second stay here for 2 months. We love it! Everything you need is available in this rental, and the location above the pier puts you on the biking and walking strand in minutes. We will be back next winter.

Wonderful Redondo Beach Condo

This is the 3rd winter we have stayed in this perfect condo. It has everything we need for a very comfortable stay as well as a great location just above the pier, giving us quick access to the beach and bike trail. The owner is always easy to reach and very responsive to any request. We will be back next winter!

Redondo Beach Great Location

We stay at this condo each winter for a couple of months. It is in a perfect location for long walks, bike rides and beautiful views of the ocean. The owner is very responsive and keeps this accommodation in great condition with a kitchen full of everything you need. The laundry is just down one floor. It is a very short walk to the Strand with many dining and recreation opportunities. We will be back again next winter!

Lovely, neat, peaceful apartment in a complex with beautiful planting very near the ocean

we very much enjoyed our month-long stay. The apartment is very easy to live in and to keep clean ling ling was a wonderful host extremely responsive. Don’t try to use the app to do the laundry bring quarters for some reason our phone service did not work very well in the apartment but otherwise everything else was wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re going to be in Redondo Beach.

This place is wonderful, and Lingling is so lovely to rent from! The spaciousness was great, especially for just me and my husband, nice big closets, , two full baths and a nice little balcony off the family room. It was very clean, we used the pool several times. The kitchen is a little small, but it was nice to have a full-size dining table. We could walk down to the Redondo pier and beach! Really we couldn’t have asked for more in our one month stay! thank you Lingling!!

A great place in a fantastic location

The location of this condo couldn't be better, just above the Redondo Beach Pier with short walking distance to the beach and all restaurants on the pier. The host is very helpful and easy to work with, we had a couple of minor issues / questions during our two month stay and both were literally dealt with within the hour. We have stayed in several places in the South bay area over the years and this is by far the best, I really recommend this property!

Wonderful Experience!!!

We keep on coming back every summer. That speaks volumes about the property. The condo is immaculate and comfortable with desirable amenities. It’s located in a convenient location near beach, restaurants and shoppers. Furthermore, the host is very accommodating. We always look forward to returning in the summer.

We had a fabulous time!

We had a fabulous time! Loved our stay during the summer at The Village. It was just perfect. The condo was clean, quiet, well - stocked, fully furnished and comfortable. The location is ideal with easy access to beach, strand and pier. Also it's close to shopping and restaurants. The resort like grounds with two pools and gym are beautiful. Communication with the host, Lingling, was first class. We will be back again next summer. We highly recommend this home.

Awesome Experience!

The condo was perfect for us. We took advantage of all the amenities such as pools, fitness center, assigned underground parking and laundry facilities. The apartment is clean, comfortable, fully equipped and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Furthermore, It’s a pleasure to deal with the host. Overall everything exceeded our expectations.

Paradise in Redondo Beach Condo

We loved the condo, and the wonderful location. Watching the beautiful sunset was a highlight, and the one minute walk to both the pier and the beach enhanced our stay. Our host was accoomodating and easy to contact. The complex was excellent, with beautiful pools. The grounds are well maintained, and listening to the babbling brook from the patio created a nice background. The condo was well equipped, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. We walked along Esplande to Riveria Village, about 1 mile, where we found great restaurants and cute shops. Going north along the pier, past the marina, we explored and found many great restaurants. The location was more than one could enjoy. Thanks for a great opportunity to enjoy your condo, Lingling. I look forward to our next stay in California.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for me and my husband. The location was great with easy access to the bike path and lots of restaurants to walk to. We watched the sunset from our balcony each night. There is plenty of closet space and loved that there were 2 full bathrooms. The owner (Lingling) was always available for questions. I look forward to returning in the near future and would recommend this property!

Very nice!!

We really liked this condo! Excellent location, very clean and nicely decorated! We stayed two months and complex is quiet and walking distance to beach. Riveria Village just down the road. Kitchen could use more cooking pans and cooking tools, due to we were there for long period and cooked often, but that is only complaint. Also felt safe here. Would stay again!!
