Villa has everything you need. Would benefit with a safe. Great pool and pool facilities. Highly recommended

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed the house and our stay. I was impressed with the extras (towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at this property and it was just as enjoyable as the first. There is not one single thing we would change. The villa is so homely and spotlessly clean. The pool is big and the pool deck/area is secluded and peaceful. I love the laundry. Its such a big property and within a couple of days returning home have booked up for next year. The property managers (the couple next door) are so friendly and make sure we know to ask them if there is anything we need or have issues with. Cannot recommend this villa enough.

Perfect hosts, perfect location and perfect home for a family holiday. Managed and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a Florida holiday. Everything you need is within a maximum 30 min drive of the villa, restaurants, shopping and theme parks This was our 3rd visit to this villa and won't be our last.

We spent two weeks at this property as a family of 4.The photos do not do the house justice. A spacious living area but with a homely feel.There is an abundance of facilities provided; towels, cutlery, crockery, utensils, pool inflatables and a significant level of storage.A quiet street with friendly neighbours. Close to all major attractions (40mins with traffic) and numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops a short drive away Easy self check in with number pad (no key required). Excellent communication all throughout the process.Having stayed in other villas within the Orlando area previously; this property is the best.A real home from home!

Fantastic family vacation home

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and loved every minute. Very spacious but cosy at the same time. Location was excellent. Pool was great and cleaned regularly. Tony and Eileen from next door were lovely and gave some great tips. Already planning on returning.

Fabulous villa

Not one single thing could be improved in this fabulous villa. Has a real homely feel to it and we immediately settled in and felt relaxed. Simple things like washing up liquid in kitchen and detergent in laundry as well as coffee pods for the coffee machine already there was ideal. The pool area is fantastic and a pleasant surprise having solar panels heating the pool - being from Scotland we appreciated the warm water! Can't wait to stay at this amazing villa again.

Lovely, comfortable villa

We had a lovely two weeks at Jerry’s villa. The home is clearly well looked after and is a real home from home. The sitting room is very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfortable too. There are plenty of towels and pool towels as well, which is a nice touch. The outside space is lovely and the pool is a good size for swimming. Tony next door keeps an eye on things and is there to answer any questions. The villa’s location is also good - close to supermarkets and restaurants and 15 minutes from the edge of Disney property so good for parks. We enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this villa!

Wonderful home

This is our second time staying in this home. It has about everything you could ever need. It is very clean and comfortable. I love the seating in the living room as it has a seat for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated. There are tons of towels and beach towels for you to use. The location is excellent. Close to Disney, Walmart and tons of restaurants. The owners are fantastic to work with. I love how it is homey and makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is very well stocked. I do plan on staying again.

21 Night Stay in June/July 2024

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was wonderful, like home from home. Everything you needed was there. The best pool we have come across in our 30 yrs of visiting Florida, very clean and nice design. Brilliant location close to the 192 highway. Tony and Elaine who managed the property were very pleasant and helpful. Just wish it was up to rent next year as would have loved to return and re-book straight away. Thank you very much. Fabulous Home-away-from-Home!!!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing late June vacation at this fabulous property! Directions and access to the property were detailed and easy to follow. When you open the door, you notice the beautiful layout of the living areas and everything is clean! There is a detailed binder indicating all the information you need to understand the property. The pool was absolutely magic… warm, clean, wonderful! Our family LOVED being close to the attractions yet having a quiet spot to relax with family! We recommend this vacation home to everyone! You will not be disappointed! 😊

Beautiful family home

This house is so lovely, a home away from home. I stayed with my sister for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The pool is super clean and was so warm we had to ask for the solar heating to be switched off. Beds were comfortable and the house has so many pot, pans and cooking equipment. Nothing was lacking in this home. Great couple next door who take care of the property. No issues for us with the property but I’m sure if there were they would be on it in a flash. Hoping they may have us back another year.

Wonderful villa

What an amazing holiday home this is ! We drove upto the villa and immediately thought what a lovely area this was! Once we entered the villa via the electronic door we were blown away … it was absolutely immaculate and smelt beautiful. There is absolutely the most amazing supply of towels, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything else you could imagine, the beds are so comfy we slept like logs! The pool is wonderful so clean and well cared for we loved to sit and relax by it. Tony and Eileen (management people) were such lovely people and obviously very conscientious about their work as the villa was perfect! Thank you so much Jerry and Suzie for allowing us to stay in your amazing home, we would love to return if you will have us .XX

Amazing “At Home” Experience

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home. Everything was clean and ready with instructions on how to utilize electronics/tv. Plenty of dishes/silverware/pots and pans/etc. the pool and patio were clean and ready to use. The pool is large and deep - about 2 1/2 to 8 feet - plenty of room to relax and play! The housing development is very nice and the property manager, Tony, is right next door. Lots of light and windows and sliding glass doors. We will stay here again and again when we come to Orlando.

Excellent! May 8th-15th 2021

We live in Oregon and have been vacationing in the Kissimmee area for over 17 years, booking with vrbo for most of those visits. Jerry and Suzie’s villa is by far the nicest villa we have ever stayed in while visiting Florida. Pool area is absolutely gorgeous, private and very clean! Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels (for pool use and bathing) home is very spacious and filled with family pictures and great vibes! Tony the property manager is right next door and a pleasure to chat with. He offers many ideas of things to do in the area, or a short drive away. Jerry gave us great suggestions for places to eat in the area. We suggest Yeomans- fish and chips! You will not be disappointed! 🙂 Also, take a minute and read the guest instructions in the notebook on the computer desk, very helpful tips. We plan to visit again, and this is where we will stay from now on!

Amazing Property

What a fantastic property. We arrived on 5th October for a 19 day stay to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. Spent the weekend settling in with the plan to start the Disney adventure on the Monday. However a certain hurricane Milton was bearing down on us. The property manager who lives next door knocked on the door and gave us advice on how to prepare for our first experience of a hurricane. He explained everything we needed to know and helped prepare the property for what was coming our way. Another nice thing was we got a call from the owners themselves to put our minds at ease with what was coming. A real nice touch. Milton came a went but wasn't as bad as we were fearing. In fact we slept through it. Just a good drying day in Scotland where you might need 3 clothes pegs instead of 2! The villa had everything a family could possibly need. The pool was fantastic and we've created some wonderful memories that will stay with me forever. Disney is only 6 miles away and getting there was easy. I very highly recommend the villa to anyone going on vacation. We are missing it already.

The house has everything you could possibly need for a home from home holiday.Pool, huge space, 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites and family bathroom with pool access - lovely quiet area with property manager next door and always available if you have any issues.Laundry room allows you to take all your clothes home clean.Our fourth time here and it’s the first place we check for availability.
