Best Location in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Gardenview a few years ago and loved the location. You can walk most anywhere in the Historic area. Close to Forsythe Park, Clary's, and short walk to restaurants and riverfront. The private courtyard is marvelous with charcoal and gas grill for our cooking. Clean and spaces are as described. Only issue was air conditioning does not reach the upstairs. So at 90+ degrees it was very warm to sleep. Another time of the year when not so hot outside it might be fine.

Perfect location and the gem of this home is the courtyard. Sadly, the AC was not strong enough to cool the bedrooms so sleeping was very difficult. We ran the ceiling fan and floor fans but they just pushed around warm air.

Best place ever!!!

I loved the house and its location. The place had everything you could ever need. We spent 10 days at the property and enjoyed every minute of it!

Beautiful Historic Home in Savannah

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. We loved taking the dogs all around town (Savannah is so dog friendly!) and the ease of getting everywhere within a short walk. We would, hands down, stay here again if we travel back to Savannah. It was perfect!

Wonderful house!

I can’t express how much my husband and I enjoyed this house and our trip. It was absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The house is charming and well done. Everything you need, the courtyard is beautiful. The location is superb. We walked everywhere, from sightseeing to eating. Definitely will stay there again.

The property was accurately described and located in the historic district area. Easy walking and easy driving to stores. This was a very enjoyable stay despite the unreasonable weather.

Lovely home in perfect location

What a quaint, comfortable home in downtown Savannah! The outside space is a dream. It’s a perfect space for starting the day with coffee or ending it with drinks. The air conditioning could be better upstairs but I would definitely stay here again. Parking was so easy. We had a great stay.

Perfect Location

We adored this perfect Savannah home. The private courtyard was so well kept and an absolute joy sit and have a beverage in while discussing what local restaurant we would walk to. Ideal location. Clean. The perfect space. Looking forward to returning hopefully soon!
