Perfekt alternativ til dyre hotelværelse uden at opgive luksus eller placering! Smukke historiske bygning fuldstændig renoveret med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder og elevator, bygningen er helt helt ny inde, men med original facade udenfor på populære Huertas street, meget tæt på Prado, Thyssen og Reina Sofia Museer og Palacio Real (kongelige palads), i historiske centrum centrum af Madrid, den berømte Barrio de las Letras.

Lejligheden har en King size seng, plus ekstra sovesofaer i stuen. Masser af lys og smug dab i midten af alle de skete steder. Soveværelset er ikke helt privat. Det har 3 vægge. Du kan se det godt i billederne.

Jeg har boet i Madrid for det seneste årti, glad for at hjælpe dig med at vælge de bedste steder at besøge i og omkring Madrid. Lejligheden ligger lige ved siden af Plaza de Santa Ana. I nærheden af Puerta del Sol og Plaza Mayor og museer. Du kan gå til til La Latina, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via og også til Parque del Retiro.

Metro subway station er et par skridt væk, så du let kan flytte rundt Madrid, samt en kort gåtur til Atocha togstation, hvorfra du nemt kan tage højhastighedstog bullet train AVE til Toledo, Segovia, eller længere ture til Sevilla, Alicante eller Barcelona.

Perfekt

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold i denne skønne lejlighed, der var rent og fint og det hele var i orden og fungerede perfekt. Beliggenheden var fantastisk og alt hvad vi skulle se var i gå afstand fra lejligheden. Der kan godt være lidt støj fra gaden om aftenen når man skal sove, så det kan være en god ide at tage øre propper med. De var meget fleksibel med ankomst og afgangs tidspunkt så alt i alt et sted vi bestemt gerne kommer igen. Maja og Flemming

Perfect location

The location within walkingdistance from trainstation was perfect, as was the great variety of good restaurants in the neighborhood, the one in the house is a must ! The appartment was perfect for two and everything was functioning, very nice entrance and stairway and helpful concierge. Fully equipped kitchenette, very good beds, well functioning bathroom and nice livingroom. The wifi was on top, and no noise from street or neighbors. We would take this appartment again, and I have already recomended it to friends.

Nice central location. Contact with property management/owner was easy and fast. They also accommodated us arriving super early and allowed us to check-in many hours before the normal time. Unit had everything needed for our stay. Very comfortable.

The entire experience of renting this property was fantastic. The host provided detailed information, communicated clearly, and was available for any questions. The property was in a superb location, close to so many attractions and was exceptionally clean. Though it’s a bustling area, noise was not an issue for myself or partner during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and if I ever visit Madrid again, I will be booking this property!

Great Location

Great location

Great location and secured apartment. It’s starting to show a little bit of it’s age and popularity:) A little noise at night but we knew about it and liked to have windows on the street. Good hot water pressure. Very nice lady to welcome and help us at arrival.

Fabulous Apartment In a Fabulous Location

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this wonderful apartment. We love everything about it, from the easy check-in/chech-out process, to the cleanliness of the apartment, and its fabulous location close to restaurants, cafes, markets, and beautiful sites in Madrid. Given the opportunity, we will stay yet again!

Outstanding in every respect

We travel to Europe frequently and without question this was the best property we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, great location, comfortable bed, large shower by European standards, etc. Communications with the owner was consistent and quick. Our reception with Alicia was flawless and she provide ongoing help during our stay. Cannot say enough about the property, Gorete and Alicia. We will be back.

In the Centre of everything

We enjoyed our four-week stay very much. The apartment is spacious and well equipped- we really liked coming home after our walks around town. Everything was fine, the information correct and very detailed. Alicia, the concierge, was very helpful. We are recommending the flat to our friends.

A fantastic stay!

My husband and I had the most positive experience at this location. To start, the host is nothing but amazing. The moment we booked the location she was in contact with us, giving us advice on sites to see, making sure our check in was easy, all of it. She made checking in and getting situated so easy. Next, the room itself. The space is perfect for a long or short stay in Madrid. You have all the necessities and it’s clean and cozy! Finally, the location. It’s in the most perfect area. Restaurants and cafe’s everywhere! You will not be disappointed with this stay. I highly recommend!

Lively Madrid

A perfect stay. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Close to Atocha train station for easy transportation to and from Madrid. We were greeted at the door and given an orientation to the property. The apartment was clean and very well equipped for our stay. Conveniently located to Madrid’s attractions. Safe. Lively Madrid. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing Apartment in an Amazing Location

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. Everything from communication with the property manager, to check in AND out was very easy. The apartment could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of space, two sets of French doors in the living/dining room which let in ample light, a good-sized refrigerator /freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There were plenty of spices, olive oil, teas, coffee, etc. to get us started. And, the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect. It was in a very central location close to many yummy cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I would NOT hesitate to return to this fabulous apartment OR recommend it to others! Look no further; this IS the place to stay!

A Perfect Stay +

This is a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Madrid. It’s on a busy street, especially late at night, but you wouldn’t know it because it has been designed so well with the bedroom in the middle isolating it from noise. The host is more-than-kind and easy to reach. When our flight was changes, she quickly found a way to accommodate us for another night. Great apartment, great service an$ a perfect location to see the sight of Madrid. Bravo!

Excellent stay in Madrid!

This apartment was a perfect spot for our family to explore Madrid! It’s within walking distance of the Prado and other sights in central Madrid, near the Metro, and is an easy walk to several nightlife spots. Highly recommended!

Richtig schön....

ist diese Wohnung ausgestattet, eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und alles da, was frau so braucht!!! Die Lage zentral, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgheberin war hervorragend und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!!

Quelque peu déçus

Appartement superbement situé dans un quartier très central près de tout. Accueil très sympathique d'Alicia. Nous avons malheureusement rencontré quelques problèmes à l'arrivée. Difficultés à faire fonctionner la plaque de cuisson. Explications déficientes. Air climatisé qui ne fonctionnait pas. Lave-linge et sèche-linge non fonctionnels malgré ce qui est annoncé. Difficulté à joindre la propriétaire qui ne nous a répondu qu'après 24h. Elle disait que les appareils fonctionnaient ainsi en Espagne avant de se rendre à l'évidence qu'ils étaient défectueux et d'envisager nous envoyer un technicien pour procéder à la réparation. Entre-temps, nous avions fait laver notre linge nous-mênes. Cependant, très bon service d'Alicia qui assurait le ménage une fois par semaine. Lit confortable mais canapés du salon très inconfortables.

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction and a modern elevator. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for over a decade, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
