Ocean House 1405 har granit køkkenborde og nye backsplash, tilbyder en king size seng i master og dronning i gæst soveværelse samt en queensize sovesofa. Nyd den smukke udsigt fra balkonen!

Slap af og nyd din ferie i denne kløft foran 2 soveværelser, 2 bad enhed. Det fuldt udstyret køkken indeholder en separat vaskerum område med en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Det store soveværelse har en king size seng med en queen size seng i 2. soveværelse. De levende område har en dronning sovesofa. Slap af og nyd billedet perfekt stranden udsigt fra balkonen. Uanset om det er for en kort weekend eller en lang uge, vores Condo har hvad du søger!

Great vaca

This was a great place to stay. Condo was very clean & easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book again!!

The elevator broke 2 times while we were there. The pool got shut down due to broken glass in the pool. Not enough seating on the balcony for 6 people. Was not informed parking was not included or that it cost so much. We were not aware motorcycle parking was not accommodated or permitted. We rode our bike and was not aware of the rule.

Overall good getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we noticed the unit has an older smell, not bad, just different. Maybe the water because the bathrooms had it all week. BUT large balcony, good location and easy walk to the beach. The staff at the condo were all nice and they were constantly working to keep everything looking good. We would stay here again. Never received checkout instructions so we did basic checkout things. Thankfully the checkout time was on one of the emails sent prior to checking in.

One complaint was it really needed some moping of the tile floors. I know you can’t get around sand , vacuum it. But it needs a serious mopping.

Good first experience

The bathtub faucets definitely need to be replaced in the master bathroom as they look like they had a lot of black mold in them, but everything else was super clean. The pool for the joint ocean houses needs to be cleaned a lot more thoroughly as that water in the middle was pretty disgusting almost every day arpund the edges and there was a lot of mold in a lot of areas as well.

Moldy condo

This property has a serious mold problem. This unit should not be available for rent until it is remedied. It’s a known problem yet they continue to rent the unit. The management company was very helpful, found us a new unit and we were appreciative. But it is bad business to continue to offer this unit. Do what you need to fix it.

Air Conditioning vent in master bathroom dripped water so floor was constantly wet. Satellite would not connect in either bedroom. Couldn't lock patio doors. Washing Machine made extremely loud noise so couldn't wash clothes. Mold/Mildew on ceilings in every room. Was not worth the price I paid.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean House condos. We loved the zero entry pool and the bench seat in the pool with the waterfall feature. The condo was a great size and very well laid out. Our only complaint (as it were) was that it would have been nice to have some umbrella's around the pool area to be able to get out of the sun. The pergola's at each end of the pool were nice but they weren't always available to use. We loved the being right on the water and the proximity to the beach was great. We will definitely be going back again!

Mold growing on bedroom ceiling, I sprayed with bleach but the air filter should definitely be changed. Bathtub also had mold and top underside of toilet lid. There were plenty of dishes to use which was great. Other than the mold we have zero complaints and would for sure rent this unit again. My kids absolutely love it in gulf shores and love being so close to the beach.

Review of Ocean House - Unit 1405

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: June 24-July 1The general rental experience was good - easy to follow and accomplish.While the facility was decorated nicely - bright colors and "beachy-feel" - the cleanliness made the unit feel a bit unhealthy. Mold/Mildew around vents, filthy floors and attention to major areas left us to believe that "unseen" areas must not be well cared for either. We felt our thoughts should be expressed because the owner may not be aware that housekeeping is not up to par, and their unit could be unhealthy for tenants moving forward.If the cleanliness were to be upgraded, we would definitely stay again and recommend the unit to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleanliness was ok. The kitchen didn’t have enough pans etc as far as cooking. We wanted to cook spaghetti and there wasn’t a pan big enough to boil the pasta?!Sliding doors would t close/seal all the way. But there was a bar to put in for safety/security. Would have been nice to have information about surrounding events. Unable to rent the umbrella chairs on the beach. No info in the condo and personnel on property were not any help. Finally contacted the rental company but they never showed up 3 hours later? The beach was awesome. Our food was awesome at the surrounding restaurants. Would stay there again but would call in advance to make sure we had all the amenities reserved.
