The description needs to be more detailed , the three bathrooms do not have toilets- two bedrooms on the lower ground share a toilet in between the rooms and the third bedroom shares a toilet on the landing of the living area - this restricts privacy greatly . The floors need a good scrub everywhere as our feet were black walking around shoeless .The host was very responsive to our request for pool towels- however they were second hand and the bath towels had been well used.The pool area and grounds could do with fumigation as we were bitten to death - the pool man would hose down the filters on the decking which left a residue and created a perfect damp environment for mosquitos to breed under the decking. The actual decking is in need of repair in places which is a problem for small children . There was algae in the pool which needed daily cleaning by week three - this was a bit off putting to use. The villa terrace has a spectacular view towards St Tropez and upstairs has a good flow for large groups. Generally happy with the villa , it could be improved with a deep steam clean and new bedding and towels .
