Dear Kristin, I'm sorry you didn't like spring mattresses and new pillows because they are of good quality (probably in America you are used to cushions and probably different materials such as latex; sin that you didn't inform us about it, because in the closet there was a series of additional pillows of different thickness at your full disposal). As far as the refreshment concerns, all guests prepare their breakfast in an autonomous manner. I only have a room that is perfectly clean and fragrant, well equipped and at a cheaper price; the kitchen is just one more option that all my guests like to prepare their coffee. If I had to add all the things listed, the price would certainly not be the same. I guess the underlying mistake is because you thought you were staying in an apartment but I only offer a room where I put a refreshment point to make a quick tea or coffee; In the rest of my contract there is no additional service (otherwise you had to choose a B & B or an apartment and not a simple room). Sin you didn't mention I helped you bring in two very heavy suitcases and I have devoted you valuable time to offer you good and sincere suggestions about Venice and the restaurants / shops so that your stay could be as good as possible. Anyway, given your complaints, I wonder why you did not tell me anything during your stay because I would have appreciated it and anyway I could explain everything directly. During your stay I did not have the slightest sense of your discomfort since I've always met you smiling. I hope to see you again in the future!! Sincerely. Stefano

I would like recommend Cheri and her young daughters as guest. They were very friendly, respectful and timely, furthermore they left our suite neat and tidy. Thanks a lot for having been my guests. I hope to see you in the near future :-)
