Denne smukke, nyindrettede 4 soveværelser, 2 bad hjemme er en fabelagtig kombination af smagfuld indretning, komfort og bekvemmelighed. Hjertet i hjemmet er dets store store værelse med stue med gaskomfur, spiseplads og køkken. Perfekt til familien at samles i slutningen af dagen og dele historier om deres eventyr i Grand Lake. Denne ejendom er på en stor masse med en brand pit og udendørs siddepladser områder. Der er også rigelig parkering til biler og snescooter og bådtrailere. Der er også et stort dæk med en gasgrill. Bekvemt placeret i byen, hvor du vil kunne gå til søen, strandpromenaden, restauranter og teater. Også placeret tæt på snescootersporet ud af byen. Denne enhed har kabel-tv og WiFi. Perfect stay for our family

The location couldn’t be beat! There is so much within walking distance: restaurants, shops, lake, playground, etc.. I would absolutely recommend this home and hope to return soon!

Comfy cabin!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this cabin! Great location to be able to walk to shops, lake, and restaurants. The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of four.

Wonderful Cabin

Was perfect for 8 adults to catch up! Open floor plan for gathering and just walk right into town or down to the docks. We had a wonderful time!!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful trip staying in this cabin! The property manager was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating! The property is perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The location is awesome for staying in Grand Lake! We also met a lot of the neighbors who were very friendly and welcoming!

Beautiful Grand Lake

Booked this property for the 4th of July with family. This home is absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, well stocked with necessities, SO CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN AND THE LAKE! We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Short walk to downtown Grand Lake!

Great place. Spacious and comfy for 6 people, a baby, and a dog. Walking distance to downtown. Short drive to RMNP for hiking. Highly recommend!

This is the second year we have rented this house on Park Ave. in Grand Lake. The size and location are perfect for our family group. The house has a warm and inviting feeling and everything we need to make our stay convenient and enjoyable.

Grand Splendor

The four of us loved this home for its coziness and location! We could walk to town to dine and shop. From our deck, we could hear the summer bands. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen completely stocked with all the necessities. We look forward to renting this home again!! Delightful stay!!!

Very good stay

This is a very well located property, close to everything in Grand Lake. The house was immaculate. Communication with the rental agent was very good. The only thing we would suggest is that some of the pots and pans could use replacement. Overall this is a great value in a great location.
