Hi John, Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment's great location near both the old town and the strip, and that overall, you found it clean and comfortable. We understand that the key collection and return process can be inconvenient, especially if walking long distances is difficult. We will take your suggestion into account for future improvements. Regarding the chairs, we apologize for the broken ones you found. We’ll make sure to replace them to enhance the comfort of our guests. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that, aside from a few points, everything else was absolutely fine.
