Lyse, komfortable 2 soveværelser, 2 bad med fantastisk direkte havudsigt fra inde lejlighed og stor balkon, i rolige 48 enhed Seaward kompleks. Direkte adgang til privat bolig strækning af ingen kørsel strand. Opdateret indretning. Soveværelse har bad med badekar og bruser, king size seng efter august 2019. Twin senge i andet soveværelse. Alle værelser har tv med basiskabel; dvd afspiller, vcr, ROKU med Netflix og Amazon prime i stuen. Fuldt udstyret køkken med fuld størrelse køleskab / fryser, rækkevidde og ovn, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, kaffemaskine, brødrister ovn, crock gryder, blender, sandwich presse, kedel, digital skala, alt for at imødekomme enhver kokes behov. Fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden. Pool er opvarmet og dæk vind beskyttet om vinteren. Elevator adgang til tredje etage enhed. Parkering, valet vogne og cykelholdere leveres alt sammen på stedet. Strandstole, håndklæder og paraplyer er tilgængelige i lejligheden for din nydelse. Spil, videoer, spande, boogie boards, svømmefinner findes i det andet soveværelse.

fantastic stay at Seaward

Thank you Ebru for our wonderful stay in your unit. The view from the deck and living room was great. Seeing the sun rise each morning made the beginning of each day wonderful. New Smyrna beach is a quaint community with much to offer. You will not be disappointed with this rental. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a good experience.

Great stay at Seaward

Thanks Ebru, We had a great stay this winter. Seeing the sun rise in the morning from the spacious living room or from the deck was awesome. Your accommodations were very nice. New Smyrna Beach has many great restaurants and many activities. Merritt Island drives offer sightings of alligators and manatee. Fishing is also good. Spend some time on the St John's river for a wildlife bonanza. We will return next year. Chuck and Norma

Awesome stay all around

We rented the condo for 3 months. The owners were very accommodating , always available and provided all the information we needed and were generous in providing some ideas for eateries and activities In the area. It was a pleasure meeting them. Their condo became our home away from home will all the comforts. The condo is very well maintained clean , comfortable and shows exactly as the pictures. It is move in condition, which was perfect for us. The view to the ocean was amazing and the condo property was well kept including the heated pool on cooler days. The kitchen is well stocked and provides everything you need to cook. We liked it so much that we are returning next year. There is lots to do in New Smyrna Beach. Some good kayaking and boat tours at the Marine Discovery Centre. The National Park (Canaveral) is a must. The beach is outstanding, lots of excellent eateries, a few weekend local markets for some local fruit and vegetable shopping are good. A few restaurants we enjoyed were AA fusion,, SoNapa, Touch of Italy It is close to Orlando and Daytona and St Augustine. We certainly would recommend to any family.

Great view and location!

We stayed during spring break with my college and teenage daughters. The owners were great to work with by being very responsive to any of our inquiries. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, all with a great view. Always able to get chairs that were by the pool but looked out over the beach. Only about 70 miles to Orlando so able to go for the day! Had some great food at nearby restaurants (Northwoods a must). Would definitely recommend to any family and would love to rent again!

Whether you enjoy sitting on the balcony and taking in the salt air or the direct beach access for walks on the shore, we are certain you will love staying with us in Silver Sands section of NSB. We love the Seaward condo because it is relatively small and quiet, has a neighborly feel, and yet convenient to shopping and dining.
