Oceanfront VIP-condo sover 6 personer komfortabelt med en kingsize-seng i soveværelset, to tvillinger i soveværelse 2 og to tvillinger i soveværelse 3. Efter timer i brændingen skyller de feriegæster under det udendørs bruser, der ligger på kompleksets private strandgang og derefter dukkert i swimmingpoolen ved havet. Ocean One har tilføjet et helt nyt grillområde til komplekset lige uden for poolen.
Ocean One er en fem-etagers elevatorbygning beliggende i South Forest Beach. Very nicely furnished. Room for six chairs on the balcony which we enjoyed. Beautiful view! I suggest you bring your shampoo and conditioner as there were none furnished. There are two hairdryers.

One of the best HHI vacations yet! No complaints at all.

One of the best rental units we have ever booked! Large, comfortable, clean, great view of the ocean and pool, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. We will definitely book again.

Nice View but Poorly Managed Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hours after entry we realized that the condo had non-working lamps in each room and a air conditioning gauge that could not be adjusted by the guest. I contacted management about these issues and they offered a street facing unit-not the ocean facing which a had paid for. I did not take them up on the sad offer and the condo issues were fixed by early evening of the following day. Sadly, rationing of two bars of soap, two packets of dishwasher detergent and no laundry soap added to the bare basics offered by management. This management group is not about enhancing the guest experience but rather rationing what they could to increase profits. They couldn't ration the view which was nice as well as the location. Overall, I will look for a privately managed unit next visit.

Beautiful property

This condo is amazing. Great view, lots of room, and walking distance to most dining and shopping. We will be coming back!

Great location

We have stayed at Ocean One before, but this unit is our favorite so far. Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor storage closet for beach gear, and there were several beach chairs inside for guests to use.

Spring Break 2025

Our stay was relaxing, quiet, peaceful, and absolutely no flies/insects. It is loud @ night with next door resort which plays music but overall not bad. This place is safe and safety friendly.

Attending TJ's wedding

Place was ok, fairly clean. Screen broken and just left off track outside, couches need replacement as they are not comfortable at all. Great area, nice pool, beach great, tiki bar and music wonderful. We loved the area.

Best Location on the Island

The property is incredibly located right in the middle of everything with beautiful ocean views. My young family of 5 enjoyed the pool and easy stroll to the beach and retail district. My wife and I spent every night on our patio overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. We were also treated to a family of deer who grazed right below our condo every night. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and the furniture/condo decor is very dated, but with views and location as good as they offer it is nothing short of 5 stars. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We had an issue with an appliance that the property management company was able to quickly resolve; however, the appliance continued to have issues. The common outdoor space upgrades to Ocean One were fantastic. Ocean One is in a great location and would recommend staying there for easy beach and pool access.

Great location

Great location! Condo had a great layout, view and was well stocked. The ONLY reason I am giving it an3 instead of 5 is because the beds were very uncomfortable. The frames were cheap and on rollers so they moved around(floors were luxury vinyl) when you turned in your sleep and bounced every time you or spouse rolled over. All beds had these frames. And the mattresses were poor quality. I don’t expect top of The line mattresses but these were thin and uncomfortable.

The reasons for some of the fours stars were that there were some minor stains on the couches, and the music next door was loud when sitting outside at night.other than that, everything was great!
