The administrators will be contacting you a week to a few days before your arrival. They will be also present when you arrive at the house to give a guide. If you have any question, please don't tarry to ask. Greetings, René Heeren The administrators could not reach you. They also kept waiting at the unit and finally I contacted you and told them where you were and they picked you up and brought you and have shown you where the unit lies. We give personal guide through the house. That's is why I pay the administrators to do so with my guests and they also give advice where one can go to eat and visit. There are flyers with information at the unit. On the information website where someone can book you can also see the location on the land chart and the address of the unit. At the entrance the securities employees also, if you ask them, they can give you information how to ride to the unit. I find it a pity that you have experience this inconvenience on your arrival day. It was new years evening, the day that you have arrived and of course is it very busy. Too busy. And after that people have 2 days off. That's why it was difficult to get a parking place at the beach. Other days is normal. Once more thank you that you had chosen for us. Greetings, René Heeren

Hi Mona, Thank you for the review. We are glad that you have enjoyed your holiday. Indeed, now that new houses have been built close to us, you have to walk around to the beach. It is now longer than before. It is about 10 minutes walk. We do not have a hotel concept. For that reason we have a washing machine in the house that you can wash yourself whenever you want. If we have to change every 3 days, there are extra service costs. We have extra service costs but that has to be asked during the booking. That will cost extra money. Dear William, I'm really sorry that you have experienced your stay like this. About the safe, it works. The only thing is that you have to use the key instead of the digital digits. We are looking for a new safe. Important is that it worked and it works. About two of the sliding doors, indeed it do not open or very difficult. As you saw they are of woord and need maintenance. A carpenter came to look at it but because you came in the house we could not fix it right away. We found it disturbing to work on the door meanwhile you were in the house. The carpenter is going to fix them. The sofa was broken by a guest. We could not say who. We came to know later on. It was 1,5 years old. We are looking for good new one. Hi Chery, Thank you very much for your detailed review. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed the location, the pool, and your stay. We would like to clarify a few points so that future guests get as complete a picture as possible. There was for sure enough sheets provided for all beds. You could call the administrators and could asked them if you could not fine them. Guests that stay more than a week gets automatically one extra sheets for the beds. Again we have administrators, if you or any guests has questions you can reach them always. They are always ready to help. The beds were comfortable. Nevertheless, we have since invested in a completely new bed, so that comfort can be improved even further. The dining table was originally equipped with beautiful metal dining chairs. Due to the location close to the sea, these started to rust over time. To ensure the safety of our guests, we temporarily placed plastic chairs until we could purchase a new, matching dining set. The dining area has now been completely renovated with a beautiful new table and matching chairs. Current photos of this can be seen on our website. The tableware is not made of plastic, as mentioned in the review. The property has sufficient porcelain plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, tea glasses, and stainless steel cutlery for all guests. The two plastic sets with plates, cups, and cutlery are intended exclusively for young children, so that they can eat safely without the risk of glass shards. We bought a very nice launch sofa. The one that you referred to, the one during your stay, Someone has broken the arm of it and we had to look for a new one. That took some time but now it is new. We continue to invest in our accommodation. Many furnishings and amenities have been shipped specially from the Netherlands to offer our guests as much comfort and quality as possible. Dear guests, I see that that my early reaction is not placed. It is already one and half year ago. It is a pity that you have experienced such a situation. I am really sorry for you. I don't want to contradict you but we have no bug bites. The guests before you and after you did not experience this. No guests at all! In all the years that we rent this villa. People that stays like 1 month or 1,5 month. No one ever experienced this. There is pest control in the whole resort and also by our and others homes. Most probably it was just mosquitos. That is also what my wife and daughter experienced long time ago of the mosquitos, but that was only once. They have no problem any more. There is some periods that you can get mosquitos and that is normal in a tropic island. But now there is a device that catches mosquitos. All the villas where you have stayed has one. I would advice you also to be sure when you go to a tropic island, take Vitamins B-Complex like 2 weeks before. That is very good against mosquitos bites. One way or the other it helps. I personally don't need that because I am of the island. As you have seen our sleeping rooms have secondary glazing in the bedrooms so that you don't lose any cold and that no insects come in through the shutters while you sleep. Just to be sure. I advice you again, if it is a time that you can get mosquitos, close between sundown till dark the windows and doors. after the sun goes down you can open them again. These are small tips that may help. But, Vit-B-Complex works very good. We are very sorry for you that you have gone through this. There were never guests that complain about this. With all respect you are the only guests that said that we have bug bites. We have a good company that cleans the villa very good after guests depart. If there were bug bites they would have seen it. As for the living room, the location is on the wind. It blows a lot. Maybe it was a period that does not blow that much. Is the first time that we hear this. Dear Roya, We thank you for the points you have raised. We really appreciate this. The technician couldn't find anything wrong with the refrigerator. The only thing he found was that some places were not clean. We had the refrigerator checked earlier because the guests thought there was a leak on March 20. After they checked out, we sent a technician to have it fixed. The technician found that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. It was a jug of water that was leaking. Loose cables are from the WiFi and TV and are certainly not dangerous. They're in a corner. Most of it is in a tube. I have asked the new administrator to check the cables. When I was there I myself has put it in the tube. They will check it for me. Indeed, we discovered that some of the shutters do not open. Most do. We have found the right carpenters who do good work and are now getting started to check everything for me. The only thing about the dining table is that on 2 legs the plate has become a bit loose. The mirror on the dining table was fixed by three rubbers. These rubbers became worn out and gave an unpleasant view. The clean master and the manager at the time did not lift it and clean it or remove it. That was the whole problem. The dining chairs are made of plastic. The reason why we chose this is that the chairs in the photo have chrome legs. They were rusted by the sea air. Too much salt in the air. That's why we chose plastic that matches the table. The furniture outside was discolored. It is true that it gives the wrong impression. But we will see how we will look for otherones with can stand the sun. Regarding the bed goods, we have instructed the new manager to throw everything away and buy new ones. We were very angry about this. We didn't know that. The most important thing when renting out a house is that it must be clean, especially the bed in which you sleep. What I understood from the cleaner is that it was clean, but the stain could not be removed. I said that's not possible. You have to buy a new sheet and report to me.
