Hello, Feedback is important: We have changed the subscription for the television. This means more channels available as of now. The sofa is a matter of preference. We have people who love them, give compliments and ask us where they come from. They are indeed lounge seats ... to relax and easily fall asleep :-)

Thanks for your feedback. 100 KWH per week is the cap and included in the rent. Most apartment charge additionally for energy, we do not. 95% of the families have enough energy with 100 KWH per week. It also creates an awareness of the energy usage. Using more is possible, no problem. In that case, we do have to pay the energy bill too. The extra energy is charged at cost price. Hope this helps.

Thank you for this feedback, which we have followed up carefully. We regret that this stay did not feel like the relaxed holiday it should be, and that a conversation about laundry came across the wrong way. Since then, the vacuum cleaner has been replaced, the dishwasher has been repaired and the wifi has been upgraded. Good to know for future guests: internet in this area runs via satellite antenna rather than cable, so speeds can be lower than at home. That is the flip side of the location right next to the nature park between Altea and Calpe, which is exactly what makes Pueblo Mascarat so quiet. As for insects: only ants were found, and bait boxes had been placed in advance to prevent them. We hope future guests enjoy the views, the pools and the peace of this spot as much as many before them. Kind regards, Ides

In het hoogseizoen staat de wagen soms iets verder, maar je mag altijd even voor de deur stoppen om bagage in en uit te laden. Groeten, Ides

Bedankt voor je feedback. Het spijt ons dat je verblijf niet aan je verwachtingen voldeed. Pueblo Mascarat ligt tegen het natuurgebied tussen Altea en Calpe, op een helling met trappen en paadjes. Net die ligging zorgt voor de rust en het uitzicht, maar ze vraagt wel wat stapwerk; goed om te weten voor wie minder mobiel is. Opmerkingen over onderhoud nemen we ernstig: zo werden intussen de stofzuiger vervangen, de vaatwasser hersteld en de wifi verbeterd. Groeten, Ides

Dank voor deze feedback. Het spijt ons dat het verblijf niet aan de verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Tijdens het verblijf werd op basis van de meldingen meerdere keren aangeboden om zaken ter plaatse na te kijken en op te lossen via onze lokale verantwoordelijke. Het appartement is ingericht als een vakantiewoning met comfortabele lounge-elementen, zoals ook zichtbaar op de foto’s. Smaak en gebruikservaring kunnen uiteraard verschillen per gast. Velen geven ons net complimenten over de toffe zetels. De opmerkingen rond onderhoud en voorzieningen hebben we intussen bekeken. Er werd een extra controle uitgevoerd op onder andere keukenmateriaal, linnengoed en algemene netheid om de kwaliteit verder te borgen. De ligging in een mediterrane omgeving brengt soms externe factoren met zich mee (zoals bepaalde insecten), Hiervoor zijn preventieve middelen aanwezig in het appartement om snel te kunnen ageren en se volgen dit ook actief op. Welkom in Spanje. We blijven inzetten op een aangename en correcte verblijfservaring voor al onze gasten en nemen feedback steeds mee in verdere verbeteringen. Met vriendelijke groeten

Hello, small reaction. Prepaid electricity is more than enough. Only one time in 5 years a group of students used more electricity than what is foreseen. The reason was: airco on 24/7 and open windows. So, no stress. With regular electricity usage, there has never been a problem. Hope this helps, Ides

Hello, The apartment is located on a private domain. When comparing this to apartment who are not on a private domain, it is way easier to park your car, as only residents can park there. In summer time and peak season, all apartments are occupied, that's true. This means that the car can be parked 100 meter from the apartment. I believe it is still reasonable for high season. As it is a private domain, it is possible to temporarily park your car in front of the door to load or unload heavy items. Nobody will be mad... Hope this helps and gives some perspective.

Hello, We integrated this communication of the platform we use for renting the apartment. Apologies if this was not seen. We offer 100 KWH of energy for free. This is enough for 95% of the families. It creates an awareness about daily usage. Using more is possible and we just charge the extra's at. cost price of the supplier. This avoids airco with open doors... or 24 hour airco when not in the apartment ... In 95% of the cases, no extra charge is needed.
