Perfect location

This unit is in the perfect location and took us 5 minutes to walk to the base (would have been faster without kids!). The manager gave us great information for check-in, and texted us upon arrival to make sure everything was good. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the stay. The fireplace was so nice after a long day of skiing! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property was a very short walk to the lifts which was perfect for my kids. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was fully equipped with all the needed accessories in the kitchen and bath. The building is a little dated but well maintained. The hot tub and sauna were nice to have after a long day on the slopes. I would recommend and stay at this property again.

Park City Ski

We enjoyed our time at the condominium. It was clean & had adequate kitchen supplies/ utensils for our use. I would recommend putting non slip strips in the bathtubs, railing around the tubs to hold when getting out , and a close hook behind bathroom doors.

Great to get the family together

Fabulous location. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out together. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Spacious, well equipped and excellent location. Jeffrey and staff at location were extremely nice and helpful.

Wonderful vacation

The property was great - exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family. We were even able to host dinner with friends given how spacious and organized it was. The location was key, being only a block from the resort base, so no need to drive to the slopes. The manager was very responsive and helped us with our needs. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to my friends and family.

Great week

Great place, Great location, Fun Time. Could have used more snow but we made the best of that. This condo is located 100 yards for Payday lift and with renting equipment slop side, we were able to leave our skis at on the mountain and not carry up or down the hill. Would recommend and use again if we visit Park City

Close to slopes!

Jeff's place is absolutely beautiful. The location cannot be beat if you are looking for easy access to the slopes. Literally right out the door and a few steps and you are at the base of the mountain. The interior is furnished perfectly and the space was huge! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. It was nice having access to the gym on site (although it is VERY small), but still was able to get in some workouts in the morning. Location is about 3/4 miles from all the restaurants on Main street, so not extremely close, but we would walk to dinner and back every night. It was nice to work up an appetite and then work it off going back. I highly recommend this condo! We only had 2 couples total, but it could have easily fit 4 more people with plenty of room.

Well appointed condo in a great location

We were impressed with the care for style and detail used in the decor of this condo. The whole place had a nice style feel to it, and the furniture, carpet, etc... are of very nice quality. The building also had nice climate protected parking. And we were less than a 5 min walk from the mountain base and central lifts. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable condo tight in front of mountain.

Had a great time introducing my wife and kids to snow and skiing. Very convenient to ski school, slopes and short ride to Main Street.

Great condo, owner attention to detail and hospitality greatly appreciated!

Excellent location! This unit was priced higher than others in same complex, but justified by great beds, nice refinish, and owner's extra efforts to make us feel at home. Can't say enough good things about host's attention to detail and focus on making guests comfortable! Utah Ski & Golf store in lobby is great! And walk to base of First Time or to Village is convenient. Check in, check out and parking were all super easy. Only laundry is coin machines in common area space, and hot tub a little more communal than ideal, but that's not unexpected for a big condominium like this. We spent almost every evening on Main St, which is an easy drive or long walk away (uphill).

Absolutely perfect

My family of 5 stayed February 2-7. It was the perfect location for skiing and enjoying park city base. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed when we got there. The building amenities were wonderful and so was the staff. It was so convenient to walk across the parking lot to the ski base. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Perfect

The location is great- short walk through the parking lot to the base lifts. Hotel is well-maintained and apartment is really nice. I loved that we arrived to find a well-thought out supply of goodies stocked for us- nuts, fruit, organic milk, bottles of Evian and chips. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Condo!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Nicola was wonderful and added so many nice touches like milk, coffee and the basic essentials you would need before having to make a trip to the grocery store. Would stay again! And the ski rental store in the lobby was great too!

Park City Getaway

Perfect location to the mountain. Everything was spacious, brand new, and extremely clean. We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The drive to town is minimal but we wanted to be at the mountain. The extras I.e. Coffee, cream, milk, water was just rediculously over the top. Beautiful place to stay.

Far exceeds expectations

My family of four was pleasantly surprised when we entered the home. The place looked luxurious, very well appointed and most of all clean. Every room felt designer and modern. Every possible item was stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms including the ski racks at every entry. This is definitely not your standard rental but a high end experience without the stuffiness of a hotel. One can relax and feel at home while the proximity to PC resort is across the street. The Complex lobby has ski rentals on premesis along with a 20% discount for being a guest. This is the same discount that PC Resort offers if you enroll in ski camp, so well worth avoiding the resort lines. This is the best place on the market and the price is extremely reasonable compared to luxury resorts in the area. A must for young and old. Congratulations Nicola. The place is fantastic.

Perfect!!

Look no further - this is the spot for your Park City vacation! It's brand new - from bathrooms and bedding to the carpets and kitchen, everything is spotless. My wife and four kids stayed here New Year week. I generally like to stay at flagged hotels (Marriott, Hyatt, etc.) or hotel timeshare type places because they have corporate minimums to which the property must adhere so I was hesitant to rent a condo managed by the owner but Nicola and Joel are the new gold standard. We arrived late in the evening the day after Christmas after a long flight from the east coast. How awesome to have bottled water in the fridge, fresh fruit on the kitchen table, several boxes of cereal, milk, oatmeal, bread, peanut butter & jelly (all of which organic!) waiting for us! The kitchen was fully stocked and enabled us to cook-in several nights during our week long stay. The owners provided detailed recommendations for local hot spots in the town, as well as little known gems only a local could tell recommend. We ate breakfast each morning in the condo and then headed out the door with our ski equipment to Park City Mountain Resort literally half a block away. Three full bathroom made it an easy stay with six people in the house. A king bed in the master; my daughters shared a queen bed in the second bedroom with one of our son the other queen; our other son slept on the pull out coach in the living room. Clean white sheets and lots of quality towels got us through the week. It's a great condo. I didn't know the owners prior to renting it but will certainly try to stay here again in the future. They treated us like we were a guest in their home. It may be tough to go back to hotel hospitality after such a wonderful stay at this condo in Park City!
