Vores specialitet er at betjene familier grupper, akademiske eller business teams på udkig efter en særlig placering for at imødekomme meningsfyldte begivenheder.

Den nyrenoverede ejendom består af tre forskellige hjem, en lille privat lystbådehavn, stor dock samt et rekreativt område og rigelig parkering på 3 private hektar langs et roligt havneparadis.

Boat House og Sea Studio bygninger blev for nylig fuldstændig genopbygget og renoveret af prisvindende arkitekt og designer team
 
Det store, tilgængelige websted giver mulighed for både gruppering, udforskning og leg inde og ude - samt privatliv, når du vil komme væk.

"Boat House" er en moderne håndlavet perle, der tilbyder 300 grader af havnefronten og udsigt i et 2 soveværelse, 2 bad hjemme. Anbragt på en dock 80 'ud på vandet. 4 sovepladser.

"Sea Studio" er inspireret af en skibkaptejerdragt for at give en privat og perfekt 600 sf studio med privat dæk og bad. Resultatet er et romantisk og smukt tilbagetog. 2 sovepladser

"Kaptajnenes kvarter" er lukket for renovering i 2019. Ved genopbygning vil det rumme 4 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, stor familie-stil stue til og mindre læseværelse, fuldt udstyret køkken, spiseplads til 10 +. Sovepladser 8 -12

Fuld site eller individuel Bygning udlejning er begge mulige afhængigt af sæson og tilgængelighed. Prisen varierer baseret på opholdsrum.

Mens LRBC tilbyder en enestående sommer legeplads, forår, efterår og endda vinter kan ikke være beat for adgangen til rolige naturlige skønhed. Begrundelsen er smukke gennem alle fire årstider.

Marina er lille og privat begrænset til nogle få LRBC medlemmer til dag-brug af kun fuld sæson lejere. Der er en dock plads og fortøjning forbeholdt vores bolig gæster. Start og holde din egen lille fartøj herfra. Eller, kajakker, robåde og åbent vand roning skaller er til rådighed for udlejning på stedet. Charter sejl og motorbåde er til rådighed lokalt, og kan samle dig op fra her!

For at holde forbindelsen: adgang til business klasse high-speed internet, kabel og fladskærms tv.

Åh ja: vores senge er meget høj kvalitet og specielle: lavet i Maine af Portland Madras Company og er super hyggelige og komfortable!

Perfect wkd in Boothbay - such an amazing spot to take in the salt air & simply relax OR have fun in the water right off the dock. Communication with hosts excellent & both the boat house & studio are stocked with everything you need. One of our fav stays ever!

We loved our stay here! Accommodations are well-appointed. Kid’s fished off the dock for hours. We enjoyed all the activities of the local area and just relaxing in this beautiful space.

Beautiful spot for our family reunion

We loved this place. The combo of a large compound and large waterfront deck combined with different houses gave us the place for our family to be together and privacy when we needed. The Boat House and Sea Studio are renovated really well and are right on the water. Also, Mark and his crew set us up well. We will return!

Magnificent!

Beautiful property with stunning surroundings and wildlife. Well appointed. We plan on booking again.. Great walks to Ocean Point and King Phillips Trail. The owners are very professional, accommodating and communicative. Loved it!

Great location but property is a mixed bag

Coastal Maine is lovely and this property is right on the water in a great location for exploring a lot of the coast. Be aware that the Captain's Quarters building is a huge step down from the other two and is a great disappointment. Pros: *great views *direct water access *great dock/deck for sitting, grilling, eating, socializing *Sea Studio building is stunningly renovated, just beautiful *good looking renovations on the Boathouse Cons: *no screens on the giant glass sliding doors of the Boathouse, so in order to get fresh air, you also get a lot of flies and mosquitos *the Boathouse kitchen looks nice but is not actually very good for cooking *the Captain's Quarters is not renovated, but the disappointment of this house is beyond that -- it's musty, smelly, and uninviting; the kitchen is bleak; there is essentially no outside seating space to take advantage of the views; the layout is very odd with weird uses of the large space (tears actually rolled down my face when I first walked into this property and realized this is where my family would spend the week)

LRBC the new East Boothbay Wedding Hot Spot!!

This may be a long review.. but it is worth the read to understand the quality of this rental! First off, Mark Miller was amazing to work with. When I approached him about having a wedding at LRBC he was thrilled and offered to help with many things including local recommendations! Mark went above and beyond letting me know about the property and even let us rent the little boat house for a quick visit in April to scout things out! LRBC held two large families for an entire week and then an entire wedding party! The Boat house is fabulous and we used it for cookouts, welcome parties and to just take in the beauty of the Little River. The Captains Quarters was a great home base and used by our caterer to cook the food! We had a tent brought in and it made LRBC look like a dream world! Anything we asked about Mark had an answer or a guy who could help us out! The local boaters who dock at LRBC marina were so helpful and EVEN cut the grass for us (ERIC WAS A HERO!!!) Our families loved every second of staying at LRBC. Each guest commented that it was the perfect spot! I cant thank Mark enough for letting me transform his beautiful home and for giving me the flexibility to make it my own while keeping the Maine charm! Not only was Mark and Eric and others helpful but it was also like dealing with friends! We will definitely be back with our families and encourage you to experience what LRBC has to offer... we even know that our guests will be booking LRBC in the future as well! Thank you Mark and Eric! We loved our stay at LRBC and had the best day of our lives while there!!

We've been vacationing around mid-coast Maine for many years, and the whole family agrees that this property was the best yet! Clean, bright, airy, well-appointed (including super-thoughtful little extras), waterfront plus a great lawn for playing outdoor games. And our hosts were AWESOME -- friendly, warm, helpful, very responsive but never intrusive. This place is our first pick for next year's trip!

Great escape

Super peaceful retreat on a quiet cove. Nicely redone properties with multiple sleeping buildings and decorations. We spent the majority of the nights on the deck and dock eating oysters and having beers. Rented kayaks and loved the cove. Mark was super helpful with recommendations and very responsive. Don’t debate, just go.

Excellent location and beautiful view

We had a great time at the LRBC! The site was clean and had everything we needed to have a great and relaxing time. The site was still undergoing some renovation, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the stay. Would definitely consider going back!

Bit of paradise on the water

The Little River Boat Club (LRBC) property exceeded all of our expectations. With wife, 2 children, and 2 teenage friends in tow, we found the facilities practical, comfortable, and enchanting. The views alone worth the price of the rental. Situated at the end of a private road, the property was generally well maintained having any thing you might need for a vacation away from home. Access to the water allowed for many hours of kayaking, SUP, and swimming. The area of East Boothbay is peaceful and quiet but not lacking for things to do. The Ocean Point beach and rock outcroppings were favorites for the teens. Biking around the area was a bit challenging but car drivers seemed considerate. Early morning hikes in the nearby Linekin-Burley Preserve started the day off right. Busier Boothbay Harbor a 10-15 car ride from the property. Pre-trip communication with the owner, Mark, was extremely easy. He provided timely and accurate information to make settling in a breeze. Overall, would return in a heartbeat. Imagine it is a beautiful setting in the fall given all of the trees in the area.

Beyond beautiful house in picturesque setting!

This property is amazing- gorgeous home that is beautifully furnished - right on the water but it is private and quiet. We loved every minute of our stay! Bonus: studio apartment on the property and lots of indoor and outdoor games. Will definitely be back!

My three adult children, one younger child, and myself absolutely loved our stay here! So beautiful and peaceful, but close enough to a lot of activities. It was hard to leave!

Wonderful unique gorgeous location!

Our family stayed in the Boathouse and Studio in July and had a fantastic time. The wall of glass is spectacular and You are right on the water. Very well appointed and designed by the owner, we felt right at home. We enjoyed meeting the locals who have their boats at the Marina and upon Mark’s recommendation, rented sea kayaks and paddle boards delivered to the house. This location is fantastic because of the inlet, we had calm water to play around in, and venture out into the more open water when we wanted. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to follow along and see the new main house when it’s done!

Fall 2018 Stay

Two water front houses are great. Glad our 4th couple didn't make it as the big house on the hill was musty smelling and very sparsely furnished. The houses on the water are really fun and the best place to stay. Would come again and rent the water front houses.

Wonderful private spot on the Maine Coast

We had a full family of 16 and the property handled us very well. Little River is a special spot. Close to the ocean but protected. Lobster boats coming and going. Could not be more "Maine Coast." Dock is brand new and much better than shown in the picture. Great for kayaks, paddle boards and swimming. We will be back.

Magnificent waterfront site with three attractive architect-designed buildings

Owner-architect has taken full advantage of the beautiful location and has provided all of the luxurious trimmings necessary to make visitors comfortable in this five star resort. There are many interesting places to visit and things to do in the surrounding Boothbay region. We highly recommend The Little River Boat Club.

We had a great time staying at this property, and absolutely loved Boothbay. Would love to visit again. The property was a great place to relax and be alone, but there was plenty to do in town to keep the entire family busy. We would absolutely recommend it to a friend!

beautiful location, many new amenities, clean and comfortable

We rented the boathouse and the captain's quarters for three families celebrating a family event. The boathouse is beautifully renovated with beautiful windows right on the water. Appliances, bathrooms and bedding were all new. The captain's quarters had plenty of space with updated beds/baths as well. The location was perfect, just about a 10 minute drive to the main area of Boothbay Harbor. Just down the road is a pretty scenic drive around the point and a great place that offered a breakfast buffet. Overall, even with a cool, cloudy weekend, we had a great time. The owner Mark offered many good suggestions of things to see and places to eat.

Fantastic spot for family celebration!

I have just returned from a week at the Little River Boat Club. This vacation rental is actually a collection of 3 buildings on a beautiful piece of waterfront property. The purpose of the trip was my husband's birthday and the celebrants included my parents, our sons, their wives, and four grandchildren. The ages ranged from 10 to 91 and there were 12 of us in total. The Sea Shack is a newly constructed studio unit built on pilings at the river's edge. Our two granddaughters, aged 17 and 20, absolutely adored having this space to themselves. The Boat House consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors, and a kitchen and sitting area. The Boat House is at the end of the dock so you feel as though you are part of the marina and boats at anchor. This building is also new, or newly renovated. The Captain's Quarters has a kitchen and living room on the lower level, with a full bath and laundry. The middle floor has two bedrooms which share a bath, and there is a 3rd floor bedroom with bath. In retrospect, we and my parents should have shared the boat house, and our younger son and his family should have shared the two adjoining bedrooms with one bath. This is an older home with an awkward floor plan and has yet to be renovated to the level of the other two buildings. However, it did serve us well and we usually all gathered in this main house for breakfast and lunch. If the weather suits, dinner on the large deck area at the Boat House, overlooking the river, is where you want to be! An added bonus is the nearby East Boothbay General Store and Elizabeth Evans. She prepared a very generous specialty gift basket provided by the owner, provisioned the house with additional snacks and wine at my request, and catered meals which were as good as anyone could wish for. Boothbay Harbor with all its restaurants, shops, and activities is an easy 10 minute drive. Ellyn Stevenson

Where to go for relaxation away from big cities or busy life

Great place to relax away from busy life. Enjoyed hanging at the river. More stuffs to do around the property: great restaurants. a boat ride to see seals, and golf. Highly recommended to everyone.

Beautiful and Relaxing - a perfect mix of small town life and the outdoors

I stayed at LRBC for 4 days this summer and enjoyed every minute of relaxing on the dock, swimming the waters, walking/running the trails with ocean views, and enjoying the restaurants in Boothbay Harbor. The residence has three welcoming buildings each with their own unique character, two of which overhang the water -- rare these days! I highly recommend LRBC for a summer escape and will definitely be back!
