Awesome views

Lovely spacious property with awesome views of Arthur’s seat. Very clean and Marta was a very friendly and responsive host.

Nice apartment with lovely views close to Royal Mile but quieter area

Listing is accurate, loved views and the close proximity to everything. Comfortable beds and quiet area. We did not use kitchen much but it had everything we needed.

Excellent Stay!

Beautiful apartment…exactly as advertised. We stayed there three nights with our two adult children. Prompt and great communication made check-in and check-out easy. Easy walk to the bus stop or just a ten minute walk to Holyrood Palace. Highly recommend this place for your time in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh with a View!

This lovely, modern flat in an older building was a joy to stay in. The views of Arthur's Seat and the park were incredible! The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the top floor so if have a lot of luggage, be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay to explore Edinburgh!

Amazing views and access to Edinburgh

My family and I enjoyed five nights at this wonderful flat. Each day we were inspired to explore the crags and Arthur’s Seat because of the incredible views. The flat provides quick access to the Royal Mile and many popular sites throughout the city. There are good places to eat in the neighborhood and it was easy to walk to a local grocer. The flat was clean and spacious with room for all five of us to have our own space after touring crowded sites all day.

Wonderful Place

This home was the perfect spot for our family visiting from Alaska. It’s beautiful and cozy with great views of Holyrood park and Arthur’s seat. The first thing our family with 4 teens did was hike up Arthur’s seat. So nice to have that right outside! Walking through the grassy park makes the walk to the Royal Mile area pleasant. Marta is a very good host, with good communication and very kind to include breakfast foods, such as cereal, crumpets, marmalade, coffee, tea, milk and some cookies. We really appreciated that! This was a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent Location

The owner was excellent with responding! Everything was in perfect order and with the “book” it explained how everything worked. Only problem we had was it was on the 3rd floor plus a two story condo. It says all of that in the listing but for us (Sr’s) just a little challenging. Over all the condo was beautiful plus the view out the back windows was worth it all. Ubers are excellent in that area. Use them! Thanks Marta for a wonderful 4 nights!

Amazing property with beautiful views!

Marta’s home is lovely. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I, 2 kids and parents. We appreciated the breakfast treats and coffee that were on the counter upon our arrival. Marta was quick to respond when we had any questions. The black-out curtains in the rooms were a life saver! The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed watching Netflix on the tv in their downtime. We were pleasantly surprised with the views of Arthur’s Seat (which is worth the hike up!) and being able to hear some locals play the bagpipes in the field. The only downside was the stairs up to the flat. Being in their 70’s, the stairs were a bit much for my parents. But it was totally fine for myself, husband and kids. I would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks again Marta for a lovely holiday!!

August bank holiday

My wife and I shared this property to celebrate two 40th birthdays. We love the city and enjoyed a wonderful weekend, topped by this lovely property with stunning views. It was also clean and our property manager was extremely helpful with prompt communication. We highly recommend this!

Super Place

My family and I stayed here after we decided to add more time to our Edinburgh trip—and it was well worth the time and money. Marta was wonderful—kind, accommodating, and genuine. The property itself was immaculate—clean, modern, and very well-furnished. We were more than impressed! Then, of course, was the tremendous view of Aurthur’s Seat just out the front windows. It was amazing! We had a child who became sick , too, and the spaciousness, privacy, and cleanliness was such a blessing. The only drawback for us was the location in relation to getting to groceries and the city center—it just took longer than we expected. However, again, it’s proximity to Holyrood Park helped to make up for that. A wonderful place that we hope to stay at again and that is definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Marta, for your hospitality and eye for detail!

Lovely apartment with an amazing view!

2 couples shared this spacious apartment over a weekend and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spotless, neighbourhood was quiet and the view was beautiful.

Great location and everything you could hope for

The flat was perfect for any traveler to Edinburgh. I couldn't stop looking out the windows at Arthur's Seat in the mornings, it was so beautiful! Flat is larger than the pictures make it look and so comfortable. Host was lovely and kept in touch to make sure we were ok and left plenty of food/snacks for us which was so appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially with children. The only challenge is the 3rd floor walk up with all the luggage, but we can physically handle that so it was no problem. Even the next door neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Close to bus lines and very walkable. We had rented a car and only used it to get to the airport. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Excellent Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh and the apartment was wonderful. It has been recently renovated and is roomy and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. All the amenities were provided. We awoke each morning to the amazing view of Arthur's Seat and then were able to easily walk to the Royal Mile. Basically, everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh was within walking distance. Marta went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I recommend this rental very highly.
