Sabine was most helpful during checking in. The location is extraordinary with restaurants shopping and historic sites all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location. Loved having a balcony to relax on at the end of the day. Very quiet location but close to everything. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive to any issues. Five stars :)

This apartment has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect. We did several day trips to other towns and it was very convenient to either walk to the train station or call an Uber. The apartment is stocked with everything you need for cooking and washing your clothes. Having a lift was an extra bonus. If you want the experience of a traditional French apartment in a great location, this is the place.

When we arrived at the apartment we received a very warm welcome from Sabine's mother. She lives in the apartment above ours. The location was great as a short walk to central Aix-en-Provence. Sites and restaurants were very close by. The apartment was comfortable.I messaged Sabine three times over a number of months about our visit using the BookaBatch application and received no response from Sabine. I had to text her directly the day prior to our visit in order to get the check-in details.

This place was perfect in every way. I really can’t say enough good things. Location is superb. Having air conditioning, an elevator and a balcony…wow! Thank you Sabine. Please thank your sweet Maman for helping me with my bags. We loved staying at your beautiful flat.

Lovely little apartment in a fabulous location. Secure, calm courtyard with a terrace. So thankful for the laundry and air conditioning after traveling for a few weeks! The hostess was helpful and very kind; my only concern was that she did not answer my VRBO inquiries from the website but was very communicative once we got there via text. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was small but just perfect for our needs.

Fantastic little flat in a cracking location in the heart of the beautiful city of Aix. Located in a safe and secure building, this is an ideal bolthole for two travellers - either a couple or two friends. Basically what it says on the tin is what you’ll find. It’s great.

We loved the flat and its proximity to all the charms of Aix. It’s in the quiet Mazarin neighborhood but less than two blocks from bustling Cours Mirabeau. And an easy walk to anywhere in the historic district.

Excellent location if looking for close to Cr Mirabeau. Place is a bit worn and much darker than pictures. Building shown suggesting the apartment is not at all the actual building.Balcony is large but overlooks rundown interior courtyard. We stayed at so many beautiful places we were surprised at quality, a little run down…house instructions and App checkout instruction seem disjointed one say x the other y…Not certain how it got so many perfect reviews.Coffee machine, but no capsules, sponge worn by months, shower/tub slippery and dangerous, bedroom very tight less than 6inches/ 15cm between end of bed and wall on foot side so who ever sleeps on right side of bed has to walk tightrope at night to get out of bedroom—place felt cluttered.

I loved this little apartment. It is so well located just off the Cour Mirabeau, easy to get up and take a walk into the market and walk around downtown Aix. It is adorable, cute decor and lighting, quiet balcony for breakfast coffee, and a well appointed kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook a full meal if you choose to do so. It was clean, had fresh towels and sheets, and was easy to access. For me, it was easy to spend time in this charming little town that I love and feel like a local. The area is very safe, with art museums, a grocery and shopping near by. The bed is comfortable and the couch fold into an extra bed if needed. There is a washing/dryer in the unit, along with a dish washer. Sabine, the hostess was super responsive and so kind, there is no question that I would rent this unit again. C’était parfait!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in late April. The apartment is very comfortable and tasteful, with a delightful balcony with table on the shady side of the quiet courtyard. Has A/C in both the living room and bedroom, which we did not yet need to use. Walking distance to everything, we highly recommend this rental!
