This charming and modern apartment near the beach is in the beautiful island of Majorca, in Spain. The deep blue sea is its main attraction, and the location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy themselves on their holidays.



The construction has been recently built, and it is only 50m away from the beach, in Puerto de Pollensa, a very quiet area.



The apartment affords a communal swimming pool and another pool exclusively for kids. The terrace is furnished so as to allow guests to enjoy a lovely meal or moment of absolute relaxation while they enjoy the views of the pool and the surroundings.



Interiors

This two-storey apartment near the beach in Puerto Pollensa has 110sqm and can sleep up to 6 people. One of the rooms is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, and there is also one twin room with two individual beds. And there is a third room with another double bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower.



The dining room has a plasma TV and access to the fabulous terrace in front of the swimming pool. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen.



Air conditioning, heating, WIFI and laundry room also at guests’ disposal.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and Tony, agent/owner was super helpful from the first minute. Location is great, property was nice and clean. Maybe owners supply a few more towels per person but a very minor point. We would definitely stay at apartment again.

Great property, great location

The property is very spacious, plenty of space for my family. Fantastic location with just a short walk to the beach, ice-cream shop, crepes hut and some restaurants. Tony was fantastic, very helpful.

The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. Lovely terrace at the front of the apartment with table and chairs and sun loungers, a great place to relax. The apartment is in a great location very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Very nice apartment in a great location

Enjoyed it so much we’ve booked again for next year. The house was quite well equipped air con worked well. A nice patio area with access to. A very nice pool. Only negative would be there was no stand up shower in en suite. Otherwise a really good find

Great place with large terrace and lovely pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable large lounge area. Location could not be better very close to beach and in very quiet peaceful location I would have liked a decent shower in the en-suite rather than a hand held, as this meant we used the family bathroom to shower. It would have been nice to have had hand wash in all the bathroom on arrival and also some washing liquid for dishes, although there was lots of dishwasher tablets

Fantastic 2 weeks in Duplex La Nau B. Our second visit as good as the first. Easy check in process/ greeting and all communication with Tony was excellent, he assisted with our booking when there were issues and continued to communicate till stay with relevant information. Accommodation is spacious and well equipped with a homely feel. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, good air con system and laundry area. Lovely pool area, having our own seating area and sun beds is definitely a bonus. Close to the beach and easy walk to town of an evening. Wouldn’t think twice about booking Again.

Familienurlaub 2021

Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft unseren Erwartungen und den Darstellungen im Internet. Trotz der Strandnähe ist die ruhige Lage hervorzuheben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler war während des gesamten Buchungsvorganges problemlos. Die Ausstattung ist in einigen Bereichen verbesserungswürdig: 1. Der Kaffeeautomat war eine Zumutung. Für die Anzahl der Personen war das Fassungsvermögen viel zu klein und selbst der Durchlauf der geringen Menge brauchte eine Ewigkeit. Darüber hinaus lecke sie. 2. der Duschschlauch im EG war defekt 3. es wäre wünschenswert, wenn auch für den Duschschlauch im Bad des Hauptschlafzimmers eine obere Halterung vorhanden wäre. 4. der Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer hat deutlich zu wenig Einlegeböden. Im rechten Teil ist nur ein Boden vorhanden mit unendlich viel Raum darüber. 5. der Geschirrspüler scheint nicht mehr richtig zu arbeiten, dass Geschirr wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Eventuell sollte es auch möglich sein, einen entsprechenden Vorrat an Reinigungstabs sowie Klarspüler und Salz zur Verfügung zu stellen. 6. das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht schließen 7. wir wurden auf die Mülltrennung hingewiesen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Allerdings sollte man dazu auch die entsprechenden Sammelbehälter zur Verfügung stellen um es problemlos umzusetzen

Great location but a little tired internally

The location of this apartment is excellent. It is second row, close to an excellent stretch of beach which as a lovely little pool bar/restaurant. A few minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca makes this a great apartment for a stay here. The apartment is spacious with a really good size well equipped patio and benefits from a great pool. Apart from attention being required to the bathroom/shower rooms and some of the internal furnishings, this is a really nice apartment The internal furnishings are a little tired and the bathrooms need a bit of attention. The two shower rooms would benefit from new shower enclosures, both of which are a little difficult to open and close and the shower trays are cracked. The bathroom would benefit from the over bath shower being wall mounted so that one could have a stand up shower in the bath.

Great Gem in Puerto Pollenca

This is such a great place. Location in a block from the beach and there is also a good sized shared swimming pool on site. We spend breakfasts on the terrace in morning sunshine. You also have lots of good restaurants just around the corner. There are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The aircon works well but is not often needed as the place is kept cool as is. It is a great place for a convenient and relaxing holiday in Puerto Pollenca for a family like us or couples. I think these flats would benefit from a tiny "facelift" - for example there was only 3 mugs (we bought 2 more so now 5) and there are no mirrors apart from in the bathrooms (one mirror by the door would be great). The chair covers were too small for the chairs so didn't stay on all the time (and that is more for the owner so the chairs don't get dirty). HOWEVER - these are details as the duplex flat is GREAT and we will be back again.

Sehr gut ausgestattet in guter Lage!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sowohl die Ausstattung als auch der Gesamtzustand waren deutlich über dem Standard, den man häufig in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet. Die Einrichtung war eher so wie "in einer eigenen Wohnung". Insgesamt war alles so, wie beschrieben. Am besten hat uns jedoch die Lage gefallen! Strand und viele Restaurants waren sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Fazit: Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!!

A great stay in excellent accommodation

We are a family of 5 ranging in age from 79 to 13, staying at the property over May half term. We had a great time at the apartment, which was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Having three separate bathrooms was excellent, one of which is downstairs along with one of the four bedrooms, this suited our party perfectly. The pool and garden were also very well maintained and for most of our trip we had the pool to ourselves. The beach is literally one minutes walk away which was great for a change of scenery. There is a mini supermarket within 3 minutes walk which has a huge range of products, not the cheapest but convenient. The walk into the center of the town takes approximately 15 minutes, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the route. The resort of Port de Pollenca is beautiful and very family friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would without a doubt, stay here again. Thank you Bellmon An information pack in the accommodation regarding the resort and recommendations for shops, restaurants etc.
