Spectacular view with a one of the biggest infinite pools in Costa Rica that truly stands out. The property is very quiet, extremely safe, and has reliable, fast internet, which was a big plus. The host was very nice and communicative, making the entire stay smooth and pleasant. An excellent place to relax and disconnect while still having everything you need.

Water pressure was a bit of an issue upstairs. But beautiful location with a great pool. Very quiet and we had a pair of Macaws each morning!

Amazing views and piece of mind

We stayed here on our first trip to Costa Rica and were not disappointed. The description is very accurate but we were pleasantly surprised by several things. The view from this location is amazing, the amount of wildlife is great, great pool and impressive 24 hour security made staying here very relaxing for all of us. You are within driving distance of many places to see and things to do and numerous restaurants reasonably close. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spectacular views

This property was even more stunning than in the pictures. The views were so beautiful. We enjoyed the flora and fauna of the Nativa Resort, from the Scarlet Macaws flying overhead, to the green parrots feasting in the tree outside the condo. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday of our 28 day stay. The condo was well appointed, and the upper deck was the perfect place to practice yoga and enjoy the view!

amazing

We had a great 7 night stay here. The view is like nothing I have ever seen. Pool was great. Both the interior and exterior of the condo is in great condition. We used the car which was nice. Although it was older it was perfect for the Costa Rice roads given that its a 4x4. The value of this place is very good. I really hope I get to stay there again.

God's Front Step to Heaven

We are serious birdwatchers so Nativa was a hit for us. Beautiful grounds and lots of birds on the property to spot. The view from our deck of the ocean and Tacoles River was spectacular. Lots environmental activities close by if you are into nature. The unit and grounds were well- maintained. We had howler monkeys in trees and saw Scarlet Macaws daily on the property. Security on the property was outstanding. All in it was a delightful month stay for us!

Amazing condo!

This is the absolute best condo in the development! The views are out of this world, and the wildlife that we witnessed right outside on the side porch was amazing! Macaws, Toucans, 100 variety of birds, 2 types of monkeys and some ground creatures! You don't even have to go to a National Park... you're staying in one! It was marvelous to watch the sunsets on the upstairs lanai. The condo is comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be going back to CR and renting this beautiful condo in the rainforest!

We had multiple complaints. The property was old and not maintained. We lost air conditioning for 36 hrs and there was only a response when I contacted VRBO customer support. There was building work right next door which we were not informed about. No televisions worked. There were no working lights in the kitchen. We found moldy towels in the washing machine. There was no real response to our complaints. We left a week early.

Great view

We really enjoyed the location and we had a wonderful view from our condo. The unit is very nice and spacious but could use some updating.It was though, extremely noisey as there was construction going on all around us Monday to Friday both weeks with large trucks going up and down all day long. I would also recommend the owners purchase new pillows as the ones we had were extremely worn. Even though the Property manager knew we were there he left an ATV parked in our space for 3 days until we said something. He is not the easiest to communicate with especially by phone messaging.

A bit of paradise

Lynette was super responsive. The house is beautiful, the view is stunning!! STUNNING! I enjoyed that immensely. We were hardly at the house but when we came in it was wonderful to have the comfy beds and the cool rooms. Kitchen was fully functioning for the morning at cooked. We had everything we could need. The worst that occurred was the dryer started smoking so we didn't have a means of washing or drying anything which was no biggie. Then the upstairs ceiling fan was sparking and blew out the upstairs but we just used the a. c. and all was fine. A little fright after a full day but that's all. We got to see Red Macaws from the patio, and HOWLER Monkeys!! It was so cool. What a wonderful celebration of my birthday. Costas Rica is gorgeous and so full of love and life. Pura Vida indeed. I highly recommend staying here. HIGHLY!! It exceeded our expectation. Simply spectacular.

Vue exceptionnelle

Logement très confortable et propre. Vue exceptionnelle et environnement sécuritaire et paisible. Piscine propre et très appréciée par grande chaleur. On peut y voir plein d’oiseaux dont ara rouge et autres animaux singes et coatis etc Je recommande sans hésitation!

The Most Beautiful Views in All Directions

We enjoyed staying here. The criticism might be that it's a bit far out from Jaco but we knew that in advance and for us the serenity of the property in the nature setting was perfect. The home has views that border on perfection and it was very comfortable. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The pool was right outside the door and very nice. We enjoyed our iguana friends and the variety of animals around us. We would definitely stay here again.

Der Himmel auf Erden

Es ist ein Hausteil und es ist auf einer Anhöhe mit fantastischer Sicht auf den Tarcolesriver , das Meer und die Berge gelegen. Es gibt einen Pool gleich neben dem Haus, und es ist herrlich ruhig in einem öffentlich nich zugänglichen Naturresort und angrenzend an den Carara Nationalpark gelegen.Man ist schnell am Meer und es gibt viele einfache aber auch teurere Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus bietet alles was man zum leben braucht und es gibt nichts schöneres als morgens das Erwachen der Natur zu erleben und die Tiere vorbei ziehen zu sehen. Don und Lynette sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber und sehr Hilfsbereit. Sie antworten immer sehr schnell. Der einzige schwachpunkt ist der Infinity Pool las Monas, es werden zum Haus Bilder des Pools gezeigt, aber achtung , der Pool ist privat und nicht für die Bewohner des Nativa Resorts bestimmt. Wenn sie eine wahnsinns Sicht , Ruhe, Natur und Comfort verbinden möchten , dann kann ich diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen

Amazing Location

This property is located in Nativa Resort, a lovely natural area. The view from the french doors is stunning - the Tarcoles River and the Pacific Ocean. Also just steps from the pool. Conveniently located near tourist attractions, but far enough to be peaceful.

A stay in paradise

This place is fantastic. If you like nature, birds, and animals, but with all the comforts of home and safety of a gated community, this is the place for you. The place is gorgeous; with views of the ocean, the river, and the infinity pool. Step outside to the pool, or walk one of the many private paths and roads right inside the community. A short drive takes you to restaurants, resorts and the park. The owner and the neighbors are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff are amazing and the place is immaculate. We absolutely loved it.
