Dear Erich,thanks for taking time to review my property.I am desolate for the misunderstanding about the parking lot. In the description in Italian and English it is clearly explained that private parking costs €10 per day.I did not notice that in german was not described (I supposed that the website translated it directly).Anyway I hope that you enjoyed having a private garage in a Ztl,which is a privilege in Ortigia and especially comfortable.About the cleaning, my cleaning service always receives compliments from all my guests for precision and efficiency,but it can happen to find a hair and I understand that it is not pleasant.We will try to be more attentive in the future for sure.On the contrary,the oven hood was not dirty, but only the sponge inside it was consumed. I changed it in a few hours after your communication and I hope you appreciated my prompt action.Personally I did not agree with your choice of not paying the city tax and the final cleaning costs. These items were clearly included in the lease and I did not find it correct to support these costs.Despite these misunderstandings I hope to host you in the next future providing my best services.Regards,Roberta

I thank you my guest for taking the time to write a review.I want apologize again for the inconvenient of the first night due to the work in the neighborhood.As I have explained to my guest, I warned my neighbor to start the renovation work after 10 am, but my neighbor forgot to alert his workers,this is why they began so early in the morning during her first night.I would to specify that this problem raised only the first night.About the heating in the apartment, the house has very thick walls that allow fortunately in summer to keep a fresh temperature.In winter, the island of Ortigia is very cold and wet,so I have installed a pump heat in the bedroom and an electric warmer in the living room.I would be happy to provide more electric heaters, but unfortunately the guest did not inform me about during her stay and I come to know only now...Finally in the bathroom there are two lights: one light is over the sink and the mirror and a light is in the middle of the bedroom and only this last one works together with an aspirator which is required by law.As there're 2 lights you are not always obliged to switch on the aspirator.
