Lovely experience

Residence had beautiful views. It was roomy and well equipped. Communication was very easy and I would highly recommend a stay in this home and community.

Great condo with an incredible pool

We spent January and February in this wonderful condo. It was spacious and had everything we could want. The area is very quiet and safe. The best part for me was the large pool with WARM water! Our host was very attentive and responded to questions quickly. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. THANKS Karen.

Quiet, Relaxing, Vacation!

This condo was beautiful and had all the amenities you could want. The heated pool and hot tub were exceptional! There is a workout room and theater. It was very clean and all you need to bring are your clothes. There is a Publix grocery store right down the road a few miles to make grocery easy. You can also walk down by the boats to a strip of tiki style restaurants. Some of them have live music everyday. The menus offer a nice variety of choices for lunch or dinner. The pool area is big and spread out so you can enjoy yourself. You won’t regret renting this condo!

The stay was great. It was very well stocked with supplies, dishes towels cleaning products. It could have a second set of sheets for each bedroom. Also window coverings in the living room area. I purchased a few temporary shades. I think before the hurricane there were trees that provided coverage for some of the windows. The biggest thing was if the 3rd room would have at a minimum a queen size blowup mattress and sheets and a curtain to afford some privacy in that room. It was wasted space and would allow Renter to have an additional guest cove to visit for a few days

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. A few points of clarification: We have an xtra set of sheets in the linen closet. I wish you would have told me you wanted a 2nd set- that would have been an easy fix. Yes, as I mentioned previously, trees used to provide shade but since my first visit post hurricane Ian was Dec 15th I didn’t have time to get the roller shades. As I mentioned to you previously, I plan on getting them when I’m back in April. I promote my condo as a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. I do not want to convert the Den into a 3rd bedroom. I like the aesthetics of an open space.

Awesome, immaculate and fun!

North Star Yacht Club is a. beautiful building with a gorgeous pool. There is also a big theater room in the commons area and a nice work out facility. The condo is spacious and with a great big balcony. It is decorated very tastefully with everything you need. There are even great beach chairs and a cooler in the closet. The residents are very welcoming. Marinatown is located steps away with great restaurants/bars. Karen is a pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile to ensure your vacation is a great one. Please don't hesitate to book this .condo!

Beautiful and Safe Community!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at North Star Yacht Club. The condo is very clean, spacious, and secure. If you have young children, they might not have as much fun; because there were not a lot of kids in this community. Nonetheless, the pool and club house provided entertainment for the kids. And, Karen was most helpful and professional. We will be back next year:-)

Schöne Wohnung, schöner Blick,

Diese Wohnung war genau so, wie wir es lieben. Die Einrichtung nicht überladen wie so oft, sondern geschmackvoll bis elegant, ebenso Geschirr und Besteck. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

As my husband and I arrived at our destination our eyes were greeted by luscious grounds that were impeccably maintained. The condo itself was warm and welcomed us .It was decorated beautifully.It was very spacious especially the kitchen for one who enjoys cooking.The views throughout the condo was breathtaking looking at the marina,boats and the harbor.All bedrooms mattresses were very comfortable.and each one had a television if one desired. The condo had many amenities gym,theater and a great pool. This condo was very quiet. Another great feature it was conveniently located close to restaurants and several attractions. Above all Karen was available for your needs.

It's a beautiful condo in a gated complex that is also beautiful and extreemly well taken care of.

My wife and I spent the month of January 2016 here. It's a beautiful condo, very well kept, very comfortable, overlooking the Yacht Club waterway. The Yacht Club (two high rise buildings with club house, pool, tennis courts and other activities on site) is also very beautiful and very well kept. We felt special in this environment. The condo is very spacious with a wall of glass that looks out onto a comfortable patio. Drinks in the evening on the patio and a table for outside dinner. We also liked the option of being able to walk to four very unique bar/restaurant lunch and dinner places... we tried them all. We spent much of our time learning (sight seeing) the Fort Myers area. This location seemed ideal for that since it was easy access, centrally located and not very busy with crowds of people. Everyone we interacted with was very nice. Finally, it was a pleasure to work with Karen who was very responsive to any need we had. We may vacation in a different part of the country next year but if we come back to the Fort Myers area we would certainly come back here.

5 Start Rental

Upon arrival I was very impressed with how pristine the building and all the amenities it has, movie theater, lounge, pool tables. I used the gym which is found to be in great working condition, clean and very good machines. The pool was great, very large so lots of room to have private conversations with friends. The best part is the beautiful, spacious apartment, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is huge and modern, and there is a great big balcony to sit outside and watch the sunset, drink your morning coffee or have dinner with friends. I also noticed that it is so quiet you will get the best night sleep you can imagine. As a fun bonus, there a a few small restaurant/bars right along the dock that can be accessed through the back of the building, and downtown Ft Myers is also just a quick cab ride (5-10 minutes) or a nice long walk.
