Gorgeous moderne 3-etagers hjem beliggende direkte på Golfen. Dette hjem virkelig har en fantastisk WOW faktor! Den stue, spisestue og køkken er placeret på øverste etage og har 20 fods lofter og Golfen vender vægge er for det meste glas. Det store soveværelse er også placeret på øverste etage og har skydedøre til direkte adgang til dækket. Det store badeværelse har et separat badekar og bruser, dobbelt forfængelighed, toilet er i et privat område, og overfladerne er primært marmor. En stor vindeltrappe giver adgang fra øverste etage til gulvet nedenfor, hvor du vil finde en anden stue, våd bar område med bar køleskab, ismaskine, og kompakt opvaskemaskine. Der er yderligere tre soveværelser på det lavere niveau. En af disse er en konge suite med privat bad og dæk adgang, den ene er en enkelt dronning soveværelse med dæk adgang og den tredje er ideelt designet til kits med en dronning og dobbeltseng. Det indre dronning soveværelse og børnene soveværelse deler en hal bad med det lavere niveau boligareal. Det lavere niveau har farvet beton gulve overalt og udsat kanal arbejde, som giver dette område en chic industriel føler. Dette er en hjem, du virkelig nødt til at se at værdsætte. It’s a great house, in an excellent location, but dated. It could use some fresh linens and pillows and a good deep cleaning. We had to wash the dishes and glasses before using.

Overall the photos of the inside of this place were pretty misleading. We paid over 8k for 5 nights in the off season. Proximety to the beach was incredible ans beach itself was gorgeous. Pool and hot tub were a great size

Heaven on Earth

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our fall break. The convenient private access to the beach was perfect. Great views of the beach from both levels of the house. The floorplan was super accommodating as well.

Christmas at Pensacola Beach

We loved this property. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 10 and the beach was dreamy. We loved the baloneys and the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The large table was perfect for meals and games. We plan to return!

It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would say about our stay that is negative is the stairs leading up to main level. It is a spiral staircase and is not very functional for suitcases and older people. Other than that we loved our stay and would rent this property again.

The beach walk over was so helpful& even though it rained every day in Pensacola, we had no rain and only sunshine. We had several couples stay and kids and everyone loved the homes space and separation and the kids loved the pool. This home has an excellent kitchen w two dishwashers& two refrigerators & that worked well for us with different cooks in the kitchen. We give this place five ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 stars!!!!!!

Ideal Vacation Home

Close enough to town that it didn't feel like making a trip but in a quiet, residential area and right on the beach. We spent most of our days outside on the deck and/ or the beach and loved soaking up the sun every day. The home has incredible windows & views! We love being able to sit anywhere on the main floor and see the gulf. The master bedroom is out of this world! Huge room, TONS of closet & storage space, and huge bathroom. We had a few electrical issues during our stay due to a storm the night we arrived and the staff at Paradise Beach Homes went over & above to try & rectify the issues, including sending someone out on a Sunday afternoon. We would not hesitate to come back!

Also the gfi outlets in the kitchen were kicking off constantly. Main bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair in shower and opened containers of shampoos,etc.

This house has a beautiful view and large gathering/dining/living/kitchen area: which is on the 2nd floor so you must climb a spiral staircase or use back patio stairs. The kitchen is very easy to work in. No large griddle/large fry pan to accommodate cooking pancakes for a group. We managed one at a time. We had 3 senior citizens so the stairs were a bit tiresome to access house and then more steps to beach walk. This was easy for the twenty somethings. Plenty of outdoor comfortable seating. The master does not have A/C but you can feel some air from the vents in the closet and bath area. The master shower/bath area was devine and made it so easy to shower and batch the family together. Great quiet stretch of beach. If you are ok with stairs, definitely stay at the beautiful House. It really was comfortable!

Lots of open spaces where large groups could enjoy time together but also a second living area if someone wanted to get away. Comfortable balcony furniture. Would have been nice to have basic spice items for cooking: salt, pepper, garlic salt or powder, sugar or sweetener for coffee, etc.
