Beliggende direkte på det hvide sand i smukke Pensacola Beach, har denne 10th floor tre soveværelser, to bad, 10. etage hjørne enhed fantastisk udsigt.

Emerald Isle # 1008 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Når du kommer ind i enheden, finder du det veludstyrede køkkenområde med morgenmadsstole. Køkkenet er åbent til spisestue og opholdsstue. Nyd familie måltider ved spisebordet med plads til otte. Stuen har store vinduer med fantastisk udsigt over bugten. Der er masser af komfortable siddepladser, herunder udtrækssofa. Slap af og nyd udsigten på den private balkon, der er tilgængelig fra stuen og soveværelset. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng, privat bad og smukke udsigt over bugten. They came the next morning and thought they had it fixed...Several of the outlets continued to throw the gfi’s...Several were not gif but would not work at all...Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Oh and parents were allowing their brats to run and jump in the hot tub and splash around when we were just trying to relax...One set of parents sat there and watched their brats stepping on our toes and hitting us constantly and they never got on to them!!!

The property was exactly as described - even better than the pictures. The property was clean and well maintained. The management company was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. We were arriving late, and they were very helpful about how to check in and pick up our information. We are already planning a return trip in the future.

Family stay

The condo is exactly as it is posted in the photos. The condo is stocked with eveything you need. The pool and hottub were awesome. The location was perfect. The reason I gave checkin 3 stars was because we only had an hour "window" to check in, then were directed to go to the sister property. The electrical outlets were a little "weak" as we tried to charge our phones. Overall, fantastic stay, we would stay again We didnt have any issues, so we didnt interact with the property manager

1st time condo renter

The condo was clean, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach and loved the easy beach access. The views from the balcony were incredible.. coffee at sunrise, dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets, we couldn't get enough of the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Parking lot was never more than 1/2 full, and I had to park across the street at your office (general manager probably didn’t like me taking his spot), so being able to park at the condo, given the circumstances, would have been nice, even with the 2-pass per condo rule. But overall a great stay and no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great experience at Emerald Isle 1008. It was a very clean unit, and the views and location can't be beat! It was well stocked with linens, kitchenware, etc. Our only complaints were: (1) that the oven was temperamental - we needed to cook something at 400 F, and it never went above 380 (even with preheating), and another time we needed 450 F, and it actually went up to 410 F (with preheating); and (2) we brought our own ice, but not having a functioning icemaker in the refrigerator would have been problematic. Also, just a general comment, some more kitchen towels would be great!

Great beach vacation

Excellent condo. Very clean, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Not your typical rental with frat house furniture and uncomfortable beds. The corner unit had amazing views of the gulf, the bay and the beach restaurants and shopping. The two walls of windows provided the excellent views. Stock with everything you’ll need for a week or a month. We will be back for this specific unit.

There were only 2 things that we were not happy with.One, the size of the TV in the LR is very outdated. Need at least a 30/40 inch. Two, housekeeping needs to checkbehind all doors.
