Emerald Isle # 1008 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Når du kommer ind i enheden, finder du det veludstyrede køkkenområde med morgenmadsstole. Køkkenet er åbent til spisestue og opholdsstue. Nyd familie måltider ved spisebordet med plads til otte. Stuen har store vinduer med fantastisk udsigt over bugten. Der er masser af komfortable siddepladser, herunder udtrækssofa. Had a great time, restaurants and some bars with in walking distance. Condo was nice and was equipped with everything we needed. Views were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and well equipped unit, but not impressed with rental company's last minute notification of limited parking (supposedly out of their control due to HOA), cleaning crew or requirements of cleaning to check out. Not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for.

This was our third stay with this condo and it was great. The host communicated issues with the balcony before we traveled and made accommodations for the lack of access which we greatly appreciated. We are already planning out fall trip back.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing again. The host was so accommodating as we were late arrivals, and they made that effortless. The property is very well stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. The location is excellent. We are hoping to return in March.

The property is outdated and expensive for the price. The balcony floor was disgustingly, I cleaned, it has mold on the floor and it seemed distrustful with sand. The apartment itself was clean inside but it’s outdated, signs of wear and tear on furnitures. Why have a coffee maker when you don’t provide coffee?? The tiles are pretty old too. There were people at the pool smoking and playing loud music, this isn’t the type of relaxing vacation we hoped for and paying so much for it. As soon as we arrived, there was a gentleman in the lobby staring at us uncomfortably, he got in the elevator with us and started questioning where we came from and made himself known as a resident. Very uncomfortable experience. Also, whey we have to clean up and throw the trash away when we’re paying over 270 for cleaning? Can you explain why we’re paying for housekeeping/cleaning services and we still have to clean up and make sure the trash is dumped in the chute? This is ridiculous and a ripoff. It should be illegal to charge for cleaning and force your guests to clean up anyway. Your cleaners can’t wrap the trash bag up and walk to dump the bag of trash in the chute? What’s upsetting the most is the checking in time is 5pm and the checkout is at 10 am. Something is really working with this. You need 7 hours to get the room ready??? How about hiring more people when you’re charging so much for cleaning anyway!

Your reservation was made the day before arrival for Labor Day weekend, with another guest departing the property the same day you checked in. Our 5:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM checkout times were disclosed prior to booking and are also included in the rental agreement you signed. That time between guests allows our housekeeping and inspection teams to properly prepare properties for incoming guests, particularly on busy turnover days. We also provide extensive photos of our properties online so guests can review the decor, furnishings, and overall style of a property before choosing to book. We understand that everyone's preferences are different, but the appearance of this condo was accurately represented in the listing. We do apologize that an area of the balcony was missed during cleaning and inspection. Our office is located directly across the street, and had you contacted us about this major concern, we would have been more than happy to have sent someone over to address it right away. Regarding checkout, we do not ask our guests to clean the property. We simply ask that trash be placed in the building's trash chute before departure, as outlined in the rental agreement. The cleaning fee covers the extensive cleaning and preparation performed by our housekeeping team between guests and is not a substitute for basic checkout requirements. Finally, the pool and common areas are managed by the condominium association and are shared with other guests and residents. Unfortunately, we cannot control the behavior of individuals using those areas. Had we been notified about the smoking or excessive noise; however, we would have gladly contacted the HOA of the building on your behalf. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand behind both the property as it was represented and the policies that were clearly provided prior to your stay. We hope you're able to find accommodations better suited to your preferences for your next visit to Pensacola Beach.

Very nice, clean and as expected unit. The host is very informative and answers any questions and concerns promptly. We were unable to use the balcony due to renovations but knew about this before we arrived. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing!! We would definitely rent this unit again and plan on it!!Only concern is the elevators. 80% of the time only 1 elevator was working for the entire building. Made it very inconvenient for all. Especially those renting units on higher floors. One property owner that we talked to said that this has been a problem for over a year. This is NOT the unit/hosts issue but the building owners.

1st time condo renter

The condo was clean, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach and loved the easy beach access. The views from the balcony were incredible.. coffee at sunrise, dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets, we couldn't get enough of the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

The only negative was the balcony was closed the entire 5 days we were there. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the online information was vague and listed the balcony as possibly being closed. I didn’t hear back until the next day that it was Definitely Closed and by that time I had already cancelled my other hotel reservation, and there was no other units at this location. There was No View to even look at through the balcony doors since they were covered in plastic wrap. We did have very large front windows where we could see the ocean and watch the construction crews go up and down on the scaffolding. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We did have our son staying at the same place and since their balcony wasn’t being worked on we were able to visit him and use his balcony. Had a great trip and would love to rent again when the balcony is open. Thank You to Paradise Agency for trying to locate us a different unit.
