Napili Bay # 104 Oceanfront! Så tæt på stranden!

Du vil elske placeringen af vores oceanfront Condo # 104. Napili Bay Condominiums ligger direkte på den berømte Napili Bay Beach! Som du kan se fra billederne har vi en fantastisk udsigt over havet og stranden.

Vi har en dronning seng og også en trille seng, der har to dobbeltsenge madrasser tillader os at rumme op til 4 personer ganske komfortabelt. Vores fladskærms-tv har en indbygget dvd-afspiller, du vil også finde en ipod doc og cd-afspiller og gratis højhastighedstelefon internet service. På vores Lanai holder vi et par strandstole til brug for din bekvemmelighed.

Vi har givet alle standard faciliteter man ville forvente i en ferie udlejning og derefter en smule mere for at imødekomme vores passion for madlavning. Vores på øen licenseret administrationsselskab MAUI Beachfront UDLEJNING har servicere vores gæster i over 20 år. Vi tager stor trøst i at vide, at vores ejendom ledes af et team af fagfolk, der tilbyder fuld service til vores gæster i hele opholdets varighed. Tjenester, der er tilgængelige for dig, inkluderer biludlejning, rabatbilletpriser med Hawaiian Airlines, concierge-tjenester til alle øenaktiviteter, assistance med eventuelle børnepasningsbehov eller assisterede levebehov, og de tilbyder avanceret købmandsservice.

På ejendommen finder du et møntvaskeri facilitet foruden en meget charmerende picnic grill område, der har gas grill og picnic borde til udendørs spisning. Der er ingen swimmingpool her, men du har en af de bedste strande på Maui lige ved din hoveddør. Kapalua Resort er blot en blok væk med to mesterskabet golfbaner og 23 lite tennisbaner. Ikke at nævne, kan du besøge en af de tre ekstra hvide sandstrande undervejs. Det er en dejlig gåtur langs stranden til Seahouse Restauranter bekvemt placeret direkte i den nordlige ende af Napili Bay Beach. Gå ikke glip af det!

Wonderful Ocean front Condo

2nd stay at these Condos. This one was Ocean facing and newly remodeled. My only ask would be an Air conditioner to cool down while sleeping. Enjoyed the view and closeness to the beach

Great spot right on Napili Bay!

Wonderful studio right on the beach in Napili Bay. Clean, remodeled. Could use some hooks both in the bathroom and on the lanai to help with drying towels and beach clothing, but overall a great spot with great ammenities!

Great New Years Getaway

Nice and relaxing — just what we needed; enjoyed our stay very much. Migrating whales entertained us every morning while having breakfast on the lanai.

Perfect Condo

The update/remodel is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The view is gorgeous and relaxing on the lanai is amazing.

Breathtaking views. Amazing location. Cute Condo

Myself and my husband liked this unit so much in 2017 we re-booked for 2018. Not the fanciest unit but extremely affordable and comfortable. Absolutely the best location and awesome views. Rental Company is great to work with also, we will be back.

BEST on ocean rental on maui

Absolutely perfect, 10 feet from the beach. Comfortable and everything you could need to stay (except mask/snorkel, I get it tho). The cool ocean breeze blowing through the apartment was amazing. Waves were the constant background noise. Turtles swimming casually next to you. Remember people, this IS a public beach so it can get a bit noisy during the day from crowds but not a deterrent to stay f there

Perfect location

The location was perfect it's right on the napili beach which is my favorite Beach on the whole island of Maui. The condo was clean and had what we needed; however, it is very dated, except the shower seems to have been redone and is very nice. Could use some updating.

Everything went well

Everything went well and Maui Beachfront Rentals didn't miss a beat...everyone at the office was great and very professional....This is two years in a row and hope to make it three next Oct.

great location

property in need of a complete remodel. screens broken.,b r lock broken, unit not clean . needed extra visit by different cleaning agency to finally get the floor clean I would prefer to pay more per nt at a different unit that was remodeled. not much breeze w fans needs aircond.

The location is amazing.

While in the area, we walked through the Ritz Carlton. Yes, their property is nicer, but their location is no where as good, and they are about 5 times the price. This property is right on the beach. Everything in VRBO that described the property was accurate. It is a little dated, but clean. There is not AC or heat, but not needed. The air flows from one side of the unit to the other, easily keeping the place cool. There is an overhead fan if needed, but we hardly used it. For the price, there is no better value. Lots of free parking. Nice beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella included. Great place to stay. We saw lots of turtles in the bay, and we could see whales from our room.

We had the best time in Napili ! The house was amazing and came with everything you need for the beach!! We will be back!!

Can't beat the location

This Napili Bay unit has been remodeled beautifully. If you are familiar with these units you know the location is awesome. We've been coming for years. Just a couple of comments: The floors are tile and when we checked in, appeared clean. However, after about an hour of walking barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. The unit had a broom but no mop. I brought the questionable floor cleanliness up to the property managers. Their cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The write up on the unit stated beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. We found 1 beach chair and 1 umbrella. The prop mgrs did provide another chair and I see that the description no longer indicates any beach equipment. INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING The addition of some towel hooks would be nice.

Spectacular location modern updated unit

We loved our stay at Napili Bay as the location is spectacular. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean and enjoy ocean breezes all day and night. Walking distance to Kapalua Bay for snorkeling. We took advantage of the Sea House restaurant as it is a 4 min walk. The unit is fabulously redone. We pick location over privacy & A/C as the experience and convenience is first rate. We would stay here in a heartbeat again!

Great spot, outdated unit.

Great location on the beach but this unit is very outdated and the price does is high. All of the other units I went into were very nicely appointed with granite counter tops and nice furniture. My stove did not work properly, the beach umbrella and chairs were broken and when I called Maui Beachfront Rentals I was told that’s the way it is as these items are not included. Really? For the amount of money you are paying for a week and You can’t get an umbrella and a beach chair that isn’t torn? The only reason I rated it 3 stars was because of the location. Otherwise it would have been one star. This place is not worth the price.

Perfect location!

Napili Bay Resort is our favorite place on Maui! Right on the beach, this condo is the perfect location. We snorkeled every day - just steps from Napili Bay or a little longer walk to Kapalua Bay or the other direction to turtle cove. The condo itself is nice but could stand some updates. But it was clean, snowy white towels, nice beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, noodles, and a floaty thing. Everything you need to enjoy the water. The bed was comfortable and there was a trundle bed. We’ll definitely be back to Napili Bay Resort!

This unit is right on the water with a lovely view from the lanai. We had everything g we needed to enjoy our time in NW Maui. Great market around the corner. Hope to be back again soon! What a delight.

Romm not clean.

Very foul odor in room, coming from kitchen sink. I had to put my hand all the way down into garbage disposer and clean it out using dish soap and paper towels. Pulled up large am't black mold and rotting garbage. Floors were dirty. Room needs updating: old tile floor, plastic counter top, broken louver on window, antique stove with missing burner plate under heating element, old refrigerator with warning to not change temp or compressor would fail. We feel we paid too much because of the poor condition of the unit.

Beautiful Napili

We love Napili Bay and have stayed in various places there over the years. Unit 104 has a fantastic view of the bay as it is beachfront. Access is through a gate just a few yards down. The unit itself is a bit dated and in need of some updating.
