Communication with the host was prompt always but less communication would have been needed if there had been a house book with important information and area shopping and recommendations. The welcome information with the password sent through the app was incorrect and required much time figuring out. Two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning, but be aware that the entire living room and kitchen are outside. There aren't doors or screens to close anything out such as mosquitoes and ants. We were overrun with both and had to keep all our food items in the refrigerator, and in the evening we had to lounge in the bedroom to escape the mosquitoes. I think many people are accustomed to this type of living and it will not be a problem for them. The home is nice otherwise. If you have pets, then be aware that the photo in the listing seems to have someone else's back yard in one of the photos as there was nothing more than a couple patches of grass for the dogs. There is not a large grassy area as shown in the listing. The home is just a few minutes down the road from the beach, which is very nice so location is good and close to some good restaurants. PS bring your own spices and oils needed for cooking as nothing is there. Also, bring a bag of ice as there isn't an ice maker or ice cube trays to make ice.
