Overdimensionerede glasskydedøre fører fra stuen og to soveværelser i Princess 1403 lige ud til den store balkon, hvor du vil støde på nogle af de mest fantastiske solnedgange nogensinde! Alle disse værelser er BEACHFRONT! Og den 388 kvadratmeter store balkon har den absolut bedste udsigt overalt i Panama City Beach! Sørg for at holde øje med vandet så godt som for de "GRATIS" delfinshows, der er sikker på at underholde dig.

Opholdsområdet ved stranden har masser af plads til hele familien, og spisestuen har plads til alle sammen til de store familiemiddage eller spilaftener. Denne enhed er opdateret i det forgangne år med ny maling, fladskærms-tv og en ny stue-sofa og alt nyt tæppe. Glem ikke de fire soveværelser. Nogle vil vise nye dyner! Alle soveværelser i Princess 1403 har private bade. Master badeværelset har et luksus master bad med dobbelt hans og hendes dræn, et badekar og et separat bad / toilet værelse. Køkkenet, indgangen, vaskerum og badeværelserne er flisebelagt, mens stuen og soveværelserne er tæppebelagte. Det store køkken er fuldt udstyret, og der er en vådstang i køkkenet med en separat ismaskine og en barvask. Du har endda et separat vaskerum med en vask, vaskemaskine i fuld størrelse og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse. Der er masser af opbevaring til alles legetøj.

Der er også masser af senge til hele din familie og venner. Og hvis du har brug for endnu flere senge, kan du mod et mindre gebyr få yderligere to enkeltsenge til ekstra sleepovers. The condo is very spacious and the view on the balcony, is just breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed every second of it, wish we could've stayed longer.

Great place to stay

The condo itself was wonderful. Very well laid out. It is well kept and so clean when we arrived. VIP Resort Properties was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was large and have comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The complex was also very nice and well kept. Despite being there over a holiday weekend, we never had a long wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay at this unit again and would highly recommend renting through VIP Resort Properties.

PERFECTION!!

There are 7, sometimes 8 of us ladies that take a beach trip each year to PCB. This condo was 100% perfect for our group. Great views, amazing space and getting to the sand/beach was a breeze. Even for one of our ladies that has breathing issues, she went to the beach 2 days in a row with little to no problems. We will definitely be back to this condo. Also, all the dishes, pots/pans etc. are top grade! Everything you need is here.

PCB family vacation

Property was good. Condo needs some TLC. Carpet in bedrooms were filthy. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Needs keyless entry. Two of the balcony chairs had capscrews pulled out and couldn't be used. Tiles were broken or loose outside the master suite #2. Condo had a good layout. Pool and hot tube were great.

Updated, spacious & clean

We had 5 couples, enough room, the extra bathrooms made a difference. Was just as advertised. The only issue we had was the refrigerator couldn't accommodate all the goodies from 5 families. The freezer would not keep ice cream from being soup and all foods were barely cold. The separate ice maker was a savor as the last day the frig wasn't making any ice. The vacation was great other than the frig. Very quick response from staff after we arrived ..one TV was not working but was addressed and fixed right away. Great place, would go back..

Fantastic condo with great amenities

Donna and Jennifer are amazing. They did such a good job with communication that all other VRBO trips fail in comparison. The condo was stunning, with amazing views. The place was very clean and well stocked, even the pots and pans were high quality. We will definitely be back! The only thing I would say the condo needs is updated TV's. Some of them are old 4:3 LCDs that are probably 15 years old.

Great vacationing location, space and views.

The Princess is a great place to meet with your family and friends while vacationing in Panama City Beach. It is centrally located and has good amenities. The 4 bd rm/bath was ideal for separate family members to stay in the same unit. We had a great experience with the VIP team and had no issues. Thanks to the VIP team.

Pristine beach with lovely water

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. If you're looking for a place right on the beach, this is it. The sand is soft and white and the water is warm and full of all sorts of interesting marine life. This four bedroom, four bathroom condo was perfect for our group of ladies. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Awesome!!!

Condo was spacious and beautiful! Everyone in our party loved it. Elevators were great... never had to wait. Short walk to beach. Personal contact with Jennifer before our trip was so informational. She was so nice! We had an awesome trip. We will definitely rent again.

Husbands 50th birthday

We planned this trip for my husbands 50th birthday. Although the winds kept us from some of the fishing charters he had wanted to do, we were still able to enjoy the ocean views on the large balcony. The condo was fantastic with enough room for 4 couples. We had a minor issue come up while we were there (user error) and Jen and Donna responded very quickly. We are planning on coming back with our kids and extended family next summer!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Perfect location! Heated indoor and outdoor pools. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that they had shopping carts on the 1st floor to get your groceries to your condo. The 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was plenty of space for 7 of us. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.. if you want to cook there. Donna and Jennifer were easy to get in touch with and SO nice. We had an issue with the balcony lights being out and Donna responded within the hour and fixed the light that day. They view from the balcony is AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo that was just as described! Plenty of room for my crew of 7. Loved our large patio overlooking the beach & ocean & listening to the waves rolling in. The 2 outdoor pools were enjoyed also. We are planning on coming back soon! Jenn & Donna were so helpful & we appreciate them making the rental process so easy!

Plenty of Space

We had a great trip to PCB. The condo was plenty of space for our group of 7. The bedrooms are huge and attached bathrooms to each bedroom is such a plus. We had a great time and hopefully will be back.

Place was great. The condo layout was big and plenty of space for all of us in there.

The communication and details from The owners was perfect. Even had a VIP book in the condo with all recommendations on places to eat.

THIS is an EXCELLENT condo!!

This condo has a lot of room. We easily had 5 adults and 4 kids, the four bedrooms are great, 4 bathrooms too. The main living area was large enough for movies and poker night. The balcony view is wonderful, we even saw fireworks on our last night. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the everything you need to cook was in the condo. We enjoyed being right across from the elevator too. If we return to Panama City in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful time here, the condo was very spacious, clean and in a great location! Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils or appliance you need. Easy access to beach, pool and parking! The sunsets from the beach or balcony are priceless! Beautiful area ! Yes we will be back ! Yearly sisters and cousins trip!

Plenty enough beds for the ones of us that like an afternoon nap after a full day lounging in the warm sun! Or, you can just relax on the 388 square foot balcony, and check out the curvature of the beach to the West!

If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.
