Well designed flat for couple. Fantastic views surrounded by plants around the balconies and even with the large crane opposite rebuilding the old school . We have been coming to Beaulieu for many years and it takes some beating.. Anna who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful and again on our departure.If we come to beUlieu again, we will definitely try and book this flat again. Hope rhe building work will have finished.

Unbelievable view, great location, each evening and morning you will have relaxing time watching the bay and having breakfast, great place to stay. You will have a lot of nice restaurants around you, a few bakeries and nice coffee. Apartment has 2 air conditioners, which is very helpful. Definitely recommend, great find.

Even better than advertised. The terrace also added to the enjoyment for meals outside or just enjoying the sunrise or sunset, Can't wait to return.

Great location, beautiful apartment with fantastic views

I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. The owners and the manager of the property Anna were just wonderful. Love the amazing views from the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views. Fantastic location so close to train station and the super U (which I love).Great knowing if we needed Anna the host she was at the end of the phone. Very pleasant gardener who takes care of the large wrap round balcony. This was our second visit and have our next already booked.

Beautiful apartment in Beaulieu

The apartment is in a wonderful position with the most amazing sea & mountain views. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay & all local amenities within a few minutes walk. We can’t wait to return.

Super apt in a convenient location

Apt. is a really good size with the feel of a nice home. Private but still has wonderful views and lots of sun.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and well equipped. We had a friendly and informative welcome from Anna. It's very close to trains and buses, and a good supermarket. Lots to do in the area, all accessible by good public transport. We loved it.

Total relaxation

Loved our stay in beaulieu sur mer. Great accommodation, close to everything anyone needs for a holiday. Supermarket, beach, buses and train and boulangerie around the corner for your morning baguettes. Perfect.

Lovely location

Perfect break

We have stayed at this delightful apartment the second time at it was again the perfect hub for a week of tennis, cycling and relaxing. The balcony is the main attraction, with wonderful view to the sea and the hills. Close proximity to restaurants, supermarket and train station.

Pretty Good Stay

The property is in a good location with fantastic view of both ocean and mountain. The wrap-around balcony is great for vacationers. We had everything we needed in the rooms. The manager Anna was helpful. The only improvements that could be made are: the beddings seem a bit worn and the room radiators in the living room are impossible to adjust with the spinning handles

Great apartment with beautiful views

This was our 4th or 5th stay at Eric & Marie’s apartment. We really love the views from the wrap around balcony & its proximity to the beach, buses, train’s & supermarket. A big thank you to Anna, It was really nice seeing her again. As per usual, very friendly & helpful.

Lovely apoartment

Just as described. In a lovely location. Sea views in front, mountains behind. Very accessible from Nice airport, via tram & train. Station and large well stocked supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. Very quiet neighbourhood. Good sleep! Neighbour , Andrée, was delightful. Could not have been more helpful. Amazing bakery less than 2 minutes away. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Well equipped and well situated apartment

We, a retired English couple, spent a week at this apartment in April 2019. We knew that the apartment was well situated for shops, railway station and local bus services, having stayed last year in a different apartment in the same building. We found the keyholder very responsive and helpful; accommodating to the fact that our arrival was delayed through a flight delay. She met us at the entrance and gave us a comprehensive introduction to the apartment. We found the apartment spotlessly clean, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet.

A perfect Spring break

This is a delightful apartment, ideally located in charming Beaulieu. It is spacious, elegantly furnished (with the extra charm of the original artworks) and equipped with all a visitor might need. The wrap-around balcony provides views of both the sea and the crags and the development is very well maintained and peaceful. The apartment is a short walk away from a Super U and other provisions shops, restaurants, bars, patisseries and the excellent bus and train service, providing easy access to the length of the Côte d'Azur. The port and the beaches are just down the hill and a nearby park formed by an olive grove provides an island of tranquility. The apartment is very good value for money and the manager, Anna, was unstintingly helpful and welcoming.

Eric's and Marie's beautiful penthouse apartment is a gem - my 'home from home'. I have stayed there at least 10 times and have two more future stays booked. Anna their meet and greet manager is very welcoming and friendly. All communications with Eric and Marie, Anna and VRBO were timely and excellent.It is very clean, well furnished, roomy and the fitted kitchen area is well designed containing everything in very good order for your self catering needs. The bedroom is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is stunning with a fantastic large walk-in shower with a lovely view down to Beaulieu Marina and sea. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and lounge are very efficient and quiet. There are 3 sets of large sliding french doors onto the terrace from the kitchen, lounge and bedroom giving amazing views from inside looking out.There are efficient sun awnings and shutters The large 180 degree wrap round terrace is beautiful with stunning views down to the sea on one side and views of the amazing foothills of the Alpe Maritime with their villas and garden landscapes on the other. The terrace is thoughtfully landscaped with container planting of jasmine, lemon trees, oleander and evergreens. The terrace dining area has a great table and chair combo plus a further smaller table and chairs on the other sideBeaulieu, part of the fab Golden Triangle of Cap Ferrat and Villfranche, is well served with trains, buses cafes, restaurants, a UB supermarket and other food shops

The accomodation was perfectly situated to walk to any part of Beaulieu town. The apartment was clean and well presented, stocked with a comprehensive array of accesories to cook and clean. Toilet paper was rather lacking but there is a large supermarket next to the station only 150yds away. Our Receptionist Anna was on hand within 10mins after calling her and spoke good english. Our only criticism was the layout of the kitchen. The microwave was over 6ft above the floor and the electric induction hob needed deciphering which i did and left notes in eglish to overcome the child safety lock. As the apartment was on the top floor we did not need the air conditioning we just left the patio doors ajar. Will we go back, you betcha. What a wonderful location.

This is about 12th time I have stayed at this beautiful light and airy penthouse apartment, 2nd time this year. Both times for 11 nights.It is well equipped for a great relaxing vacation with a particularly lovely shower room and a superb 180 degree landscaped terrace with views to the sea and the Alpe Maritime cliffs tumbling down dotted with amazing villas and gardens. Great seating area outside to take your drinks and meals al fresco. Very effective air con in the lounge and bedroom is most welcomed.Lovely friendly Anna welcomes you and makes you immediately feel at home.Beaulieu is stunning with everything you need close by to the apartment for a relaxing stay - supermarket, cafes/restaurants, yummy patiseries, market place. Regular buses and trains enable you to explore easily the Cote D'Azur highlights e.g Monte Carlo, Menton, Antibes, Juan le Pines, Cannes and even Italy.Beaulieu has a lovely landscaped seafront promenade to walk which takes you to Cap Ferrat and Villfranche. All around the scenery and trees and gardens are so beautiful .The only downside this year was the amount of building work going on in Beaulieu nearby

Let down by owner Ed

Only had air conditioning for half the stay in the middle of extreme temperatures. No effort made by the owners to fix the problem. Spent hours of our holiday trying to communicate with them. They ignored emails and telephone calls. We didn’t sleep for 3 nights so ended up leaving for a hotel to get some sleep. Ruined our holiday. The property manager Anna tried her hardest to help but ultimately the owners didn’t want to do anything.

Dés l'information de la panne du climatiseur (un dimanche au mois d'aout!!! ) nous nous sommes immédiatement mis en relation avec les locataires et avons envoyés sur place 2 personnes de confiance.Nous avons téléphoné par l'intermédiaire d 'une amie parlant parfaitement anglais et avons tout mis en oeuvre pour une réparation rapide.Nous avons même fait acheter un 2ème ventilateur . Ces locataires sont de très mauvaise foi . Notre appartement a toujours eu une trés bonne réputation justifiée et nous avons toujours résolus immédiatement les problèmes divers ( machine en panne , wifi ...etc ) La panne ne pouvant être réparée que lundi , les nouveaux locataires ont été informés et ont parfaitement compris le problème et la diificulté d'une réparation un WE d'aout . Il va sans dire que malgré le désagrément , ils comprennent parfaitement la situation ....

A perfect gem

What is there to say that I haven't said before following my many previous holidays at Eric's and Marie's fabulous apartment in beautiful Beaulieu sur Mer. From the moment you make contact with the very friendly and welcoming Anna prior to and on your arrival at the apartment to the moment you have to say goodbye and shut the door behind you as you depart to go home, you know that this is a very special place. Everything is spotless, the views from the 180 degree terrace are magnicent 24/7 - sea town and Alp Maritime tumbling down, plus the soft fragrance of the spring flowering jasmine adoring the terrace walls wafting into the apartment, the well fitted kitchen area containing everything you need for cooking and dining, the shower / bathroom is gorgeous, beautiful paintings and artefacts adorn the apartment. And then there is Beaulieu sur Mer with shops, market place, eateries and its easy train/bus transport connections to all those magical places along the Cote D'Azur like Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze, Menton, Villfranche etc. For a couple of weeks each year, I live the dream of being a resident, not just a holiday maker. Thank you Marie and Eric (and Anna) for another wonderful stay. Can't wait for October when I return for another stay.
