Fremragende villa med privat pool nær Taormina, Sicilien

Dear Vinci, I'm stunned, I don't understand what deep cleaning means, the villa was delivered spotlessly clean, there wasn't a speck of dust in the whole house and when you handed over the keys you saw that everything was in order, you were ecstatic. the villa was completely repainted this year, the evening before leaving I went up to the villa, your friends invited me to drink some wine while they listened to music in the winter garden saying that everything was wonderful, so I don't understand!!!!!

Dear, I'm glad you had a good time in my villa. I was sorry to hear that the sunbeds were broken. This isn't true; they were changed last year. I agree with you about the awning that broke in the rain and strong wind (you forgot to mention that it broke while you were staying in the villa; we didn't deliver the house to you with the broken awning). Carmelo wanted to change it, but you said it was only for a few days before departure and it wasn't important. We saw each other many times at the villa, but you didn't say anything. I would have solved all your problems. Also, you said that Carmelo was hasty. I don't think that's true. He accompanied you to a nearby town, your parents' birthplace, and showed you around and showed you restaurants and shops. Typical for buying meat and cheese. He explained how to go on excursions. The villa has been renovated a few years and maintained impeccably.   In the bathrooms there are no mold stains have all been recently renovated with modern sanitary fixtures, but that guests could not use. When we gave the keys to the villa it was clean and the guests were enthusiastic, we explained the operation of the controls of the house but after a little forgot the instructions given, Carmelo was always present for any problem explaining the operation so many times. Unfortunately they were not able to manage a large house, I advise them to go to the hotels. They had never had guests who left very dirty bathrooms, dirty dishes and glasses of wine on leaving wherever they left an unrecognizable home. All this regrets a lot, but our strength instead are the guests who write us after our departure and who advise our home.
