Fantastisk beliggenhed på 18th Street.
- Strenge 25 års aldersgrænse for lejere. Ingen prom-weekender, undskyld.
- 2-etagers front / bagerste duplex. Vores enhed er foran, ovenpå og nede.
- Fantastisk havudsigt, andet fra stranden og 2 blokke til Viking Village butikker på bugten.
- Rummeligt, lyst opholdsstue på 2. sal åbner til dæk med spiseplads, gasgrill og ekstra tagterrasse.
- 3 soveværelser nedenunder; en med en ny konge, anden med to sæt køjer, tredje med to enkeltsenge, nye madrasser (og konge seng konverter). 8 sovepladser. Fuld bad nede, 1/2 op. Privat udendørs bruser.
- Vægmonteret aircondition ovenpå, vindueenheder i soveværelser.
- Vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, d / w, kabel, DVD-afspiller, wifi.
- Sengetøj / håndklæder til rådighed til brug, men skal vaskes / foldes inden afgang. Alternativt kan lejer levere eget sengetøj.
- 6 bademærker er inkluderet. Påkrævet i alderen 12 år og derover.

Lovely house, great accommodations! The views are, in fact, awesome- especially from the roof deck! We were all very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy.

Cozy and fun

We stayed here at the height of hurricane Helene, and honestly there was no better place to be stuck during a hurricane than this home. So much to do and see or just stay put and enjoy the day!

Beachside perfection

Wow, what an amazing location! Group of us on a work trip stayed in the house and the roof deck was truly a perk! Great little town, nice clean house. Would def stay again!

Amazing location and accommodations!!

The space is perfect for a group of 7 we were blown away by the beautiful beach just steps away from the house. Steve was a very communicative and pleasant host! Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our children (2 and 5) for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was lovely and clean, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lounge around. Although it was cold during our stay, we were very close to the beach and the bay and took many wonderful walks. We also enjoyed the proximity to the lighthouse and Viking village. We will definitely be staying again!

Comfortable Home with Amazing Views

Really enjoyed our stay. The roof deck affords great views of the beach, ocean and dunes. The main deck is shaded and comfortable most of the day. The kitchen and living room are nicely updated and very functional. Excellent location close to amenities and the beach.

Modern beautiful relaxing getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful, pictures dont do it justice! Updated, peaceful and so relaxing, it was everything we hoped for and more. Experiencing this different part of LBI was a pleasure!

A perfect getaway

We enjoyed the home very much - steps to the beach and a very nice rooftop sitting area with beautiful ocean vistas. This was our first visit to Barnegat Light, but definitely won't be our last. We are hooked on this quaint community.

Excellent location and a well maintained home. Perfect size for 6 and a lovely front room with a wall of windows. Nice even on rainy days because you can spend the day reading, with a perfect view.

What a Wonderful Week!!!

I can't say enough about our week here! The home was beautiful, updated, clean, and comfortable. The views are to die for. PERFECT location to the beach, docks, and all the charm of Barnegat Light :) Steve is friendly and great with communication. It was wonderful place to host my mom's 81st birthday week, make priceless memories, and to share the Barnegat Light of her youth once again. Thank you Steve for sharing your home with us - we highly recommend and would love to come back!

Excellent, Comfortable Accommodations

There are SO many great things to say about our stay. The house has recently been updated and is extreme comfortable. It is located at the end of the street and is close to the beach entrance and centrally located in Barnegat Light. The deck is a wonderful place for hanging out but the upper deck was the best for early morning coffee or afternoon cocktails-overlooking the dunes and the beach/ocean. The owner was easy to reach and frequently communicated with me during our stay. It was one of the best vacations. The family is requesting a repeat visit!!!

Great beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was very user friendly and equipped with the necessities to cook your own meal. The view from the widows walk was better than expected, we could stay up there for hours taking in the view. The house comes with linens and towels but the washer is small so I'd bring my own next time to avoid doing laundry on checkout day (we were informed of this in advance). Overall this house exceeded our expectations and the location is very convenient to the beach, viking village and the inlet for fishing. Steven the owner was very accommodating, we would gladly rent from him again.

Perfect location to beach

Loved this house. Kitchen/ living room must have recently been updated. Kitchen is beautiful. Bedrooms downstairs are good. We convertered the 2 twins into a king. Mattresses could be better. We had a problem with a leak in the roof. Owner was very prompt with dealing with it. Overall a great experience.

Great property in outstanding location

I’ve been vacationing on LBI my whole life, many of those years in Barnegat Light. I have rented many, many properties over the years, but for overall value, this property tops the list. The many recent upgrades are terrific; it’s well equipped with everything needed; the place was very clean for move in; there’s plenty of space; the main deck and upper rooftop deck offer wonder and relaxing views; and perhaps best of all, the location would be hard to beat - 2nd from the beach, plus easy walking to restaurants, Viking Village, How You Brewin’ coffee shop, the famous light house, seafood market, grocery story and more. Barnegat Light is always delightful, but our stay this year was made even more enjoyable in this lovely home and with a responsive and easy to work with owner. Highly recommended!

Great beach house!

Quick response& Easy transaction! Great beach house. Love watching sun rise from the roof deck, it was absolutely beautiful. Few things, there was no toilet paper, we had to go out in the pouring rain to get that. No dish wash detergent for dishwasher, no washing machine detergent to wash towels and linens before you leave. You have to get your own. It would be nice if it said on the house info. We could bring all that instead of buying them. I rented many houses but I never had to buy those basic items. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

This house has been in our family since we were kids. We have grown up spending lots of time on LBI. Our family is spread up and down the east coast, and out to Colorado, and still meet every summer in Barnegat Light. We hope you find your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

There is lots to do in Barnegat Light, and you can get to everything with a walk or bike ride, even to visit the light house at the north tip of the island. There is a great little coffee shop at Viking Village, as well as lots of unique shops and Cassidy's Seafood, and a fresh produce stand. The top deck offers fabulous views of the sunset over the bay, or for the early risers, sunrise over the ocean. If you are there for a full moon, nothing is more spectacular than seeing it just as it rises over the ocean.
