Hello Amy and thank you for the nice review on our two-bedroom condo at Beaver Creek West. We do all the photos ourselves, so we are glad you agree that it was "as listed" and convenient to book. This sure does make booking easy. We are located in the heart of the Vail valley and close to everything, so to speak. We appreciate the comment on the cleanliness of the condo, as our housekeeping staff work very hard at keeping the condo looking nice for all guests. Thinking, based on your amenity comment that you had an opportunity to soak in one of the three hot tubs on the property, or maybe you got in some good laps in our heated, year-around, outdoor pool. As you probably noticed we are next to a 48-acre park with a lake and sand beach, hopefully you were able to get over there and take in one of the free concerts or just enjoy some chill time. It's a great added amenity that our guest love. Please give us a shout for your next visit. Cheers and safe travels!

Keep in mind we do have over 50 condo rentals and we indeed offer some premium condos if you were looking for something a bit more fancy. Yes, we price the condos based on the overall upgrades and appearance of the condo, so a more upgraded condo = costs a little bit more, 8% more so check them out for your next stay. Happy to hear you enjoyed our amenities. Hope you were able to use the number one, guest loved FREE skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek. These are private shuttle for Beaver Creek West guests only and take you to both resorts. Or did you get to enjoy our popular hot tubs and or heated, outdoor year around pool? Nice place, convenient location

I recommend this property. It was a nice condo for my family of 4 adults. The shuttle to the ski areas worked out great and a very convenient location.

Nice Place for the Money

Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed and super convenient transportation to Beaver and Vail. Two bedrooms was nice and complex was quiet. Worked great for my wife, 2 kids and I.

Also wasn't it nice to have live people at the front desk to actually assist you with questions like where can we go to eat that is walkable, what mountain has the best snow and shortest lift line or how do it get to the grocery store? Roomy, convenient and helpful property management

We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids) and the condo was great - clean, roomy and a great location! Great value! We had one issue and the front desk/management company immediately took care of it. Parking was convenient right in front of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Good spot and value

We were pleased with property overall. Easy in and out. Shuttle to slopes was helpful. The unit was clean and well stocked with basics but carpet was dated and held on to some crumbs. New carpet or a better vacuum would solve our only complaint.

Love the shuttle service. Hot tub was nice and great hot tub towels. Appreciate the sport legs tabs at check in. Well equipped kitchen! Towels in bathroom were a little rough. Paper goods also rough. Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Fireplace screen should get a cleaning. We were comfortable here and it is a good location.

A little hot during afternoons. Could use some Ceiling fans. TVs are small. Had to have two fixed. Minor maintenance issues. Pots and pans not good. Elevator helped with stairs for packages. Good laundry machines. Not much view but beautiful park steps from condo. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Management was helpful and kind

Well located rental for family activities

My adult son and I needed a short term rental while his condo was under renovation during my annual visit. This unit fit the bill. The location is perfect….You can walk to everything in town and the lake and walking paths are right at your front door along with a pool and hot tubs. The decorating is a little tired, specifically the carpet and some of the paint colors, but the kitchen is well appointed and functional. There is comfy seating by the fireplace and lovely afternoon sun on the little balcony. There were only 2 of us but the unit would easily work for a family of 5. Compared to other properties we felt it was a good value for the price. Management company is responsive to requests…just remember office is closed on Sundays.

Long Weekend

Had a fantastic time and the place was perfect for me and my family of four. Everything was just as described in the listing. The shuttles to Beaver Creek and Vail made things so easy for enjoying a day on the slopes. When we go back this is where we will stay.

Beaver Creek rental

The information on the site accurately described the rental. On arrival the plumbing in master bath room had some issues, although I quickly fixed the problem. There was a gas grill listed as an amenity and I verified that the unit had one, as we were planning to grill. The grill had not been cleaned and after firing it up, a grease fire occurred. I turned off the gas grill and we had to change our dinner plans after we all had settled in for the evening. The pool was heated as well as both hot tubs, but not sure how often the pool or the hot tubs are cleaned. Probable should called the front desk for additional towels. Jake from the MANAGEMENT OFFICE called the evening before our check out to ask how our stay had been, I expressed my above list of things, and asked about late a check out, he stated that we should check out no later than 10 am and earlier if we could as the maid service needed to get the room cleaned for a new reservation. I probable will look for another property in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on the condo at Beaver Creek West, we appreciate the feedback. We do check the grill frequently in the summer, but our apologies for not checking it more in the winter. Bad planning on our part and we will be checking the grill more often. Thanks for your concern on how often the pool and hot tubs are clean and for your reference they are cleaned for a few hours EVERY day. The hot tubs are also drained and cleaned once a week, so pretty darn clean. You definitely should have called the front desk for towel because they have all kinds of things at the front desk including more pool towels, if needed, during your stay. As for the "request" to check out later we will accommodate that any time IF IT IS POSSIBLE. Looking at all of the reservation for this wonderful and very busy condo, I saw that we had folks checking in on the same day you departed so extending your departure was not possible. As I am sure you can imagine cleaning a two bedroom condo takes a bit of time to get it clean and looking great for the next guests. Many thanks and safe travels!!

Great location

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. Everything was close by and easy to get to. The ski shuttle would take you to the gondola at Beaver Creek or even down the road to Vail. Only down side was we couldn't get the gas fire place to work. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on our condo, we always appreciate any feedback so that we can make sure the next guests have a great stay! We are sorry to hear about the fireplace and wish you would have called the front desk as we have a full time maintenance staff on site and we even have a 24 hour emergency crew for any after hours issues. The fireplace works but it is sometimes "tricky". We will write up a detailed sheet for lighting instructions and leave them near the fireplace. We apologize about this oversight on our part and hope you will come back and stay with us the next time you come to the Vail and Beaver Creek area. Safe travels!!

Great value for stay in Beaver Creek. Condo was great - clean, nice beds, well stocked kitchen. We had fun in the hot tubs and pool. Front desk was very friendly and accomodating during a busy time. Shuttle bus was great. Would definitely return.

Nice condo, good for families

We stayed here with out family that consists of three children. With the bunks, everyone had their own bed. The place was well equipped and comfortable.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of five...no one had to sleep on a pull out couch. The shuttle was easy to take to Beaver Creek and Vail. The shuttle driver and front desk staff were really nice. My only complaints are that the bottom bunk mattress was really uncomfortable. I think it just needed a mattress pad though. Also, the turnaround with cooking pots and bowls was smelly. This also can easily be fixed. I would stay here again over New Year's Eve when everything is really expensive.
