Sparrow Nest er bekvemt placeret nær Highway 32 på Chestnut Mountain, i Cosby Tennessee. Sparrows Net er kun fem minutters kørsel til Cosby indgangen til Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Sparrow's Nest har et stort soveværelse med en ny pude madras king size seng og fuld bad. En sovesofa er også tilgængelig for ekstra gæster. Sparrow har et fuldt udstyret køkken, en brændeovn, boblebad, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, fladskærms-tv med satellit og dvd-afspiller og kullgrill.

Quite, Private and Relaxing

Beautiful cabin in a secluded area of the Smoky Mountains. Great big balcony with hot tub. Very clean and cozy cabin that’s private. Highly recommend and will book again if in the area.

Its a beautiful location. The hummingbird feeders were lovely as was the hottub and the bedroom. It was great to have a washer and dryer to clean towels and clothes. The kitchen is well stocked albeit small with little space to work in. Communication is difficult there as calls drop. The owner is attentive when you need him. I loved it and could have stayed much longer if I was able to. No bear sightings thank goodness.

Perfectly peaceful!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved sitting on the porch and watching all of the animals--beaver, lightning bugs, hummingbirds and farm animals. We took our wifi box and and smart TV hoping to use our streaming subscriptions for entertainment but the weather kind of kept the signal strength to a minimum.

The property itself was wonderful. No complaints. Only issue was how far away it was from happening places (our fault for not looking further into this) If you are wanting a getaway from society type of vacation, this is the place for you.

Gatlinburg Cabin

this stay was amazing. It was a perfect getaway. The Jacuzzi views were unbeatable.

Lovely

We had much needed rest and relaxation during our stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet and private....and the view was as advertised. Loved our stay there!

Quiet cabin in the woods.

Very nice. Tucked away on the side of a hill back in the woods. Great way to beat the crowds of Gatlinburg. Just what we wanted.

Fun getaway

The place was exactly as listed. It had such a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I had such a nice time in the area and the drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t that bad.

Sparrow’s Nest is fabulous!

We got in shortly after a bad storm passed through. When we arrived at the cabin, the power was out and I didn’t even mind! Absolutely fabulous accommodation, the power came back on shortly after we got there. The hot tub under the stars was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of dishes and towels and extra blankets available as well!

Great little spot

The negativesThe property was a 22mile, 40 minute drive from GatlinburgThe turn in is horribly marked (they do recommend coming at daylight & note the conditions in their emails, and GPS will try to send you into someone's driveway (they've even got a posted sign, it happens often, lol). The view is really of someone's back yard &/or a farm and theres another cabin hidden from view but not far away (we never heard or saw the occupants). While in the pics it looks like you are completely alone. The couch (pull out sleeper) wasnt comfortable for sitting. There are extra charges for not cleaning up (dishes, etc). It's a small price & small work, but felt like it rushed us around checkout - 10am. There's nothing that is unscented or hypoallergenic for washing. It definitely caused me some allergic issues. Well stocked for utensils and cooking gear, k cups are at the dollar general in Cosby - 8 minute driveQuiet, sereneBeautiful foliage (including the drive, too) The hot tub was perfectShower's great, water gets hot super fastIn summaryIts a great, clean spot for a romantic getaway (not for the kids - any age), lots of pluses and absolutely lovely. The listing could more accurately depict the setting and location. (I want to see the whole picture ...even the cute wooden bear family in the neighbors backyard) I probably would have put it at a 5 star had the listing/pics been more accurate to the whole picture.

Out there

The cabin was nicely decorated. There was not enough lighting on the steps outside, unsafe in the dark! The kitchen faucet leaked a lot! The dust behind the dresser was bad. A bear ran past the deck while one of us was on it, just feet away the day we left. The cabin was hard to find after dark. A camp fire would have been nice to have there.

Absolutely Loved This Cabin

All I can say is that I WILL BE BACK. I had a wonderful getaway weekend and the cabin was everything I could have hoped for. When I arrived there had been a scheduling issue and it had not been cleaned, not a big deal to me as things happen. One call and 15 minutes later Virginia arrived and I had a wonderful time talking with her as she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. It was an amazing response and really sold me that they care about their guests. The cabin was super quiet and secluded, just the way I like it. I will be back to this one repeatedly. It was wonderful!!!

Cute Country Cabin

Our stay in this cute cabin was great. The 2-person jacuzzi hot tub with a view made it even better. Outdoor setting was mostly quiet; a large family was in the house next door. Kitchen had basics but no coffee or spices of any kind; FYI. No dishwasher and the oven is very small. There is one small TV. We had some cell service. It is perfect for two. It was our weekend getaway for our 23rd anniversary. Gatlinburg is about 30 min away, but the drive is easy. For the affordability, it was what we expected. It is a cute, cozy, country little cabin with a view and jacuzzi hot tub for 2 people. If you come, bring your own salt, pepper, spices/oil for cooking, and own shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and laundry soap because none of those were included.

It’s okay

The cabin is okay, I would disregard the reviews saying it’s convenient to Gatlinburg/ pigeon forge it’s about a 50 min drive. The host goes overboard with notes/ rules/ signs posted around the house and the cleaning rules are ridiculous for the amount you pay in cleaning fees. They give you 2 small trash cans and expect you to take any excess to the dump , instructions down to what channel to leave the TV on. It’s not secluded you can see and hear your neighbors. I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s a nice little (very little) place but overall not impressed and you can get better cheaper in that area.
