Amazing!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Klosters and the highlight was staying in Chalet Platzersch hof. It is the nicest holiday apartment we have ever rented. It is the owner's second home and is extremely well equipped; luxurious and stylish but also comfortable and homely. We particularly loved the living room, which is huge. It was wonderful to make ourselves comfortable around the fire with a glass of wine after a day's skiing. The apartment is great for both young and old, with a very large selection of children's DVD's in the second bedroom as well as a good selection of games for the X-box and PlayStation as well as conventional games and toys to play with. I should also mention that the TV package was also very good with all UK mainstream channels available with a playback and recording facility too. It is clear that no expense has been spared on setting up and equipping the apartment. The location is excellent, being an easy walk to the ski lift and to the supermarket and all the other facilities Klosters has to offer. The owners were incredibly helpful and generous and we very much appreciated staying in their fabulous home.

Fantastic apartment for a family holiday in Klosters

We had a fantastic ski week staying at the "Alpine Chic" apartment in Klosters, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, spacious, and well located place to enjoy all that Klosters has to offer. First, I would start with the great host. All the communicaton with the owner was completely professional, our arrival was very easy, and the welcome gift basket was a really nice touch. It felt like we were staying at a close friend's place! The Lindt chocolates in the key box was also a nice surprise. The aparment itself was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating areas, and spacious bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make dinners at home and entertain a small group. The ski room was really convenient, and although we didn't use the sauna, it was available and very nice. The location was also fantastic. Just a short walk into the village and to the main gondola, and very close to the cross country skiing as well. We stayed further out of town last year, so this year we really appreciated not having to get in the car at all. Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this beautiful apartment and the very helpful and professional owner. I would definitely stay there again for a ski week, and I am sure it would be equally great during the other seasons.

Lovely Family Holiday

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Klosters. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything that needed and more. The location is excellent - very close to town, restaurants and the gondola. The booking process and communication was excellent. It was a perfect place to stay - both for kids and adults. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful apartment with excellent location - highly recommend it to any visiting Klosters.

Kim met us and showed us the apartment, including those bits of useful information which are so important. She left us with a big welcome basket, including champagne, wine (red & white), nuts, crackers, chips, etc. We had a wonderful time in Klosters. We had breakfast together in the apartment and then would often go skiing (a short walk away), or do walks toward Mobile, or walk around the village. Almost all of the restaurants where we had dinner or lunch were walking distance to the apartment. The furnishings are elegant and comfortable. We would recommend the apartment without any reservations.

Fantastic!

Kim and Rene couldn't have been better hosts to our family holiday. They were incredibly helpful before, on arrival and during our holiday. Their welcome was extremely generous and really set the tone for a wonderful time. Their apartment is spacious, warm and homely with everything you need. It is also very close to the centre of town and the Gotschnabahn. It is by far the best apartment we have ever rented! Thank you both so much for allowing us into your home and we very much look forward to coming back.
