Villa Quartarella (200 square metres) is an early 20th century villa with swimming pool, located in the heart of south-eastern Sicily, a perfect place to reconnect with oneself and nature.

The panoramic terrace, patio and garden complete this oasis of silence surrounded by fields of wheat, carob and olive trees and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

STRUCTURE
The villa is on one floor and consists of:
- living room
- dining room
- study with sofa bed
- two (2) double bedrooms with two
- (2) private bathrooms with shower
- equipped eat-in kitchen
- large panoramic terrace
- patio
- large garden
- a swimming pool (3x6mt)
- solarium with outdoor hot-water shower.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and independent heating system. WIFI connection inside and outside (garden).

The Villa offers a Welcome Kit and provides kitchen linen, bed linen, towels, hairdryer and bathroom set.

For stays longer than six (6) days, weekly cleaning with linen change is provided. Daily tidying up and laundry services are offered upon request (to be agreed upon prior to arrival).

From 15 May to 30 September, an additional fee of €100 per stay is charged for the use of the swimming pool.

ACCESS
The Villa is located in the countryside of Modica just 5 minutes from its commercial area . A car is therefore necessary for transportation to and from the Villa. The entrance road is unpaved about 400mt long.

The Villa shares a patio with a smaller building belonging to the same property but not accessible to guests.

WELCOMING
The person in charge of the management of the Villa lives in close proximity to the property and will welcome you upon your arrival, remaining available for any of your needs.

On request it is possible to arrange catering service in the villa with typical local products (only in the evening, price x person to be defined).

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Quartarella is in a perfect location for cultural day trips to the historic towns of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO heritage site: Modica (5 minutes), Scicli (15 minutes), Ragusa Ibla (30 minutes), Noto (45 minutes), Palazzolo Acreide (1h), Caltagirone (1h 10 minutes) and Mount Etna (2h).

Not to be missed is a visit to the city of Syracuse, with its famous archaeological park and the beautiful island of Ortigia only an hour (1h) away.

The Villa is a 20-minute drive from the sea (Baia di Sampieri). The Vendicari nature reserve and the pristine waters of Marzamemi and San Lorenzo are 45 minutes away.
