Fantastic location with a number of interesting and modern restaurants within a few blocks. A great home base for Rome. Apartment is gorgeous as well. Very much enjoyed our spacious home away from home where we could comfortably relax and get away from the crowds.

Fantastic property. Clean and comfortable, well stocked, safe and spacious. We had our choice of restaurants walking distance (the tiramisu at the restaurant around the corner was amazing) and a grocery across the street so we could cook for a few nights. Close enough to walk to the Vatican (15 min walking) but outside of the chaos of high tourist traffic areas. Will definitely be staying here again if we visit this area. Thank you!!!

Rent this lovely Prati, Roma apartment

Best ever

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in when using VRBO (and similar organizations) The place was even better than advertised- lots of space, clean, well decorated, great location near the Vatican, great kitchen supplies, HUGE jacuzzi tub, big showers, etc etc. Our host was lovely and very helpful. Truly a fabulous place to stay!!!

This apartment is so lovely! It is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 4. Marzia was so welcoming when we arrived after a very long day of travel. We found the location great for touring Rome. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Condo!

The condo was the perfect place to stay - very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. As we were coming from a cruise ship we arrived early, but were able to use the condo. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to most of the historic sites. I would recommend this to anyone as the best place to stay in Rome.

Fabulous apartment rental.

This apartment has first class decor, is extremely comfortable, and the location works perfectly if you want to walk to the Vatican. Great local cuisine just steps away from the door. Marzia was such a wonderful host and made us feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and if we ever return this is where we would stay.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was even better than in the pictures if that is possible! Marzia was very friendly and gave us top tips on getting around, the best ice cream in Rome and the great restaurant below the apartments. Really easy to get around Rome from the location, the Metro stop is less than 5 mins walk away. Will recommend these apartments to all our friends and family.

Amazing! Beautiful apartment. Great host

We are frequent travelers and this is my first review. We look for great accommodations and this was it. The apartment was Better than expected. Everything was perfect, New and impeccably clean. Marzia was super sweet and responsive. It's a beautiful residential neighborhood. About a 15 minute walk to tourist attractions.

Live like a local

Our stay here was just as expected! Communication was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The complex is set in a neighborhood that feels far more local than touristy yet only a 10 minute Uber to the Colosseum etc. Very walkable! The apartment is on the 5th floor so makes for a great work out up the stairs or there is a convenient elevator for luggage and if you aren’t into stairs. Would highly recommend!

Believe the great reviews.

Of the 3 apartments we used in Europe, this was the best. Everything is true. Owners, location, quietness - it is all fantastic. One tip - it gets hot in Rome in the summer. This place has AC. In the master bedroom, it can still get slightly warm. Keep blinds closed throughout the day and keep AC running.

Great modern apartment in Rome

This apartment is perfect for two couples. Two very comfy king size beds, two large full bathrooms, nice kitchen, and living room. Very tastefully decorated (not overdone, like so many). Good location to walk to Vatican. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and a grocery store. Marzia is super responsive and close by if needed. All good. Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Lovely, perfect home away from home

Two couples shared this beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Nicely decorated. Easy access to the metro and the Vatican. The recommended restaurant just outside the entry gate, Bibi Brace, was delicious. We went there twice. The grocery store around the corner had everything - water, wine, cheese, meats, bread Marzia was a delightful host. She answered all our questions and even arranged for pickup at the airport. This made our trip very easy. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed at the apartment for the second time this week. It is clean, comfortable and spacious! Our family of 5 felt right at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen and full size refrigerator and a washing machine. We loved being able to keep wine and snacks cold. My son loved the jacuzzi tub! The best part is that the apartment is just an 8 minute walk to the Vatican and a 5 minute walk to the metro. There are very good restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and the grocery store is just around the corner. Maritza is a wonderful hostess and took care of all we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Incredible Stay!

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in Marzia's place for 4 days and it was absolutely fantastic! Marzia was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed, making suggestions about restaurants, sights to see, even transportation from the airport and around Rome. The apartment is first class in it's decor and amenities. The beds were super comfortable, the apartment was spacious and perfectly equipped. The location was great and in a safe neighborhood surrounded by many shops and restaurants. We didn't want to leave. This was our first experience using HomeAway and I was beyond happy with this choice! We would definitely stay here again. I cannot say enough good things about Marzia and her place. Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome look no further! This apartment is clean , spacious,modern. Beds are extremely comfortable. It is in a city so traffic noise is loud with windows open but goes away when closed. The location is perfect for touring the city, it is within walking distance of most everything and a quick metro ride to the colliseum/ forum area. TheVatican is blocks away. Despite being so close to all the sites it is in a non touristy neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Two right next door!! Marzia is so helpful with arranging transportation from airport, restaurant recommendations and more! Our family of 4 had a tremendous experience and we highly recommend this or one of their other apartments in the same building!!
