Family Ski Trip

Having been let down with accommodation by another property the night before flying to Sofia, this property came through. Contact with the owner was prompt, clear and put our minds at ease and we were once again excited for our holiday. Check in process was easy, contact was constant. The property was very clean and spacious. Location was spot on as only a 500m walk to the gondola. Amenities were on the doorstep. We would recommend this property for up to 5 people - any combination of friends and family. 2 double bedrooms and a single sofa bed in the lounge. Good memories made and a fantastic holiday had.

A very well located apartment to town, ski shops and lift.

A well located apartment for the ski holiday. Jane could not have been more helpful. Basic but with everything you need. Nice having hot tub and swimming pool to use after skiing. Lovely holiday thanks for everything.

First Class Completely Faultless!

I arrived for a week to stay in the apartments and from the moment I walked in I was extremely impressed! The apartment was everything I could have asked for and more! It was well equipped and had everything we needed towel, cutlery, hair dryer etc. The interior was very modern and clearly had been recently decorated the rooms were comfortable and spacious and had individual heaters that were easy to adjust! The shower always had adquete warm water for all of us. The location couldn’t have been better it was just of the main road leaving it quite at night but extremely convenient to the gondola. I would 100% go back to this apartment and would look no were else when returning to Bansko! Full Marks!

Fantastic great holiday and will return again

Right from the outset it has been a great experience that we will be doing again. Jane was very helpful from the very beginning and supported us in booking additions to our holiday. The apartment was spacious and well kept with two good sized bedrooms. One double and one twin. On arrival the apartment was already heated which was great on a cold day and the complex and pool were the perfect addition to our trip. The apartment is minutes from the base of the gondola which was perfect for our small children who loved their first ski experience as Bansko has a range of runs which were suites to first time skiers. All in all the perfect ski holiday. Will defiantly be visiting again!

Warm and comfortable apartment right in the centre of Bansko with great facilities

This apartment was perfect for our family with one double room and one with 3 beds. It was very warm and comfortable and the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were used by us every evening after a days skiing. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the gondola and to the shops and restaurants. The manager, Kristina was very helpful during our stay. Only one small request - it would be useful to have a cafetiere or small coffee maker and a chopping board in the kitchen.

Perfect location, perfect apartment, excellent customer service.

Heartfelt thanks Jane and team at Predela, the customer service, booking process and communication was excellent throughout. The apartment itself is in such a perfect location and is well furnished, modern, spotless and has all needed for a very comfortable stay, add in the extras of having the pool and sauna on site and it really can't be beaten. We had booked transfers to and from the airport which were efficient and helped get a shop in before we got to the apartment and arranged for the guys from the ski hire shop to come and pick us up and get kitted out. There was no snow during our visit but there had been a lot previous so the skiing was brilliant. The bars and restaurants both on the slopes and in the town are so friendly and reasonable. We cannot wait to come visit again soon, next time with a bigger crowd!!

As described- great accommodation!

Six of us visited Bansko for the weekend and we were really happy with the accommodation. Great to have facilities to cook in and a living room. The apartment is nice and central and we had a fantastic time on the slopes. We put the pool and sauna to use very happily!

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment

This apartment was located a short walk from the gondola station and ski road so ideal for avid skiers. It was a clean, well equipped apartment which was both spacious and comfortable. It was well located to bars restaurants and amenities. I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Bansko

a lovely apartment with mountain views

This is a lovely spacious apartment with mountain views from all the rooms. The main room catches the sun all day. Its clean and well equipped. Its a few minutes walk to the ski run and then a minute on the ski run down to the gondola. You can see the gondola from the bedroom and check it is running before you leave. The staff at reception and in the adjoining ski hire shop are really friendly and helpful (although I wouldn’t book lessons with them). The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great after a hard day on the slopes. In the morning you can have the whole pool area to yourself. We have been twice and would have no hesitation going again.

Nice family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Predela apartments. The apartment was spacious and had every amenity for our family of 7. The host and manager were both courteous and helpful, and we felt quite secure in the apartments. The pool area was nice, although we were a little surprised at the open hours (morning and later afternoon, not during lunch or into the evening). The proximity to the gondola and ski area, as well as the downtown shops and restaurants was nice. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to any family.

Excellent place

The apartment is exact as described. It has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay. It’s very good heated which is primary when you are going on winter vacation. It has three big terraces with a view especially when it’s snowing outside. Kitchen is totally equipped for those who like to cook. The bedrooms are separated from the living room, which is great for having rest while others watch TV. The location could not be better, for skiers it’s very close to the gondola, by walking within 5 minutes. For non skiers even better, it’s located next to the touristic street in Bansko, full with shops and restaurants. The owner responded immediately to our request and we booked this apartment in an hour. We definitely recommend it to everyone who likes to enjoy in self-catering comfortable and cozy place.

Great apartments and facilities

A group of 9 spent 2 weeks at Predela in 2 apartments. I stayed in No 1 with a group of 5. The apartments are as described, comfortable with all mod cons. The USP are the spa facilities - sauna, Jacuzzi and pool! Everything you need to relax after a day on the slopes. The resort is brilliant and Predela and the staff made the experience so more enjoyable - I highly recommend this property.

Great location, accomodations and service

Our stay at predela was fantastic! The 2013-14 season was extremely warm but my husband skied everyday. The ski conditions were excellent even when it was man-made snow. He was really happy with bansko and the location of predela couldn't have been much better for gondola access . I took more advantage of the apartment and town since skiing isn't quite my thing. We like to cook at home and we found the kitchen to be sufficient to do so. I was happy to learn about the coffee bar by the pool downstairs. I can be a tad grumpy before my first cup :) the sauna, pool and hot tub are all excellent as well. The town is great too. It's a five minute walk from predela to good restaurants and grocery stores. A quick side-note as well...i would say that bansko is extremely pet-friendly. We brought our dog on holiday with us and nearly every place, including some restaurants (harry's bar was my favorite), allowed him inside.

Great accommodation

This was our second ski holiday to Bulgaria, having gone to Borovets last year and i would definitely call Bansko a step above. After 10 years going to all the usual suspects in France, Austria, Italy etc we have a few new learners in our group and it just so much cheaper to learn to ski in Bulgaria we think its a no-brainer really if your priority is to try and include the newbies more than let the experienced ski 10 miles a day. These apartments are really well placed in the resort. Easy walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, short simple walk to the gondola and a handy cut-off from the slope home. Style and quality inside does vary by each unit but all are more than good enough and some are really stunning and spacious. Free use of the spa facilities is a bonus as its quite common to pay extra for this in a ski resort and the treatments are excellent quality and very good value (some of our party had 3 treatments in the week!) The reception staff speak adequate English and are all friendly and helpful. All in all we will definitely go back to Predela apartments for a cheap, easy family ski holiday that caters for all ages and abilities........can't fault our experience really
