We were happy to have you as a guest in our home. We agree the dining room is a great place to gather for meals, games or just as an office since it has a pocket door. Our location is in walking distance to downtown and the beach. Look at our pictures and you will agree. Thank you for staying with us.

Hannah booked number of guest and brought more than booked. Her Mother had called and asked if she could come with more people than we allow and we had said no. Mother arrived even after our phone conversation and email confirmation with more guests than booked. This guest was smoking which we do not allow. Guest had blood stained sheets and mattress pads which had to be tossed. Guest could have told us about the stain when it happen but let it sit for days. Guest broke screen door. All of our guest have been so nice and friendly and respected our home. This is the first guest that we have had that trash our home. Guest is not happy with charges for damages.

Emily booked with instant booking and agreed to House Rules. House Rules were broken with bringing more guests staying overnight at the time of booking,Moving furniture, visitors arriving and staying while Emily was not there and taking showers. We had noise complaints from neighbors because of her children's daily temper tantrums that could be heard blocks away. The refund could be if she left right away but she did not. She damaged 4 towels, pillowcases, blankets with makeup and we had a missing blanket. Cover for couch was so filthy we had to toss it out. She needs to be charged for damages. Visitors were asked by us where was Emily while they were there? Answer we got was "we can do whatever we want and for us to leave our property." Which prompted us to respond SHE HAS BROKEN OUR HOUSE RULES AND CAN BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH OUT REFUND. Think twice before you rent to her. The a/c works if you keep the windows closed. The side garage door is very quiet. Her and her family had very bad attitudes.
