I am sorry to hear that your stay was anything less then perfect at Dune I Townhomes. I can assure you this unit does not have and has never had mold, so that accusation is false. This unit was booked back to back all spring and summer as it is every year, and I can confirm that we do not turn off the A/C unit between guests. We keep boxes of air filters in each property, and change them between each guest arrival. After reading your review, I immediately tried to reach the guests who checked-in prior and after you to see if they had any complaints. I was able to reach the guest prior to your arrival and she had only positive things to say. We have only one record of a complaint during your stay, and that maintenance work order was completed (fix drain in sink and tub in master bath). We would have been happy to repair any other problem immediately had we known of any other issues. Additionally, we reviewed the email exchange regarding the VRBO charge in question, and do not find any rude nor condescending comments within our email exchange, but simply a polite and factual answer to your question. Dune Allen Realty has an impeccable reputation as providing both professional and friendly service - we strive to make our guests as comfortable and happy as possible so that their vacation is the best. We apologize if you perceived our email as anything but professional. Despite the above, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay, location, pool and beach. Thank you for your review. Indeed, the owners have made great efforts to make sure that their vacation home is both beautiful and comfy. We are very sorry for the pest issue and appreciate your acknowledging our immediate action to address the problem. Please be assured the property is on a regular pest control program. As well, the kitchen inventory will be rechecked. As for the skylight in the master bedroom, we will discuss with the owners what might can be done to filter the light.
