It was an absolute pleasure hosting Janet! The communication ran smoothly prior to their arrival and during their stay and keeping us updated with their concerns. They were very observant of the house rules, cooperative and considerate. The entire place was left in great condition. We would definitely host her again in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you found the place comfortable and well stocked. We understand your concerns about the maximum occupancy. We’ll review our listing details to make sure expectations are clear for future guests. Your comments about the screen door, shower access, and steps are very helpful. We’ll look into adjusting the screen door and exploring options for additional support handles in the shower to make things safer and more accessible. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re always working to improve our guests’ experience. Thank you again for staying with us!

Hi Hasib, We are truly sorry to hear that our cottage fell short of your expectations. We take feedback very seriously, and it is never our intention for guests to feel disappointed with their stay. We would like to clarify that the details in our listing, including the photos and descriptions, are accurate and up to date. The images you see online were taken recently and reflect the actual space and layout of the cottage. For the past nine years, we have been renting and managing this property, and many of our guests have expressed their satisfaction, often leaving us 5-star reviews for the comfort and experience they received. We also understand that each guest has different needs and expectations, particularly when it comes to space and sleeping arrangements for families. While the cottage is compact and designed to be cozy, it has worked well for many of our guests. We are sorry that it did not meet the needs of your family on this occasion, and we recognize how important comfort and space are, especially when traveling with children. We strive to offer fair rates for the location and amenities, though we understand some guests prefer larger hotel-style spaces while others value the privacy of a cottage. It is difficult for us to receive a 1-star review after years of providing positive guest experiences, but we respect your perspective and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to keep improving.
