This is a really comfortable condo with a wonderful view of Lake Erie. Spacious, clean, and well kept. Communication with Kathy was easy, and our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

One word.."BEAUTIFUL ", any closer to the lake and you would get wet!. The view is spectacular, the property was welcoming, the check in was seemless. This is a must stay if you know you know. Close enough to the Geneva on the lake strip,yet far enough to be in your own moment.Golf cart rentals and taxi services to the strip directly across the street. This property provides everything necessary to ensure your Vista to the lake is a memorable one.

The condo & property were amazing! The condo was spotless, beds very comfortable and the views of Lake Erie were wonderful. The hosts were very kind, communicated easy instructions and helpful suggestions for surrounding attractions. Looking forward to a return trip.

The property was in a beautiful location and was very clean/updated. The view of the lake from the balcony was gorgeous. Our only, but significant issue, was that we had no air conditioning for 3 nights during a very hot/humid time and were forced to relocate on our own to another unit. While our host did her best to get repairs initiated, she refused to fully reimburse us for those nights. This was disappointing since our older parents were very inconvenienced.

We thank you for the kind words about the condo, and your concern, however you failed to mention that within one hour of being notified of the A/C issue we had 2 portable air conditioners set up in the condo and functioning. We also checked to see if any other unit was open in the building and there was not an open unit. You chose to relocate to a unit on another floor since you had family staying in the building. We had the A/C repairman in on Friday morning since our condo seemed warm when housekeeping went in to clean. He made some repairs and then stated that the unit was functioning properly, but he ordered a part just in case it was needed in the future. You notified us at 11 a.m. Saturday morning that it seemed as though the air was not working. We called the A/C repairman to see if he could come out on Saturday, but he indicated that the part was to arrive on Monday and he would come at that time. You requested a full refund (7-night stay). We indicated that we would certainly give you a refund, but did not state the amount. We were notified at 11 a.m. on Saturday that the air was not working and the A/C was up and running by noon on Monday. We carefully maintain all of our equipment and appliances and cannot predict when something will have a functional issue. You, yourself, in a text message to us, indicated that this was not "our fault". We refunded you a very generous amount of money ($500) and were actually surprised that you did not think it was adequate since we did not have to offer you any type of a refund. We did so, however, as our gesture in good faith to compensate you for the inconvenience.

Second time at this property, I had a buddy from North Carolina really enjoyed it. The lake was very active day-to-day. The only downside was Geneva. Kind of shuts down for the season, but they're still plenty of places out there to get food. The host was extremely accessible unhelpful a lot of knowledge about what was around me. I hopefully plan to stay there again. It was very easy and it's very easy out. M our bad I think we forgot to put the balcony couch cushions away. I'm gonna get out of this my buddy was supposed to do that. Laugh out loud easy place to stay while equipped. I don't cook, but it looks like if you wanted to everything's there actually a nice little beach area out front. Some people had a fire going in the burn pit on a chilly night. Cool place to hang out give it a try.

Absolutely perfect in every way for two seasoned travelers seeking peace, quiet, and tranquility in a beautiful setting. This property checked every box and more. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners as every question was answered promptly. Highly recommend this spot for your vacation!

We had a great trip. This was our first family trip to Lake Erie and we had a great time! The condo was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the lake. The kitchen had lots of wares. Everything was in great shape!The indoor pool was clean and well ventilated and comfortable(so it didnt feel like a chlorine sauna) and the beach was clean and well cared for. Parking was convenient and getting to the unit was Kathy was great and clear with her communication and made the stay enjoyable. I recommend staying here if you go to Geneva on the lake. This was the perfect short getaway we needed. Condo was great, clean, convenient, and everything we could have wanted. We stayed 2 nights but will hopefully be back for longer next time. There were plenty of items available in the kitchen if we had wanted to cook. Bed & bedding was super comfortable. The best feature by far was the balcony! There’s something so soothing about the sound of water. I think we spent more time on the balcony than inside! 1st night rain moved in but 2nd night there was a beautiful sunset & a million stars. We are so grateful for this opportunity. Thank you Kathy for making things easy with paperwork & all the great info and tips you shared before we even arrived. You have a beautiful place & we were blessed to share it if only for a short time.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo! The view of Lake Erie was amazing and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony and listening to the waves. It was like being near the ocean without leaving Ohio! Furniture was of good quality and the beds were comfortable. Building was secure with codes needed to enter. Private beach area had seating, grills and two fire pits. Plenty of dishes, cookware, towels and utensils. There is a coffee pot with filters but you would need to bring your own coffee supplies. Communication with owner was very easy and questions were answered quickly. TVs in both bedrooms and in living room. One thing we didn’t realize is that neither bedroom has a window. This didn’t take away from our experience here but I think it is good to know. We would stay in this unit again!
