Great apartment and location

The apartment is very comfortable and nice, the location is amazing, very calm, ideal to rest. The swiming pool is great, my daughter and son (16 and 12 y.o.) they just loved it. The nearby beaches are very good and also the villages. It's a great place and we really enjoy it.

Spacious, comfortable 2 bed apartment for our stay (9 days) for my wife and teenage son. Well furnished and good kitchen provision for self catering; living area very comfortable and a good size, satellite TV a bonus; small outdoor area for seating and open on lawn area (but not private garden). Great location on the Gramacho resort, close to shared swimming pool and clubhouse. Location up on the hill means stays nice a cool. Easy to reach a few nice beaches from Gramacho within 10min drive or explore further down the coast. The owner was very easy to deal with, helped to sort out any questions/issues quickly.

A week at Gramacho Golf resort, 158A, September 2023

Excellent communication from property manager Stephen! Very informative with all details regarding the property and local area! Apartment very nice and very comfortable! Well-equipped for all your needs! We would love to use the apartment again in the future for our holiday in the area! We have stayed before at Gramacho but not at this particular apartment, so we do know the area very well, and the staff at the resort are all happy to help and very friendly. Looking forward, booking again in the near future. Thank you,

Recommended apartment

I can only assent to the previous ratings. This is spacious, tidy and well equipped apartment located in a Libelle surrounding and managed by a kind landlord named Steve. The only other tiny thing to mention, is otherwise as listed in the FeWo/HomeAway website the apartment does not have any internet connection. But Steve informed us about this glitch/technical issue prior to our stay. Résumé: highly recommended.

A Piece of Pasradise in The Algarve

We,ve just returned from 2 full weeks in Gramacho Golf resort and are delighted to have had the experience of staying iin such a beautiful and peaceful resort, we can highly recomend this apatrtment/villa for anyone who would want a fantastic location and only a short distance from all of the main centres on the Algarve whether it be for site seeing, a golfing holiday or just a chill out vacation. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, modern and ground floor with beautifully maintained outside garden areas which is really suitable for sunbathing and is only a 1 minute stroll away from the pool area and all is exactly as described by the Manager who was extremely helpful and professional. The resort is managed professionally with security and comfort for the patrons and residents extremely important and evident throughout our stay. All staff includoing security and resort mainteneance staff are really courteous and so helpful. thanks Steve for the use of your Beautiful location. Peter

Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Fabulous apartment with equally great & helpful owners

What a gem of an apartment in a beautiful golfing holiday complex! It is well equipped and spacious with a lovely patio area. We were worried it didn't have air conditioning but being shaded by a large tree and with mesh on the large bedroom doors the windows could be kept open all the time, a bit like luxury camping! Stephen the owner was very friendly & trustworthy & I'd recommend booking directly through him & saving yourselves £70 odd! We didn't but you live & learn. Strongly recommend this apartment close to everything by car but not as touristy mad as our next apartment where I'm texting this from.

beautiful Algarve

We stayed 2 weeks in the appartement with our family . We know the area and the resort very well as we are travelling there for more than 15 years. The appartement was spotless clean. The owner Steve was very friendly and helpfull. As the weather was sunny but not hot, we explored the area with a rented car and enjoyd for dinner fresh fish in our favorite restauants. There were enough cooking facilities for our occasional lunches. Outside the appartement there is a tree to find shade on the teracce. There were other guests in the appartement on top in the first floor, mostly golfers staying just for few nights. We really recommend the place. It is big enough for 4 persons, the beds comfortable with woolblankets and sheets. We intend to come back !

Excellent stay with young family

We stayed for 7 nights with a 10 month old baby. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. The location is excellent with a grassed area outside the patio area to relax and play on. The gramacho resort feels very secure and the bar / restaurant is also useful, well staffed and reasonably priced. There is a supermarket within walking distance and also a larger one within 5-10 minute drive. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return and recommend the apartment. Owners also very helpful with good information and restaurant recommendations etc...

Spacious and very comfortable

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 10 days beginning 25th September 2015. We found it to be quite spacious and very comfortable with good sunbathing facilities on the patio and garden outside. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything in it that you would need for a self-catering holiday. We visited the (heated) pool, which is a two-minute walk away, every morning and found it to be really clean and well maintained with excellent changing facilities. We also visited the golf club, which is a four minute walk away, on a regular basis and found the food to be very good and the staff to be really friendly. To get the best out of the area, I would recommend hiring a car as there are some lovely beaches and restaurants just a short drive away. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and intend to return again next year.

Lovely family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area. We are familiar with Carvoeiro but loved Gramacho. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equiped for our family. The communal pool was also very well maintained and convenient for the apartment. The estate is secure and has everything that we needed. The clubhouse was great for drinks and dinner - we loved the Thursday night BBQ! The owners were extremely helpful and keen to ensure that we had everything that we needed for a successful holiday. Car hire is essential to make the most of the area and visit the beautiful beaches. I would definitely recommend the apartment and hopefully we will be returning in the future! Thank you!

This beautifully appointed apartment turned out to be just what we needed for a most relaxing holiday. It was very clean and extremely comfortable, and the owner was very attentive to our needs without being intrusive. This part of the Algarve is simply wonderful, and numerous delightful beaches and restaurants are within a few minutes drive from the apartment. The property and grounds are very well maintained, creating a pleasant environment. Highly recommended, and we will certainly return.

Great apartment in excellent location

This is the third accommodation I've used at Gramacho and it is every bit as good as the other two. Everything was exactly as described. The complex is secure and has good facilities. The golf is excellent. I would say you can't really get by without a car if you want to take advantage of all the attractions in the area. Altogether, I'd highly recommend this apartment and the resort, many thanks

Our very first visit to Portugal

What a superb apartment, just as described in the listing. The facilities were excellent and the property spotless. The owners could not do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The resort has beautiful beaches, swimming pools and lots of good restaurants (also recommended by the owners). We had a lovely restful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Portugal. Look forward to staying there again.
