The stained bathrobe is completely unacceptable and has been flagged with our cleaning team immediately — that is not the standard we hold ourselves to, especially at this price point, and we're truly sorry that made it into your room. The toilet door latch has also been added to our maintenance list to address right away. Your feedback on the bedroom lighting and bathroom brightness is really helpful — we'll look into solutions like blackout options and improved vanity lighting to make the space more functional for all guests. We also appreciate your candid note about the tipping reminders. We'll take a look at how that comes across and make sure it feels appropriate rather than pressured. We hope that despite these hiccups, you were still able to enjoy your time in Charleston, and we truly hope to have the chance to make it right if you're ever back in town!
