Casa De 'Pepi: En uafhængig lejlighed nær Duomo i Hystorical Center

I en stille gade nær Duomo, Santa Croce og Synagogue har lejligheden en uundgåelig adgang i stueetagen. Et stort værelse med sofa og en lænestol byder dig velkommen; På den modsatte side af rummet er et moderne og veludstyret køkken klar til at hjælpe dig med at lave mad til din ophold.
I det andet værelse er en dronning seng til din slappe af. Over en bue kan du finde en køjeseng og badeværelset.
Vi leverer lagner, håndklæder og nogle grundlæggende forsyninger som salt, krydderier, olie, vinegard, kaffe, sæber; køkkenet har en mikrobølgeovn og en elektrisk ovn, en kedel og alle retter, potter og briller du måtte have brug for. På badeværelset kan du finde et brusebad, en vaskemaskine og en hårtørrer. Nogen bog til børn og leger, med en høj stol og en barneseng, er til rådighed. Vi byder familier velkommen!
I nabolaget kan du finde et apotek, to supermarkeder, nogle forskellige gym og biblioteker.
Busstoppestedet ligger kun 100 mt fra lejligheden. Men du kan nemt nå alle de vigtigste museer og monumenter, der kun går: afstandene er højst 1 km.
Du kan bruge en wi-fi-forbindelse og et klimaanlæg.

An amazing place!

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Florence. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot a few minutes from our place. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. The street noise was a little loud but nothing to complain about. it was a 20 minute walk from the Train station too. Very convenient to all sites. The host, Annalisa, was amazing. She offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY! Truly a seamless and worry free experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful location, escellent apartment and gracious hosts.

The location in Florence could not have been better, The apartment had everything we needed and the owners provided all the information and assistance necessary for the success of our trip. Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful apartment you will enjoy the experience of Florence at its finest.

Great location!

Attractive little apartment with a great location . We spent 5 weeks here. The apartment was not quite as we had hoped for. Musty smell and was very damp. Nothing would dry out. It could use a thorough cleaning and a little paint. Be very mindful of utility usage. We only used one of the heating units, only during the day when we were in the apartment. We turned it off at night and did not use the dishwasher or washing machine. Much to our shock, we received a €400 energy consumption bill at the end of our 5 week stay stay. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. She had us to her home and prepared a wonderful meal. She responded to our questions and concerns. I would recommend this apartment for a short stay in Florence.

Just to point out a few things. The apartment has been given in good working order (it was repainted one years ago) and very clean (I use a 100° cleaning machine every time); it has to be repainted after the staying of M. because I have found that the windows seemed to be never opened during their staying, causing the problems she pointed out. The consumption of energy is certified by the bills of the company. M. was accurate in requests and payments, leaving the house tidy and clean. We have been in contact for all needs and suggestions.

Could do better

Great location with good landmark to find it. Very central to old city and groceries. Well equipped. Lots of space. On a busy street so to loud to open your window at night. Nice friendly helpful owners. What did not work for me was the really bad musty smell.

Perfect

Location was superb and easy to get around. Annalise made our stay even more enjoyable by her quick response to any question we had. And her husband was waiting for us when we arrived. Easy to get around from here and supermarket close by. It had everything we needed. I would stay there again. Thank you again for everything. Plus not to forget to mention air conditioning was a must it was extremely hot in Florence still at the end of august. Donna and mark

Great location!

Right from the start our communication with Annalisa was fantastic! She was clear about how to get to get their with public transportation and her husband even waited hours for us after our train was delayed. The place is in a fantastic location and we walked everywhere. With it being just the two of us we found it to be very spacious enjoyed using the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and highly recommend this property due to the location, air conditioning in both rooms, and ease of communication with Annalisa. Thanks again!

Great location!

The apartment had everything we needed for staying five nights. The location is perfect for bus stops and taxis. The are plenty bar cafes (for cappuccinos and croissants) and tobacco shops (to buy bus tickets and water). There is also a big grocery store called Conads to help fill the refrigerator. Annalisa was very helpful in providing any information we needed to get around the city. Air condition was a huge plus with temperatures reaching just over 100 degrees. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wish I could give more stars

This is a wonderful apartment, extremely well located and very well stocked with all the things you might need. Also everything you would need for traveling with children, including a high chair and fold away baby bed. Best of all there is a washing machine, very easy to use. The kitchen is also well stocked with a dishwasher, micro wave, gas stove, and everything you'd need to cook and supplement your restaurant dinning. I was traveling with a teen ager, so it was very convenient to make him a large breakfast before we went out. Annalisa and her family were great and so helpful. The apartment has a booklet with a very clear map that shows you where the sights are, the food stores, bus stop, garbage drop off, etc. We really enjoyed the location, very close to the Duomo, yet private with good local restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.
