Family Week at the Shore

Liz was fantastic to work with -communication was a breeze and she was extremely responsive with any questions we had throughout the week. The location is perfect - just a few houses down from the beach made lugging all the kids beach stuff easier during the day as well as trips back down to the beach after dinner to fly kites and collect shells easy too. Easy walking distance to a number of mini golf places and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are a game changer - that was my three kids favorite part - night swimming with the pool lights. The layout of the house also make it very inviting for groups with two fully furnished decks that make very comfortable to spend time outside. Thanks, Liz and see you Summer 2025!

Fantastic annual family beach week!

The house is wonderful. I’ve been a summer renter for 25+ years and this house was everything we always want and need. The kitchen is really nicely stocked with basics which is a nice touch. We have a big family and prefer to cook every night and we were really happy with this aspect of the home. The pool area is fantastic . We had 2 infants with us and it was nice to be able to hang out at the pool during nap times. The short walk to the beach is also a key requirement for us!

Independence Day 2024

The property was as described and spotless when we arrived. Every amenity in the listing was near new and in working order. Elizabeth's communication went far beyond what we could have reasonably expected. She was like Siri. We didn't have many questions, but when we had them, she responded so quickly, it was if her job was to be at our call. While we have never had a bad stay in the dozen or so other homes we have rented, this was, by far, our best experience. The house has our highest recommendation and we hope to return soon.

Oasis by the beach!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 1 preschooler. It was exactly what we needed - short walk to the beach amazing pool and hot tub and great location to walk for shops/restaurants/mini golf/arcade/ice cream. Loved the porches! The house is well equipped and very clean! It really was a perfect and memorable family vacation. Thank you Liz! The only fix - We didn’t know we needed to bring our own sheets and towels. This is no problem but wish we knew ahead of time.

Great vacation rental

Spacious. Clean. Great location. Short walk to beach. Fun pool. Porch swing for early morning coffee and late night laughter. Found the beds a little hard but other reviews thought they were comfortable - every body likes different things. Rented in August but would love to go in July next year however it looks like there already is no July availability. You won’t be disappointed with this rental!!

Fabulous rental!

This is a perfect property to rent. It is close to the beach. Plus, within walking distance to many great activities. The house is very spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 children with ages ranging toddler to teenager. There was always something for them to do. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Thank you Liz for letting us rent your beautiful house for the week!

Awesome beach house

Everything was just as seen on the listing. Great beach house. Everything was clean and functional. Comfortable beds, great pool and hot tub. Everything you need. We had a great stay and will certainly be back!

Could not be better!

Just left our first stay in surf city and could not have had a better time. The house is beautiful, in a perfect location and the hosts were fantastic. We have already decided to come back next year! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great beach house for our family reunion!

We loved this great beach house for our family reunion! It is in a wonderful location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! The pool and hot tub are awesome! The house is so clean and we never saw a bug or spider! The house layout was wonderful for our adult children with our grandkids. We loved all the extra swings, sofas, chairs on the porches and around the pool. Liz was so friendly and helpful with all of our correspondence. We highly recommend this house!

LBI Memories

What a wonderful LBI Beach vacation! . Beautiful Beach block home with a pool, spill over jacuzzi and ample parking. . Easy walk to many shops. mini golf and eating establishments. Wonderful stay in LBI

We had such a great time! Already booked for next year! The location is so perfect to the beach and pool at the house so much fun for everyone. The house spotless and kitchen well stocked with everything you needed, the sttting room became our parlor for adults! Hated to leave, as my grandson said, this vacation rates 300 percent! Great location, fun house

Our family had a wonderful week at this spacious house only a block from the beach. The pool provided so many hours of fun for the kids and the porches were great for evening hangouts. Owners were responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

The pictures tell the truth

What a great place to stay...first time ever the pictures you see is exactly what the property looks like....the home is beautiful, VERY well stocked kitchen, the pool is beautiful....short walk to the beach....beach is huge. Everything about this rental property is an A++. My only suggestion is to have the pool cleaner person to come out twice a week instead of just on Sat, especially after a storm, as some of the neighbors tree pines end up in the pool. Other than that....what an excellent place to stay. If you are looking for a place to have a family reunion or special family event, look no further.....Thank you to Liz for a great vacation and for sharing your home with us. Thank you also for providing the beach badges, not may properties do that any longer......The house was spotless and very clean and I appreciated that. WHAT A GREAT RENTAL....do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting this property, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Beautiful home, great neighborhood, close to the beach

We had a great time on vacation. The house was perfect for our family and had the perfect location. It had a very warm feeling. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have.

Great time.

Even though there was no sun for the four days we were there at the beach we had a great time at the house. Got to use the hot tub a few times, but just being at this well planned out house with our family was a treat. Great gathering place with a nice size kitchen and upper deck with a grill. Hope to return next year.

Great vacation home

My family and I had a great time in this lovely home. So bright and welcoming as soon as you open the door. Big plus being so close to the beach and the bonus of having a pool when you get back! We would love to make this a yearly vacation!

Look no further...

My family's first trip to LBI was a complete success & this lovely home had a lot to do with it! The owners have thought of everything & are wonderful to work with. We found the property spotless upon our arrival and the location more than ideal. We walked everywhere (shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc). The kids would swim in the pool all morning, then head to the beach for a dip in the clear ocean water, then shower off the sand in the outdoor shower, then back into the pool again! PERFECT VACATION SCENARIO!!!! We also could view all of the 4th of July fireworks by sitting right outside on the front porch. I would book this place again in a heartbeat <3

Wonderful house and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house! The house is even better than it appears online. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected. The bathrooms have plenty of counterspace which was nice. The owners had already stocked up on plenty of items that we needed, so that was convenient for us. It is a short walk to the beach, and the views from the front decks are great. The back pool area is beautiful… very private. The pool and the spa were amazing, and they are especially pretty at night with the lights turned on. There also some nice shops within walking distance, such as Pelican polar ice and a cute coffee place. A few blocks down are other stores and several places to miniature golf. We would definitely stay in this house again!
