Nice appt in the citycentre of cadiz

Location was perfect Humidity problems in the bathroom and the sleepingroom at the terraceside coming from the roof , causing a strong odour.

Trip with friends

The appartement is well situated, near the beach and to the center of Cadiz. Nice and clean, comfortable mattress (1 bed squeaks 🫣) Very good contact with Cadiz4rentals, I highly recommend this place. Beside the bed creaks, everything was perfect

El apartamento amplio con todas las comodidades, limpio y cerca de la zona antigua y de la playa, el garaje justito pero no imposible, La entrada era a las 16 horas pedimos entrar a las 14 y no fue posible ese par de horas sin aparente importancia a nosotros nos causó un desajuste...

Great location close to town and to the beaches, with a nice terrace on Avenida Andalucia (which was not too noisy). However, there was a pervasive sewer/sulphuric gas (like the geothermal jets in Iceland) smell that the agency tried valiantly to fix, but that resulted in my leaving early (after several days even my clothes smelled like a sewer). Also significant is that the property no longer looks like the photos. The rental agency says they do not update photos online because they are not "structurally significant". For example, furniture is in poor condition, there is no floor lamp in office area, there is no dresser in bedroom, and the pretty twin upholstered beds have been replaced with cheap wood headboards. If you use the parking be forewarned that it is VERY tight and access is through a very steep one-way ramp which also serves as the pedestrian entrance/exit and is a horror if you happen to be going down and meet someone coming up. The assigned spot is small. After parking once I never ventured down again and parked on the street instead (free, but took 30 min to find a spot most times). There are also bigger paid garages around. Finally, even though I booked with Expedia when I had problems they passed me off to VRBO, who in turn passed me off to the local rental agency. It was a major headache.

Excellent stay close to everything

we chose this apartment because of his proximity to old town, paseo maritimo and for the free parking in the building and we were right all our experience with the company was great: very easy access system, clear instructions before, during and check out the apartment is modern with the main terrace overlooking the main boulevard, good WiFi and TV Cadiz4rentals team helped us to recover some clothes left there in the apartment with friendliness and courtesy ...Grazie blanket sheets, knifes and devices for sharpen the knives and open bottles

great location

This is a great location. The ventilation in the bathroom leaves a disturbing smell and the elevator is extremely noisy. Apart from that it is confortable, close to everything by foot. The unit manager is very efficient and responsive for any issues.

Un apartamento precioso y cómodo.

Es muy espacioso, con una terraza preciosa q en verano debe ser una maravilla. El salón cómodo y amplio. Las camas también. Para una estancia de 9 noches, quizá deberían haber dejado un juego de toallas y sábanas por cada inquilino.

Excelente ático junto a la playa Santa María del Mar

Piso bastante luminoso y espacioso, con una terraza de lujo. Lo mejor el parking para aparcar el coche en un edificio contiguo. Muy cómodo, ya que en la zona escasea zona de aparcar La cocina es un poco pequeña

Great but short stay

The apartment was great but we had to shorten our stay due to the coronavirus. The apartment was very clean, stocked well with essentials, only 2 blocks from the sea and a short walk to historic area. The deck with furniture was beautiful. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

INTENTAREMOS REPETIR

EL ALOJAMIENTO SUPERA INCLUSO LO QUE APARECE EN LAS FOTOS DE LA WEB. HEMOS DISFRUTADO MUCHO DE SU GRAN TERRAZA. TODO ESTABA MUY NUEVO Y LIMPIO. ADEMAS DE TODO, MUCHOS DETALLES QUE HAN HECHO QUE NUESTRA ESTANCIA HAYA SIDO AGRADABLE. SERIA INTERESANTE DAR LA OPCIÓN DE PODER ENTRAR ANTES DE LAS 16:00 h, AUNQUE FUERA PAGANDO UN SUPLEMENTO. INSISTIMOS A LA AGENCIA EN ESTE PUNTO PERO NOS FUE IMPOSIBLE.

Great modern appartment, perfect location!

La Joyita is a great appartment on a perfect location with two balconies to enjoy the sun. The old centre is just a few minutes walk away as is the beach! Contact with the rental company is easy and they are happy to help! Would highly recommend this apartment!

Ubicación perfecta

Solo estuvimos 2 noches, que se nis hicieron muy cortas. El alojamiento excelente, está situado a 5 minutos de Puerta Tierra y en una zona comercial. Si quieres ir de visita al casco antiguo puedes ir caminando y disfrutando del paseo y si quieres ir de compras, la calle trasera del apartamento es perfecta para ello. El apartamento es muy acogedor, muy limpio, muy luminoso y en perfecto estado. Sin duda, cuando vuelva, que volveré, elegiré este alojamiento.
