Denne luksus studie ejerlejlighed er specialdesignet til hver komfort, showcases: en unik cirkelformet grundplan; havudsigt fra den private wrap-around dæk; fuldt udstyret gourmet køkken; bruseniche; vaskemaskine / tørretumbler; wifi / kabel; fladskærms-tv og meget mere!

Kun få skridt fra sandstrand Courtyard på Avila, er kendt for sin prisbelønnede arkitektur med havet og dejlig udsigt bjergskråning, er også inden for gåafstand til restauranter, shopping og eventyr! Gården har en privat gated indgang, der fører dig ind i en plaza af vand funktioner, hav kunst skulpturer og adgang til den sikrede parkeringshus. Denne luksus Condo omfatter 2 parkeringspladser i sikrede, gated garage og er placeret på anden sal, over Avila Wine & Ristning Co. (San Miguel & First St).

Relaxing Getaway

The place was a perfect size for the two of us and it has great access to the beach, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Super quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Plus, only minutes to SLO, Pismo Beach, Montana de Oro State Park and others. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place!

This place was very cute and very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they included beach towels and chairs! Being in a round condo was very unique and different. The long patio was fun for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The location is great as it is not even a block away from the ocean and you can see the beach from the condo. The large windows provide great sunlight into the space! Great stay!

25th Wedding Anniversary

Property was exactly as described. Check in/check out was easy breezy. Location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you, or anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental is not for you as you need to access the front door/deck via the staircase on the side of the rental every time you leave and return. Beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen appliances all new and top of the line. Keurig AND 12 cup drip coffee maker! Stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans & cooking utensils. If you don't bring your own food/munchies for a long term stay, there's no major market in town. Closest big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. Cocktails for 6, dinner for 4, sleeping for 2!!!

Delightful

Enjoyed our stay. The studio is centrally located to everything the Avila boardwalk has to offer. Well appointed, clean and organized. Very enjoyable!

Great location

We loved the property, location and great communication with property management. Grateful to have the ease of parking, beach chairs and towels and everything we would need…especially a beach view.

Great time

Our stay was great. Our property manager was very helpful.we go to Avila beach at least 3 times a year. Always wanted to stay in the round unit. Got my wish & loved it. Our only problem we don’t do stairs very well. Give it s 5 star rating.

Awesome stay close to all the places we wanted to go. Right by the beach!

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Kitchen is great for two people and the setting is comfortable. Only issue is the bed, which is comfy, is set against a wall, so one person has to climb out. Great response from the office. Charming Condo Near the Beach

My husband and I just completed a four night stay at this Avila Beach condo. It is very near the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is also quiet and safe and offers included secure underground parking. I would highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely Adorable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this place for a kids-free vacay. It was perfectly located to shops/restaurants and of course the beach. The water pressure was weak at best but we were able to shower/wash dishes. Also parking was a bit difficult to figure out as you have to drive down an alley to find it, but it was super safe and secure. The windows need help opening all the way, but great air flow once they open all the way. FYI the restaurants and shops open and close when they feel like it, which is both charming and frustrating. The pizza place down the stairs is good, but Custom House is an upgraded Dennis. The beach is amazing! Not too crowded. We loved our stay in this charming condo and beach community.

First morning we woke up to a very noisy garage truck. I read previous reviews and knew this was probably going to happen. Not a big deal. However the next day another noisy garbage truck was across the street. Then our third morning there the garden crew with extremely noisy leaf blowers came through before 7 AM. Also since there is no air conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open to keep some airflow going. The ceiling fans help but it still gets very warm in there. The combination of having to keep windows open and all the street noise was a big to detractor. I would stay again but not in the Summer.

Wonderful Avila Beach Studio

We rented this property along with another unit in the same complex for extended family. This property became the go-to spot for the balcony and view.. Perfect for morning coffee and HH. It served our short term needs very well but would benefit from a music system and a better bed. Neither of these suggestions would stop us from renting this property again though. Great location, comfortable and very satisfactory.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute studio, in a great location with a nice view. Everything was nice, the only complaints were the bed frame seemed broken, so if you sat on the side of the bed, or only one person climbed in, the whole bed tilted towards you. Also, the stairs going down to the courtyard were not lit at night, nor was the courtyard, so it was very dark. Other than those 2 things, this place is great, cozy and had great amenities.
