Aurora Bungalow House

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. A remote was provided for the garage which made life easier. It was close to South Point where we were competing in a horse show and also close to grocery stores etc. We would stay again!

Everything Great!

This property has a wonderful and quiet neighborhood, very nice community and easy walking area. It was very close and easy access to all shopping needs only a mile away. Plus easy access to Las Vegas Athletic Club, which offers daily rates for vacationers. The property owner of this beautiful home has been easy to contact and very nice to deal with.

Nice house, great host

four of us had a great stay at this house over Christmas holiday in Las Vegas. Neil was a very responsive host, and he was easy to communicate with. The house was quite comfortable for four people, and the listing is accurately portrayed. we would recommend this house to others.

Great house, great location!

We spent a month at this location visiting family in the area and enjoying the sunshine. The house is in a super location and is great for families. Neil communicated well and answered all questions we had.

Great place

We originally rented this house for 3 months but extended our stay for another month. The owner is awesome and accommodating. The pool and putting green were great for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything we needed. Thanks for everything Neil, we hope you’re house is available the next time we come to Vegas.

Great Area

The property was in a nice quiet area away from the strip but not far. Located only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. The house was as described in the listing and the owner was easy to contact. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a crock pot. The yard and pool were very nice and we enjoyed the putting green as well. Didn't get to venture out due to covid-19......but a great place to isolate. Unfortunately had to leave early but will return. Thank you Neil and Sherri

Great location

Property was located only 15 minutes from strip and close to most amenities. The neighbors were cordial and owner readily available. In fact, he slept in a camper on the street next to the house, while we were there on more than one occasion. The backyard was overly cluttered, including an RV, that detracted from the pool and hot tub setting. FYI, the owner controls the heating and cooling, and cameras are present on the property. The home felt more like a storage facility and we were taking up the remaining space.

Absolutely fabulous.

Property was exactly as described, lovely clean home in a very convenient quiet neighbourhood, beautiful private pool and spa, we really did not want to leave, we shall be renting this wonderful home for all our Vegas vacations now. It gives you peace and tranquility and yet only an easy 8/10 min drive to the strip. Warm pool and red hot spa, perfect for us to relax in the day and then head to the strip in the evenings The owners were wonderful to deal with, very accommodating and always answered any questions I had quickly which is important to us. There was only 2 of us on this trip, so only used the master suite but wanted to comment just how fantastically comfy the bed was, we slept so well . We dont really cook on holiday preferring to eat out but if you wanted to, the luxury kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, everything was provided for your convenience. Thanks so much Neil and Sherri, we will be back real soon. By the way my hubby practiced his putting every morning before we went out for breakfast, the putting green is such a lovely touch , We honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else. Kerry and Mark :-)

Served the purpose, being in Las Vegas.

The picture is the pretty backyard. The pool was supposed to be heated but it didn’t feel heated to me so we never used the pool. We both have bad backs so the hot tub was important to us. Nope. We were told where to find the controls but there weren’t any instructions and this was the weirdest hot tub we had ever seen. It took a full cycle to heat up, then it would go off and instantly ice cold water would start flowing. We tried a couple of times then gave up. There was a note to say clean the grill. Well the previous person didn’t pay any attention to that so the grill was filthy. There were 2 grill brushes & both were full of grease. So we didn’t use the grill. I had made sure there were a couple of tvs cause we are tv people. There were about 5 channels. Anything else had to be on streaming channels if and when they would work. There wasn’t a door on the master bathroom. I Froze taking a shower. The house itself was very dark. Even if you could open the dark shades, it was still dark. In the kitchen there was one large stainless steel pan I could use. There were Teflon pans with most of the Teflon scratched off so, poison. Why they would even have them is beyond me. The house was 20 minutes from the casino area on Las Vegas Blvd. which is good. But it would seem to me that there would be lots of places near the strip where you wouldn’t be paying for ‘amenities’ you can’t use.

Nice location and good amenities

We had four adults and two kids staying in the house for a week. It was a great location for our day trips out to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Zion. And one day on the strip. The kids loved the pool and Vegas theme in the house. But the outside is definitely the best part. Really convenient to necessities like Walmart etc. Owners were very quick to respond to emails. Be forewarned that the VRBO payment goes through Canada, so if you use a credit card that has foreign transaction fees you will be charged. I wish I knew that in advance as our fee was $50. But overall we were happy with our stay.

Perfect Location just bring your clothes Home has all you need!

Wonderful clean home with great neighbors! Close shopping to whatever you need. My favorite spots are Whole Foods and Green Valley Ranch. Only minutes to the airport, rental car services and The Strip. Your really in the middle of everything but have the benefits of a fantastic private pool/spa, BBQ in a quiet area. Neil is quick to respond if you have any questions. We highly recommend staying here.

Exactly as described and perfectly met our needs

We spent a week here and the property was great. Lots of amenities and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Away from the crowds and traffic, but close enough to the strip to be able to get there with no issue. The pool and hot tub were great and the house was spacious and had all of the cookware, towels, etc, that we needed. If we had any complaint, it would be to have a little bit more of a guide as to how to work the pool and hot tub controls and heat. Not having a pool, I was sort of stumped on this and didn't want to change something I shouldn't. We were also surprised by two gentleman on Thursday who came in with a leaf blower to clean, they were friendly, it was just unexpected. Overall it was great. We've already recommended the property to several friends and we will not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to Vegas.

fantastic pool/spa, spacious, perfect gas grill

We were here for the 2nd time for 1 week during our 3 week California round trip from Germany - and we were again impressed: perfect heated pool, hot tub, spacious indoors and outdoors, gas grill/bbq, all amenities, putting green, wheelchair accessible (our friend broke her foot during hiking in Yosemite and we still could enjoy the house!). So sad, that the minimum stay is now raised to 31 nights. Otherwise we certainly would come back!

We're never vacationing any other way.

The house we rented was everything that was promised. The owner was great to work with. We were traveling with two other couples, and this was the best way to do it. Not only was it much more comfortable, but it was much cheaper. Plus, we were able to save on food and drinks. We're already planning to do our next vacation the same way! I give it the highest recommendation.

It was amazing!

The home was exactly as the pictures. ...and better! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Garage door opener was provided and made in/out as easy as being at home. Very, very clean spaces! Comfortable. The private backyard pool, gas grill, and location of this home made us want to BUY IT!! ...or at least will make it very easy for us to come back often. Local friends have asked us for the rental information for their families' visits also!! We love the south-side location - so close to everything! And quick to the Strip and the airport. Thank you, NK! Your home made our vacation. ..

Perfect Escape

House, pool, backyard and area were all top notch. Very close to everything. The Strip was just 7mins. away. Neil was always available when we called, no problems. We would definitely stay there again. Very private, best holiday ever... Thanks Neil C @ R Cochrane Alberta.

Amazing property and amazing facilities

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks and it certainly felt like home for us during our stay. When we first arrived at the property we were blown away with the high standards of the house it is absolutely beautiful. The pool and bbq area are where we spent most of our time and thoroughly enjoyed it. We travelled with our two boys who are both under 4 years old and they loved being able to get up in a morning and go for a swim!! They would have quite happily spent all day in the pool!! The house is located in a lovely area which is close to everything you may want to visit in Vegas, including supermarkets and designer outlets, the strip is less than a 10 minute drive away. The owner was always accessible and answered any queries we had instantly, we had no problems at all it was just general enquiries we made but he was always very helpful. All the rooms and bathrooms were large and beautifully decorated as was the whole house. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked for our next visit already. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Outdoor kitchen looks on to beautifully landscaped yard. Relax by the pool by day. In the evening a An oassis in the back yard! 10 minute drive to the Las Vegas Blvd Strip to enjoy the activities and shows the entertainment capital of the world has to offer. Enjoy a private spa before bed. Master bedroom has king size Beauty Rest bed with soaker tub in ensuuite. 2 bedrooms have queen size Beauty Rest Beds. Nearby beautiful parks. State parks close by for day trips , Breath taking Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon. Have a meal at the Lake Mead Marina with a beautiful view.
