Family stay

Great spot with a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Near bike trails in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and great at communicating with us. Highly recommend

Perfect beach week

We had an amazing week at Bill's beach house!!! It was perfectly located to Rehoboth beach and Dewey beach. My family loved the screened in porch room and the outdoor area where we played corn hole!!! The amenities were fantastic with the pool and tennis passes. We can't wait to stay there next summer!!!

Amazing Stay!

Mr Bills property is the perfect place for a family Rehoboth vacation. His home is clean and well stocked for all of your basic needs. The location is super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The proximity to the community pool allows for off beach water fun! Mr Bill himself, is super communicative, helpful and kind. We will absolutely be staying at this hidden gem property again!!!

What a fantastic home!!!!

This house is so beautiful - inside and out!!!! Bill was so wonderful about everything and we appreciated him sharing his home with us for a few days. The screened-in porch and the outside table and chairs have a beautiful view and we were serenaded by a bullfrog each night! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Girls’ trip

Bill has a lovely home and he was very helpful to suggest activities in the area. There was a community pool very close by and the location was central to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our concerns , which I discussed privately with the owner, were regarding the cleanliness of the unit and the lack of space for the renter’s food

Great time at Rehoboth!

Bill's unit was lovely. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed, close to the beach and attractions but very peaceful as well. Particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. The plantings were beautiful and the sounds from the nearby lake were very soothing. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of seating for guests. The artwork was an added plus. Would definitely stay there again. Bill was a delight to work with and I appreciated all his suggestions and tips for getting the most of our vacation.

Rehoboth Beach

The apartment was well equipped with everything you would expect in a home. Bill was a gracious host and was quick to respond to any inquiries and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. There was an incident regarding some damage to my car that was parked outside but that was completely out of the home owner's control.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and regret that your car may have been damaged in the parking lot. I reported it to management and to the community website and the response was that this has never happened before in what is a very safe community.

Fabulously Decorated Beach Condo w/ Great Central Location

First let me say that the owner of the condo made us feel like we were personal friends instead of renters. He literally went 'above and beyond' to make us feel at home from providing sheets and towels (providing we washed before leaving), recommendations on where to dine and activities, and allowing us the use of his beach chairs and umbrellas. The three bedroom condo on the first floor was spacious, private and allowed enough room for us to spread out with 2 adults, 2 teen boys ages 16 and one younger teen boy age 13. The interior design of the entire place was extremely well thought out from the tasteful and 'one-of-a-kind' artwork to the dining room table, very comfortable couch to the outdoor patio area with plenty of seating and tiki torches. It was just a little hot for us to eat outside during our stay. The beds are also very comfortable. This place is much much nicer than any standard beach place. We did like the pond behind the unit with the fountain - very relaxing. We also liked that the property is just a 'stone's throw' from one of the pools and the tennis courts. You are also close enough to walk to the nearest grocery store, Fresh Market, and at least 3 restaurants when you don't want to head into downtown Rehoboth. Also, we rented bikes by walking across the street to All Wheels Bike Shop. They had reasonably priced bikes with a friendly staff and we took at nice 17-mile bike round trip to Lewes through Cape Henlopen State Park on one of the days. It was a fantastic trip and one you should definitely fit into your schedule. Beautiful views of Gordon's Pond, the dunes and Ft. Miles. And since the place comes with a season car pass, we could drive to our favorite beach spot and park without having to pay for daily parking. We would definitely rent from the owner again. The only improvements we would suggest are (i) the place could be cleaner and we understand it is very hard to get a good cleaning service in very busy Rehoboth, and (ii) we would recommend the owner provide clearly delineated spots for our clothing, toiletries, etc and label his drawers, closet, etc. We look forward to coming back to Rehoboth for our next annual trip and hope to rent this same property again!

The home is beautiful, both location and interior-wise. Bill is THE best person to work with and is always available to answer questions, give suggestions for things to do around the area, and makes our stay that much more wonderful.

Gracious host, relaxing stay

Well-appointed, super clean, spacious condo that is close to it all yet quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view off the back porch of a fountain, pond, garden, and weeping willows. Spotless tennis courts and swimming pool right around the corner. Rehoboth beach, shopping, and Funland just minutes away. Bill could not be a more accommodating host.

Highly recommend this condo in Rehoboth

We enjoyed our stay in this condo in Rehoboth Beach. Quiet during our stay, with a nice screened in porch. Easy to find and parking pass for neighborhoods near beach was a much-welcome benefit. Beach chairs & umbrellas provided, so you don't have to lug yours along. This rental was convenient to our activities there, and an easy drive to Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Bethany Beach, Delaware Seashore & Indian River, and even Ocean City, Md. & Assateague. We were too busy to use the pool, but it looked nice (no hot tub) and had adult swim 9-10 a.m. All amenities inside worked great, including washer/dryer.

Wonderful vacation!

The owner, Bill, is great to deal with. Before we arrived he sent us an email with things to do around town. The condo was very neat and clean. Very well stocked with amenities and extras too! Bill is very thoughtful and left parking passes, pool passes and even a library card. The patio outside is beautiful & I loved having coffee out there in the morning. My 5 year old liked going down to visit all the fish in the pond. The property is just a few minutes away from the beach. It was a wonderful getaway. I highly recommend staying here.

A home, not a rental!

We rented Bill's home for the months of February and March (although we had to leave earlier than we had intended.) Unlike many beach rentals, this one is beautifully and comfortably decorated, with plenty of very nice quality sheets and towels, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Even an immersion blender for making soups!!! Bill provided a lot of local information and suggestions via email, and was a truly gracious host. We had some unseasonably warm weather and were able to enjoy sitting on the porch watching the local heron and mallard ducks in the pond, and using his gas grill. Definitely a home and not just a rental!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

Bill's condo was lovely right in the heart of everything. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry room. The artwork was beautiful. Bill also supplied us with all the information for the area. Left instructions for everything in the condo which was very helpful. He was always available for any question you needed answered. The area was beautiful especially the outdoor patio. The pool was just a short walk from the condo. The parking pass for the beach area was also a perk. We could even walk to the Big Fish Grill and the waterpark. Short drive to the beach which was lovely. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Great place in Rehoboth Beach

This ground floor 3 bedroom condo was excellent for our trip to Reho. It is decorated so nicely and has all the amenities you could want, including pool and tennis. Eagles Landing is quiet; the fountain in the lake is almost soothing. And the shaded patio and porch were fantastic for the mornings. For visits to the beach or dinners out, the parking pass for Rehoboth Beach was a great perk.

Great Location

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo is very nice and well kept. We had no issues with the condo it was wonderful, end unit, parking in front, first floor, very quiet. The location is great, nice for biking and easy to get to the beach. Owner is very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The rental was more spacious than the pictures showed and the screened porch was a delightful place to rest, sip your morning coffee and read. Definitely my favorite spot. The renter was generous and freely gave wonderful advise and directions on the best way to enjoy Rehoboth Beach area. I will definitely want to rent there again.

Family Vacation

Bill is very helpful and his condo beautiful. The provided parking pass made our early am trips to the beach super easy. It is located very close to one of 3 pools and tennis courts available on the property. Parking is right in front of the condo and being on the first level prevented multiple trips up and down stairs. The complex is very quiet and we all enjoyed our stay.

This is my second home and I love spending time there. I offer it for periodic rental to responsible adults and families when I am unable to use it. It is beautifully furnished and includes some of my favorites works of art that I have collected from art galleries and art festivals in Rehoboth and elsewhere.

Eagles Landing is a premiere condo community just outside of downtown Rehoboth with easy access by car, bike or walking to downtown and the beautiful beaches of Rehoboth. Eagles Landing has three swimming pools and two tennis courts as well as lovely and well maintained grounds. My first floor unit faces the pond and is shaded by a beautiful willow tree. It has three bedrooms with queen beds, sleeps six, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a lovely open living and dining area with TV, stereo, wall speakers, ROKU and iPod station. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the screened porch and relax on the patio with a gas grill and dining for eight on the patio.
