The works are about 150 meters from the apartment, are covered by a municipal license and follow the Manilva council’s rules on working hours. When you booked in April, we could not have foreseen that the works would later require a temporary, provisional track used only for the exit of trucks. That track exists solely because of the works and is temporary by nature. I visited the apartment myself one week before your arrival and did not notice excessive noise. No concern about noise was raised through Vrbo’s messaging during your stay and the apartment was occupied by other guests in the months before your stay, and we received no complaint about noise or cleanliness from any of them. Regarding cleanliness, we must respectfully disagree. We inspected the apartment personally before your arrival, and the kitchen was clean. No cleanliness problem was reported to us during your stay. Previous guests have consistently rated the apartment’s cleanliness highly, which you can see in the reviews above. We have never intended to mislead anyone. We take all feedback seriously and wish you all the best.
